Staff was nice and the food was very reasonably priced in my opinion. Came home and the burrito was so good. The churro wasn't bad either. I enjoyed it but I have to go back for the apple. When I pointed it out, the employee told me that they automatically put cheese on every steakburger unless you specifically ask for "no cheese." That makes no sense to me--if a customer says "ONLY" followed by the toppings they want, that should mean only those toppings. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the employee argued with me about the policy and told me I'd have to buy another burger if I wanted it made the way I ordered it. I asked to speak with the manager. After disappearing for a moment, she returned and said they would remake it, but made a point of saying they were still charging me the same price--as if they were doing me a favor by making the order correctly. I paid over $33 for three burgers and two mini shakes. When I got home, the burgers were among the saltiest I've ever eaten. Between the confusing "cheese unless you say no cheese" policy, the poor customer service, and the disappointing food quality, I have no reason to come back.
