That was apparently in a steam bath in the bucket while they were preparing the sides. So let's review ... drink no ice wait 20 minutes after paying $50 for chicken that I didn't order that was a soggy mess. The doors weren't locked but employee walks up to me and said we're closed so I said could I get my order and he said you have to wait in your car but they can bring it out to my car. So I'm waiting for 15 minutes then a different employee comes up to me and said that I can only pick up the order through the drive through. Absolutely horrible. Limp, soggy barely warm fries. Barely warm not even close to crispy chicken fingers. They need to turn the fryer and the heat lamp up at least 10 degrees each. How could they not know that? They probably just don't care. Also, ZERO dip or ketchup. Yes, I forgot to ask, but they didn't ask me if I wanted either. Some people may not want ketchup, but who doesn't want a dipping sauce? The biscuit was good, and the drink had lots of ice, but $10 for a biscuit and a DP is a little much for me. I ordered an 8 piece chicken, original, no wings and this is what we get. We get golden brown on the greasy side chicken on the top, and some dark brown very greasy pieces on the bottom. That pretty sneaky of them putting the old pieces underneath the better pieces so you couldn't see the bad pieces. Tried to call the store manager but they won't answer the phone and it automatically hangs up. That's was very rude and sneaky of them to do this to customers. Thats three piece they we won't be able to eat and my husband wanted to eat the thighs but they are overly greasy and look like old pieces that they purposely refried and stuck in the bottom of the bucket. That should be their throw away chicken. That's cruel to customers and unfair. This happened inside and I saw who packed that bucket. Poor management and they won't answer the phone at this location. They never answer the phone, so went there in person. Manager "Lolly" or "Lollie" not sure, is the worst. Stares you down and is speechless when you make a special request. Chicken was dry, tasteless. Service sub par. Went through the drive through. After we paid we checked our meal. Have to do this with each drive through service unfortunately. We ordered the two piece meal, but asked for two breasts. One original and one crispy. Of course they got it wrong. Had to park and go in which defeats the whole purpose of going to the drive-through. Waited patiently while the lady in front of me decided to have conversation with the counter person. Another guy (manager?) saw me standing there with a bag in my hand and did nothing to help me. I finally had a chance to let the lady know that our order was wrong. She went and fulfilled two pieces of breast chicken. However, when we got home and opened our meal it seemed as if the chicken had been sitting around for a long time. Completely dried out with very little meat and way too much batter trying to make it look like a piece of chicken. Very dissatisfied with the meal. Way overpriced for what we received. So the good: drive thru was super fast at 1 pm on a Thursday. The drive thru guy was also very nice, and I decided to try a 2 piece of the new Nashville Hot Chicken. You can get either 3 tenders, 1 breast or 2 dark pieces (a thigh and a drum stick). I opted for the last option and asked if I could do a wing instead of drumstick. Was told no problem. Meal comes with cole slaw and a biscuit for $5.49. I got home to find no wing:( A bit of a bummer. The chicken itself was nice and juicy but it's far from actually tasting like Nashville chicken (duh. It's KFC). It's a little spicy, but not overly so. I'd get it again, but I'd ask for extra sauce and make sure I got that wing:) The chicken was EXTREMELY greasy, but it's fried chicken. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Was charged incorrect for my order. They rang everything up as individual items instead of charging for a meal. When I made them aware of the mistake and asked for them to correct it, they said they couldn't and to have a nice day. When I asked for a manager she came to the window and said that she was right and to move forward in broken English/Spanish. After discussion, the advertised meal actually no longer exists. The only option is the pot pie alone, or the pot pie with soda. But what about what's advertised on the menu? Well, this isn't the 1st time we've been here, but I'm pretty sure it will be the last. *drive through order* Saturday evening around 630 We order 6 biscuits, potato wedges, mashed potatoes & gravy with a drink. Simple enough, paid, checked the order, only got 2 biscuits and noticed there was gravy at the bottom of the bag and then...... the gravy drenched paper bag broke and hot a$$ gravy went all over my legs, seat and car. (I'm the passenger). Of course I'm just really happy now so I go inside and put all the stuff on the counter. I ask for everything again and then ask for the manager. While they are getting my food I ask for some money back, which was declined and I was offered more food.... sure why not, I order some extra biscuits and they threw in a chocolate cake. (This makes everything better again, I'm so glad they did that *sarcasm included*) Now I'm back in the car with all the goodies i originally ordered. We leave and when we check the order for the 2nd time it's wrong. 6 biscuits turned into 4 w/the extras they gave me.
