On May 13th 2026 my wife and I came to get dinner and we decided to order the Wednesday night $10 special which was 10 wings. The young man, Kevin, who worked at the window pretty much called me a lie and said that there's no such thing as a $10 special. Here's the kicker we was just there Monday at me and my wife did the $10 special that night so I had to get out the car go in and try to explain to him that it's a $10 special and he kept saying we don't have a 10 hour special. You need to order something else. Attitude is wrong and disrespectful. the manager did not correct it Friday night got off work late which is May 15, 2026 and approximately 9:30 PM, which Jamaica order again this time I ordered a number 325 and two breast and I usually ask instead of making all of them original just do half-and-half. He was so confused as to what I asked for he copped an attitude and says sir is four pieces. I said I know this four pieces I want two of them original and two of them crispy. He wanted to make the meal his way so I just said make everything original then I asked for the Friday night special. He knew what the Friday night special was when I got to the window and everything I checked my receipt. He had the order wrong then when I told him about it in a nice way, he copped another Attitude now I don't know what is Kevin's problem who he works at the window, but this is not good customer service I stopped going to the other restaurant here in mechanic cause I moved near this area, but I don't mind going somewhere else where I am respected my money spins wherever I decide to spend it, but y'all need to have training and coaching for this young man because he's not gonna make it in life having a blowoff attitude and don't let me forget this that Wednesday night when I had to get out the drive-through and going to the building to try to order right the dishwasher came from behind The trying to tell me that I need to order stuff online and that's the only way I can get the specials which you don't even know how to run the system. Went into KFC 380 and 75 in McKinney. Asked for a 12 piece extra crispy mixed meal with with drinks. $49 and some change. Went to the soda fountain no ice turned around with my drink with no ice . Sir, we only have dark meat. I said I would prefer mixed. OK that'll be about 20 minutes. OK, it is what it is. Received original recipe. That was apparently in a steam bath in the bucket while they were preparing the sides. So let's review ... drink no ice wait 20 minutes after paying $50 for chicken that I didn't order that was a soggy mess. Absolutely horrible. Limp, soggy barely warm fries. Barely warm not even close to crispy chicken fingers. They need to turn the fryer and the heat lamp up at least 10 degrees each. The doors weren't locked but employee walks up to me and said we're closed so I said could I get my order and he said you have to wait in your car but they can bring it out to my car. And to top it off with a cherry, they didn't have chicken tenders AND left out our Mac and Cheese. I ordered an 8 piece chicken, original, no wings and this is what we get. We get golden brown on the greasy side chicken on the top, and some dark brown very greasy pieces on the bottom. That pretty sneaky of them putting the old pieces underneath the better pieces so you couldn't see the bad pieces. Tried to call the store manager but they won't answer the phone and it automatically hangs up. That's was very rude and sneaky of them to do this to customers. Thats three piece they we won't be able to eat and my husband wanted to eat the thighs but they are overly greasy and look like old pieces that they purposely refried and stuck in the bottom of the bucket. That should be their throw away chicken. That's cruel to customers and unfair. This happened inside and I saw who packed that bucket. Poor management and they won't answer the phone at this location. They never answer the phone, so went there in person. Manager "Lolly" or "Lollie" not sure, is the worst. Stares you down and is speechless when you make a special request. Says she "knows what she is doing." Asks if you are going to pay for order before you actually make it. Lies about their policies. So the good: drive thru was super fast at 1 pm on a Thursday. The drive thru guy was also very nice, and I decided to try a 2 piece of the new Nashville Hot Chicken. You can get either 3 tenders, 1 breast or 2 dark pieces (a thigh and a drum stick). I opted for the last option and asked if I could do a wing instead of drumstick. Was told no problem. Meal comes with cole slaw and a biscuit for $5.49. I got home to find no wing:( A bit of a bummer. The chicken itself was nice and juicy but it's far from actually tasting like Nashville chicken (duh. It's KFC). It's a little spicy, but not overly so. I'd get it again, but I'd ask for extra sauce and make sure I got that wing:) The chicken was EXTREMELY greasy, but it's fried chicken. When I made them aware of the mistake and asked for them to correct it, they said they couldn't and to have a nice day. Well, this isn't the 1st time we've been here, but I'm pretty sure it will be the last. *drive through order* Saturday evening around 630 We order 6 biscuits, potato wedges, mashed potatoes & gravy with a drink.
