A teenage student and his friend entered the line and snickered and laughed and poked fun at the cashier - seemingly acting as if they were better than the cashier and as if the "working class" guy at the register was deserving of being made fun of. I was offended at the actions of the customer in front of me - but I was extremely impressed by the cashier who kept his composure and was polite in the face of the sarcastic customer who was inappropriate. I admired both the professionalism and the obvious management training and preparation that had been done to help teach the cashier how to respond and move on without allowing himself to be tripped up by such poor customer behaviors. Different locations all have great customer service and quality hot food! This location has given me a half filled large rice that's slightly warm the first two visits. The second time I ordered it they put an enormous amount of seasoning on the rice making it inedible. This last visit was really oily on bottom, again the last few bites were gross and went to the trash. Also this time the chicken was barely warm. Normally the chicken is burning hot, but the cooler chicken at least made the rice seem warm. I always order extra pickles on my sandwich...guess what, nope not on there. The worst part of the experience was the lack of customer service. The employee took the order of the gentleman in front of me and then went to the area where the other employee was bagging the food up. She then took the food and gave it to that customer. At this point I thought I was going to order, but no, I stood there waiting again. This happened 4 times with her staring at this screen while the other employee bags the food. During all of this no employee even acknowledged i was in the building. I'm not sure why I couldn't have been able to order instead of 2 employee's staring at a screen with only 1 of them working. I wont be back for a month or so hoping y'all get this fixed.
