The eggs ordered over medium were just a bit overcooked but we wanted to be sure the whites were fully done. My wife especially liked the cure on the bacon. Our server was prompt, friendly and attentive. She did a great job. It was interesting seeing how the original restaurant was converted rail cars and later expanded into what they have today. The service at this location, however, was absolutely terrible. I placed an online order at 11:56 a.m. with a pickup time of 12:11. I ordered chicken nachos and selected "no beans"--which was literally an option THEIR online ordering system gave me. After sitting in curbside pickup for about 15 minutes, I finally called. I was told they couldn't make the nachos without beans because apparently the refried beans are premixed with the chicken. Okay... sounds disgusting, but whatever. I told them, "That's fine. Just make them however you normally make them and bring them out." Another 15 minutes goes by. Still no nachos. I called AGAIN and had to explain everything to another manager. At that point, I'd been sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:11. Here's an idea: If customers CAN'T order the chicken nachos without beans, DON'T PUT "NO BEANS" AS AN OPTION ON YOUR ONLINE MENU. Pretty simple. And once I said I didn't care and would take them however they came, why did it take another 15+ minutes and another phone call?
