I don't have one of these in my town, so I've only been to this chain a handful of times in my life. Given the low ratings, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I stopped by around 9:30 in the morning and went through the drive-through. Everything looked clean to me, and the customer service was friendly. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, an English muffin with egg, grilled chicken, and cheese, and a box of chicken nuggets. They got the order right, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. I'm not sure why this location has low ratings, but based on my visit, I'd definitely come back. read more

This location is hit and miss. It seems too small now, and understaffed. They do not have dedicated mobile drive thru lines - big minus for me since those ordering do so very slowly (and staff chit chats instead of moving lines along). The drive thru lines are much narrower than a typical CFA. Biggest thing is that food is inconsistent. Last few times, the chicken sandwich portion is HALF the standard thickness you normally get. I don't see this at other locations in the state. Are they cutting costs and not following corporate guidelines?? read more

As always, Chick-fil-A comes through with Flying colors. We stopped to use the restroom at the McDonald's nearby but their doors were closed except for drive thru. We went across the street to a gas station, and noticed the CFA. After letting our dogs get some exercise before jumping back on the road trip, we decided to stop and get food, except the drive thru was packed. I mean, like 20+ cars. So we parked and went inside. Had our food in minutes. My spicy chicken meal was exactly that, spicy and a meal. Gotta love waffle fries and honey mustard. My wife had the southwest chicken salad and it too was spicy as advertised. If we are through here again, we will definitely stop by again. Thank you for making lunch easy peasy. read more

If you want a partially cooked biscuit, this is the place for you! Chick Fil A no longer cares whether the customer is satisfied or happy. Their only mission is to crank out biscuits half cooked. White on the top and half done inside. The butter and slab of chicken masks the lack of doneness, so no one complains. Eat one without the butter and you will find it is not cooked thoroughly. Biscuits should be golden brown on top and bottom and not "gummy" inside. Apparently "corporate policy" speaks louder than customer requests. On July 3 I order on line and had picked up at restaurant. They left out my cob salad on my order. When I arrived home and realized it was in the bag I called them and they said to come and pick up now or the next day. I went the next day and not only did they not even say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience but just handed me the salad. Today I was driving through Russellville a town I'm not familiar with at 1:05pm and the younger dark haired lady told me I can I the wrong way and asked me to pull out and go around then come back behind the people I was ahead of. This is definitely the worst chick fil a I've been to. They seem to only care about speed and not quality. The fries are almost always soggy and they won't make them well done any time near lunch or dinner. The chicken is also usually dry and somewhat cold like it had been made 30 minutes prior to me ordering it. Customer service is great like almost all chick-fil-a's but the quality of food is lacking significantly compared to others in the franchise. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Most of the employees here are rude and the owner is a total jerk. Don't go here if you want dipping sauce -they won't give you any. Or only one or maybe two, even with a big order. After they accepted my order, they shorted me on sauce. I told the people at the drive thru , it was short and I needed a couple more, they flat out said no. I should have handed my food back and asked for a refund but didn't. I said something to the owner and he said that if his customers want sauce they should go to Walmart and buy it!! Just a total jerk. If you're a fan of Chick-fil-A then you won't be disappointed in this one. I took a couple of kids there for lunch and it was just what you would expect from this franchise. The nuggets were hot, fresh, and delicious for the kids. The chicken sandwich was topnotch for me. Giving a positive review for a business like this isn't easy. We went to this location in support of the local school band program. We inquired about items on the menu (gluten free) and the employees are obviously not trained. The Manager ALSO looked confused when asked about items on the menu. We went in a just after 5pm - the food SHOULD have been fresh. The buns were soggy and the lettuce black. Just TERRIBLE.
