I emailed again, she said I still haven't given her an address, I sent another email, asking her what part of ''General delivery'' don't you understand, and said address it exactly as I gave it to her. She replied, sorry for the trouble coupons sent, OK Maybe she finally get's it. I just went to the post office, still no coupons, it's been 10 days since she said she sent them. Obviously she's not even smart enough to know how to address a letter, no wonder the employees act so unprofessional.
