But even that won't take away from the hospitality of a chik fil a. [Food] I got a 5pc chik fil a chicken nuggets (breaded not the grilled) with Mac n cheese (extra $0.70 charge). Of course with chik fil a sauce as my dip. This is the kids meal, absolutely perfect for my cravings [about $8 total]. Nuggets were crispy, a little greasy, but delicious chicken. Mac n cheese is the best!! So creamy, macaroni was not overly soft. Just perfect. [Service] staff was efficient and my order came out quick. There was an employee or two walking around the mall food court asking chik fil a customer if they wanted a free refill for their drink. That's amazing and so great! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Probably the worst Chick-fil-A customer service I have ever seen. We walked in to the food court 25 minutes before they closed with teenagers and they saw us come in and immediately turned off their lights and refused to take orders. I popped in here to grab some lunch before hitting the road for a trip out of town. It was convenient since it's off the highway, and i always appreciate a more nutrient dense choice for fast food. I ordered a cool wrap and an extra order of grilled nuggets on the app. App is a breeze per usual. The restaurant is located on the far wall from the parking lot entrance off of Ballas. They have an area for mobile pick ups which is super convenient. Not all of my bags were labeled with my name, so I walked out without my nuggets. Make sure you double check your food that it's all there before exiting. I walked back in and grabbed them, no issue. It may just be helpful to label all bags or consolidate! I've been ordering nuggets, kale salad, and buffalo sauce for the last few months. The macros are good it's a reasonably tasty meal. Also they have Diet Dr. Pepper. If you have to eat at the food court it's one of the better options. I'll be back. read more

Let's start off acknowledging the obvious - this is fast food. However you expect more from Chick-Fil-A based on their reputation. They do not disappoint here. I come to this location occasionally to meet a friend for lunch. Their open seating area is always clean and I really like that they have a nice patio for good weather days. I order using the app with the dine in option. So I go right in find a table and order directly to the table. My order has never been wrong here. They always include the condiments I've asked for as well as enough napkins (yes I need a lot). They deliver the food right to your table and they also have employees that come around to help remove trash and provide drink refills as well. Let's talk food and flavor. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my fave. It's a nice spice level especially with pepperjack cheese added. I mix it up with my side - sometimes fries, sometimes mac n cheese. If you are torn - MAC N CHEESE all the way. BEST in the game! You know that lil crispy part on top of mac n cheese that you always want? It's on top of every bowl! AMAZING. Their sweet tea is perfect southern perfection and I also enjoy their homemade lemonade. The popeyes nearby took 45 minutes to get a simple order. Unfortunately, understaffed and needs more help but also needs to be paired with better precision and efficiency. The workers chose to process meals bit by bit instead of one at a time which is an extremely inefficient strategy and does not equally treat customers. And the Mac and cheese burnt my tongue very hot. For a mall food court, this Chic-fil-A really is outstanding. The customer service attendants are always extremely friendly and helpful. They are properly staffed and can take the time to get to know their visitors. They will explain the menu, go out of their way to get the order right, and will even bring it over to your table - At the food court! I've also seen one particular man make laps around the tables and refill soft drinks for diners. It's genuinely nice and you just do not experience this type of service at other food court establishments. Chic-fil-A itself is always upgrading the menu options! Now there is a healthy kale salad and fruit yogurt parfait, along with other grilled chicken items. Every time I've ordered from this location the food has been great. The quality is consistently good. The chicken sandwiches are always great. The chicken noodle soup also very delicious. Lots of chicken and vegetable. The fries are always on point. Always hot. Always delicious. And if you use the app the owner occasionally sends some nice free food rewards - sometimes a free breakfast sandwich, sometimes a free chicken sandwich. Today I purchased a meal for my daughter who is on staff at a nearby Hospital and was too busy for a lunch pickup at this store. The "children" that were "working" were preoccupied with talking to themselves and didn't acknowledge me when I entered. I had to stop one to ask where to pickup an online order and he just walked off, while asking over his shoulder, what name was on the order. There was one other customer in the store and 3 cars in the drive thru, so obviously not too busy. When the order came up, the girl sat it on the counter, turned and walked off without indicating it was my order. Poor service would be an understatement! Finally, when my daughter opened her lunch there was no sauce, as requested, and I received a mysterious $1 charge on my account with no description of product or service tendered. I will NEVER use this store again and will actively encourage my colleagues, at the nearby large financial concern where I am employed, to avoid personal orders for themselves and corporate orders for the Firm! read more

A guy named Devin that took my order made me feel very rushed when there was no one behind me at 2pm at the mall. I ordered grilled nuggets but was served regular ones but had no issue just returning them since it was loud in a mall food court he could've just missed heard me. When I returned back to the line, Devin then told me "well that's not what you ordered." I just wanted the grilled ones and then proceeded to throw the regular nuggets aggressively into the trash in front of me, I work in food service too so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but that attitude doesn't seem in line with their values. Not only did the person taking my order mess it up twice, but whenever I asked for it to be Togo, they just handed me a bag, and didn't offer to bag it up for me. This location treats their customers like crap! They actually "hide" the mayonnaise from customers (as well as the mustard and ketchup), and, they don't have peppermints like other locations. They've removed the condiment bins there, too--it's insane! The pieces of chicken on their sandwiches are small there--they forgot the pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich last weekend. Came here for a late lunch with my gf. She got the market salad that she loves. Had gotten it from this location numerous times and it has been awesome. This time there was something off about the salad. I tasted it and figured out the red cabbage was bitter. We hate complaining about food but I talked to one of the managers on duty and he promptly exchanged the salad for a fresh one made that day. Spectacular customer service. I have enjoyed this chicken place many years before it expanded to Missouri while traveling the SE US for work. I have never been more disappointed with service or response with any other business. The Des Peres MO store on Manchester Road had an offer if u used their delivery. We then ordered on a evening using my app. I even used some award points for Mac and Cheese. I watched my app which said order received and give me a time of delivery. 5 minutes after the delivery time past I called the restaurant. I was passed from two people to the person in charge of take out. I was told they couldn't and wouldn't be able to deliver. They said their system shouldn't even had accepted the order. No other option was offered for their error other then I could pick it up. If I could have picked it up I would have done that originally. I even wrote a review to their customer service and haven't heard back. I know one persons decision to not use this place won't hurt them but I don't plan to use this place.
