We were asked to pull to the side to wait on our tenders to be cooked. They said it would be approximately six minutes. 15 minutes later we still had no food so I went inside to check on the status of our order. The children working in this establishment were rude they did not offer any apology for being untimely. She tossed our food on the counter and threw napkins at me and walked away. I will not offer my service to this establishment again. read more

We hesitated to get some extra crispy chicken, because we had been dissatisfied at other locations. This chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted very, very fresh -- no rancid oil taste-- just fresh and tasty. Yes we had to wait a few minutes, and evidently that meant we would receive a very fresh dinner. Bravo to this KFC!! We will return. read more

I would give a zero star review if I could. Manager 10:22pm. on Tuesday night of April 23rd super rude. I ask to please take my order at the window because it was raining really hard and he didn't want take it, with the nastiest attitude. Pretty much he told me that it wasn't his problem, that they don't take orders at the window, which I know that. I was just asking if I could please please the order at the window, I ended up just leaving bc he won't take it. read more

SO ridiculously slow!! Takes over 20 minutes just to get an 8 piece and some biscuits... all the workers are slow and seem like they don't care. They also take way too long to take peoples order. Terrible service. read more

For fast food, KFC has always held a special place in my heart. I've eaten so much KFC cole slaw in my life that it's probably running through my veins in thick, creamy chunks. The only things I ever order at KFC are: hot wings, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Nothing else. The reason why I love the hot wings so much is that not many people order it much and I love going to KFC and ordering a fresh batch! When the hot wings are fresh, they are piping hot and sooooooooooooooooo succulent. I don't order any other chicken BC no chicken except the hot wings taste good. Fries are too peppery. However, if you know what to order, you'll find KFC more enjoyable than you previously thought! read more

So closing time is at 12am according to google. I pull up at 1055 and was told they close in 5 mins, not in an hour. Ok. I feel bad for coming late and putting in my order now but I'm hungry from working all day. I was told the sandwiches are sold out so I order the Nashville and the chicken tender meal. I'm so tired I ddnt check the bag and trust the employees not to mess up my order. I Come home...2 Nashville's. Look at my receipt. Yep, my order is wrong. So dinner was a waste of money. Ddnt get my tenders and the Nashville's are oily AF. And on top of that, u made this customer feel rushed with only 5 mins on the clock and now I'm unsatisfied as a customer and dont trust them. The Cashier was TREY. And now we will just stick w going to popeyes or chicken Express. read more

Dylan and his staff gave EXCELLENT service and great food today. He was friendly and quick. Not only was food HOT but FRESH unlike Eldorodo location! Thank you Dylan for showing fast food locations can have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO! Keep up the good work and showing me I matter! read more

Overall it do not care for their chicken like I used to but their chicken sandwich is very good to great. I think their Nashville hot sauce makes it even better. Try it I do not think you will be disappointed. read more

Waiting for "chicken" at a "chicken" place.... it'll happen. Over 30 minutes (at this moment) though?.... it's cold, so not sitting in a turned off car. This place, as well as most "fast food" in this area of McKinney need to rethink their decisions. I understand there's a pandemic, thank you for being there, but in these times be happy to have a job... why so crappy on service!?!? May as well close down. I'll drive extra miles to get away from East McKinney restaurants. read more

This location is TRASH! Filthy and poor customer service. I was not greeted upon walking in and they took 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was at the front counter. I was the ONLY person in the entire restaurant. The young girl who took my order just basically threw my food on the counter. When I got to the car there was no napkins or plastic ware. They need some serious training!!! read more

Mirza is the worst employee that KFC has here in McKinney Texas he is a liar even his own store manager called him lazy he had the line wrapped around the building at 9 30 p.m. on a Friday night refuse to drop chicken for the customers lied to the police and said that the store close at 10 p.m. when it actually closed at 11 p.m. he's losing business for the KFC giving KFC he refuse to fill the order made all of us wait over an hour and I still did not get my chicken he called the police why he should have been cooking chicken the last time I was at this KFC I got food poisoning from the macaroni and cheese they don't feel the order correctly I am going to call the health inspector and let them know I would never ever tell anyone to go to this KFC read more

Do not work here tersea will touch all over you , she has no respect , and she will talk crap to you .. she doesn't work with you . She sets a bad example for employees because all she does is sit in the office and play black jack . Also from what i experienced from working here the chicken is always dry and service is slow read more

At the spur of the moment we drove thru and ordered chicken wings. Having had them years ago and really liking them and ordering & taking them to parties I expected they would be great...like I remembered. These were without a doubt the absolute WORST wings we have ever had. It was as if the chicken was completely taken off the bones, the bones were dipped in tremendous amounts of batter and then fried...and then actually sold as chicken wings. In other words, not a bite of chicken to be had! All breading! Uneatable! A complete waste of $24.00! read more

Just outstanding. Teresa the manager is fabulous.

Between paying $23 for a bucket of mixed chicken and sides and having to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare their signature item (original recipe) I am an extremely unhappy customer of both this location and KFC in general. The bucket fed 1 adult and two kids. We could have went to Babe's for just a little bit more and enjoyed the meal a lot more. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. This used to be good but now bad quality food and poor service. The food taste bad and the texture of the chicken is bad. read more

Long wait. Full of unhappy customers. Not sure where management was but inexperienced kitchen was left in charge and backing up. Music kept skipping like from a CD. Food was great as always but all KFC's are decent food really clean inside and still new feel to the place. read more

KFC - New inside - Chicken Wings Near Me - McKinney, Texas

It was awful! My order was wrong (through the drive-thru). I went in to correct it, but the staff seemed to be numb to the world and said I got what I ordered even if the number of each item was off - the total number was correct. read more

This location just sucks! They always find some way to screw up your order. This time I got 3 tiny pieces of chicken, I was still hungry after eating. Ridculous! read more

12:30 Saturday place empty. Half of tables still dirty. Chunks of mud all over floors along with trash. Restroom locked for 15 minutes and then employee comes out. Disgusting bathroom with no paper towels. Worst restaurant I have maybe ever seen. Employees had all the energy of a work release program. read more

The staff is nice and they have good macaroni. They also give me free cookies sometimes and that's cool. The end.

You know what you are getting when you go to any KFC, but sometimes that's what my family wants. However, at least they could serve it up in a timely manner. I ordered online specifically to avoid having to wait. When the online ordering app gave me proposed pick up times, I even gave them extra time to get the order ready. Even so, once I got there not only was it not ready it took almost 25 more minutes after my arrival time. Somebody who ordered while I was waiting got their bucket of chicken before I got mine. What's the point of having proposed pick up times when you order online if the actual time is not even close. To top it off, when I got home and unpacked the food I discovered I did not even get everything that I ordered and paid for. What was not included however was small enough that it was certainly not worth driving all the way back and waiting God knows how long to get it fixed. Not sure if the problem is with the corporate online ordering mechanism, or if it is specifically with this location, it from the time I ordered to the time it was ready Was getting close to an hour! read more

This is one of my lunch options as it is near my job. I will only come here for that delicious, corporately homogeneous chicken. The staff is horrible, they don't care about their jobs at all and it's very clear. Every person that has "assisted" me at this location has been useless and rude. Love that chicken though.... read more

Much improved since my last visit almost a year ago. The employees are actually working this time. Only one wing looked dehydrated and pathetic. The manager replaced it with a fresh wing. Still disappointed but not horrified. read more

Drive thru order. Ordered the chicken pot pie and was told it would be a 3 minute wait when I paid. They had me wait in a parking spot for my order, no problem. Ten minutes goes by and nothing. Fifteen minutes of waiting in my car and no one comes out with my order. I decided to walk in and asked them if my chicken pot pie order was ready. They forgot about me!! Not busy, no one else in the drive thru and no one at their counter inside. I told them how long I was waiting and since they forgot about me and I had to come in to get my order (and kids in the car), I wanted my order and my money back - all of $5.21. The manager, Philip Fross comes out and was very rude and acted like I inconvenienced him from whatever he was doing. He told me there was no way he could give me my money back without taking the food back also. There was zero he could do for his customer. I didn't even get the soda with the meal purchase, I got fountain water. This is absolutely horrible "non" service, management and should have been taken care of to the customer's benefit in this situation. Never again!! read more

Disappointing. Grilled chicken was old and very dry. Fried chicken was dry. Hot wing were dry. Chicken strips were ok. Staff was friendly, but tables hadn't been cleaned for a while read more
