First time visiting chick fil a, had a simple meal with grilled nuggets. These were okay and had a different kind of taste to them that I can't quite put my finger on. The staff was very kind and the location was clean. read more

Normally I've never had a problem with this place. But this morning I had ordered a mobile through. When I got to the window I had nicely asked if I could have an ice water as well. The lady giving me the food rolled her eyes and acted so annoyed after I asked for WATER! She continued to have an attitude after handing it to me. The food is good but definitely need to talk to the staff member about her attitude. Made me feel like an inconvenience just asking for a water. read more

Ordered the 12 piece nugget with waffle fries and strawberry shake. A small 10 minute wait but everything was perfect! Nuggets were tender waffles had a little crisp to them, and the strawberry shake was perfectly, balanced, between being thick, but not so thick, that you couldn't drink it through the straw! Customer service is excellent came to check on us twice to see if there's anything else they could do for us and came back and cleared off our table read more

Not a fan of the service here. If you expect to be taken care of like they would have a few years ago, you're going to be disappointed. Large sweet tea and milkshake both spilled right after we left, so we went back to get new drinks. No, it wasn't their fault it spilled, but remaking our drinks probably would've been less than $1 on their end, and they would be giving great customer service and getting repeat happy customers. They gave us a new tea but wouldn't remake the milkshake.... Like, okay. I asked for sweet tea twice, but when I got home, imagine my surprise when it was regular tea. Go back again... and they REFUSED to give me the correct tea! Don't expect the famous "chick fil a service," you'll be sorry. read more

Do not expect your take-out order to be what you ordered, even after confirming the verbal repeat by the person who took your order. The flaw in the system is the person who bags the order does not follow the printed order. My experience of 5/16 at 10:38 AM was the third time I was not given what I ordered. In the previous missteps, items that were part of the order were not included. This time, the avocado ranch dressing that I ordered for the Cobb Salad was replaced with a herb ranch dressing. Since the classic Cobb Salad includes fresh avocado, the avocado ranch dressing is an essential ingredient. Some of the outer leaves of the lettuce should not have been used. read more

I went here to eat with my grandchildren, and the service was just incredible. I think I had a young man by the name of Matt help me and he wished me a great evening, props to the staff for training this young man. read more

Steve is genuinely the GOAT of customer service. Bro handled everything perfectly -- fast, friendly, respectful, and somehow still made every customer feel important. The food could've taken an hour and I still would've left happy because Steve's energy carried the entire restaurant. Chick-fil-A needs to study this man and start training employees off him like he's the Stephen Curry of hospitality. Absolute legend. My goat and the nicest soul I've ever met. read more

Got a to go order today! Thank you Jada for being so helpful. Really means a lot. My husband loved his sandwich!

I went through the drive-thru at the Ellisville location. Gave my order to Mike the outside associate in the little box, he confirmed my order twice then ran my credit card for payment. I was not offered nor did I receive a receipt. Mike, the associate, only took my first name so the associate at the food dispensing window would know which order I was picking up. So far so good ... until I got home and realized the restaurant shorted me one order of waffle fries. I immediately tried to call the restaurant to notify the manager of the drive-thru error and ask for resolution. The problem gets worse ... the customer service via phone contact at this location is horrible!! You cannot reach a live person but rather a voicemail prompt system with a message so broken-up that it was impossible to comprehend what was said and the prompts necessary to speak to someone. So not only did this location fail to completely fill my order, this Chik fil A location also fails at customer service ... their customer service call system voice response unit is beyond horrible ... right on par with the wilted slimy lettuce they slapped on my grilled chicken sandwich. read more

Just kinda frustrated because I drove off and they hadn't given me a straw for my soda. I also specifically asked for 2 sauces (it was on my receipt) but did not get them. Drive thru gal was nice enough and I was super nice to her. Gal at the window was pleasant but almost working so fast that I think that's why I was missing sauces and a straw. read more

Guy who took our order was AMAZING!!! So kind and made us feel so welcome! (Can't remember his name I think maybe John or josh but he had a thick accent!) The catering manager at the window was awesome as well I believe his name was Johnathan! Keep up the good work yall! read more

I've never had a bad experience at any chick fil a, and this time was no different. I was in the area helping a friend move, and we stopped by for lunch. This location was very busy, like most, and had an efficient lane system for dine in, pick up, and drive through. We opted to dine in, and there was plenty of parking. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal with lemonade. Food came out quickly per usual, and it tasted wonderful, especially after a long day of moving! read more

Chicken sandwiches are no longer crispy and crunchy. They are half breaded and less flavor. Not to mention more expensive and poor quality. DO NOT GO TO Chick Fil A Ellisville at Clarkson as it is Poorly Managed!! Corporate Office Atlanta Georgia needs to make a change in Management! Note for the Record: None of these Chick Fil A Restaurants are owned by a Franchisee. Corporate Office owns all locations Nationwide and selects a Manager for each location and they share a very small portion of the Profits with the Restaurant Manager. Mr. Cathy, Founder of Chick Fil A who is now deceased would be very disappointed in how the Food Quality has declined and not held to high standards. There are several of us including a few attorney friends will be collectively speaking with Senior Executives at Corporate Office to make a Change in Management at Ellisville location. read more

I don't know how this is possible, but the fries I got with my meal are all under cooked, cold and soggy it's kinda laughable lol. I don't know why I continue to come to this location when I am let down every single time. Nothing about any of my experiences here has ever been pleasant. First, it is beyond slow regardless of how many or how few cars are in front of you. I have probably never spent less than 25 minutes in the drive thru. Second, the employees are almost all RUDE. Lastly, it never fails that my order is either wrong or incomplete when I get it. My family recently moved from Louisville, KY and the chickfilas there were all top notch. The managers at this location could learn a lot from them. I don't understand how the owners of this location can be ok with how it is run when Chick-fil-A's standard is so much higher. We will not be returning to this location ever again, regardless of convenience because it's simply not worth it. read more

I went here on a busy night after leaving the hospital and I really didn't want fast food but I didn't have time to cook for my family so I thought Chick-fil-A in Ellisville MO would be a good option. I was wrong. Not only did they mess up my entire order it was also cold. John the manager reached out and said he would be sending out vouchers to make up for my order. He said that he mailed them the day before Thanksgiving and here it is December 9th and still nothing. I would not recommend this place. Highly disappointed. Their food is too expensive to not get what you ordered. read more

We visit Chick-fil-a regularly and we're glad it's close-to-home and that they are consistently good on the food and the service. Like many, we really like Chick-fil-a. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. Our daughter loves how they always give us pickles on the side, too! We really liked 2019's Twelve Days of Christmas promotions, through emails and the apps - they got us to visit 2-3 extra times... looking forward to them in 2020! See you again, soon! read more

Chick-fil-a the brand of excellent customer service right? Well not at this location. Drive thru line moves slower than steak n shakes. Employees act like asking for more sauce is a war crime. Half of the time employees aren't interested in giving you a straw. This location is one of the worst Chick-fila's not only in Missouri but in the country. You are better off going to Chesterfield location where maybe you will get what you deserve. read more

I really wish I checked the Yelp reviews before coming to this location. They took about 10 minutes to get our order ready even though there was no one else in line. Once we got to the window, one employee threw the water bottle to the other employee, missed, and splattered the entire bottle on the ground. They were all cracking up and joking around. The food was very much the same--a throw and a miss. The presentation of the milk shake was lackluster. It had the saddest flat dollop of whipped cream on top. The fries were lukewarm and had a been-sitting-out chewy consistency. Learn from my disappointed experience and venture elsewhere for a fried chicken sandwich. read more

Of all the amazing CFA there are, we have the worst one in Ellisville. The food is good but they mess up about everything else. Did you get the right food? Nope. Straw? Nope. Fork? Nope but we got 4 straws. The right sauce? Not a chance. My salad was a half empty. What the what? It can't be that hard, right? read more

Not one to leave reviews but this one employee was so nice and friendly and had a smile the whole time I need him to get some recognition. Also the older gentlemen walking orders to my car - Dave - was so over the top nice as well. This place never fails. read more

Every Friday me and my friends would come to this chickfala and we would be greeted to a bunch of kids in line but the service was very helpful on keeping them down and the employees were very nice no matter what. The food is typically up to expectations for Chik fil a. The employees are pleasant. But for whatever reason, this location can't get it together (or I'm just cursed) when it comes to order accuracy. In the last 7 orders, I've had to go back in or call because of missing items or just wrong food being provided 6 times. At one point a manager offered a free brownie via the app instead of a refund. The free item expired quickly before it could be used. Decided to not order much from them again after that one but gave it a try today... comically had a missing item again! read more

Not late enough for lunch, so I ordered Chick-n-Mini's. They were kind of a disappointment. The nuggets, were the typical Chick-fil-a nugs, it was the buns that were really sad. The bottom of the bun was hard and dry. The top was soft and buttery, so I saved on carbs by just eating the tops. I didn't want coffee, so I ordered a diet coke. It was horrible. Yes, a simple diet coke was nasty. All I could taste was the flavored syrup, there was minimal carbon dioxide with chilled and purified water to make it a true "soda". If I had taken a sip before I got back on the road, I would have given it back. If there's a next time, I'll sip my drink before leaving. Service was saccharine, to the point of being fake and forced. I'll be back? - I highly doubt it. When: January 31, 2018 Why: Late breakfast snack after dentist. read more

Update: During covid, inside dining is closed. Heaters are provided for those standing at the car taking orders...now that doesn't help me as a customer but is surely appreciated by those saying "my pleasure" when I order. This was the MOST contactless transaction I've done since my online amazon order. Even the person delivering food to my window, did not touch the bag (one less point of contact), but brought it to my car on a tray and I removed the bags. Even payment by credit card was no contact. Reader held out to me and I slid card. Super easy and felt very clean. Knocked one star because there was some confusion at delivery window...but to be fair, the line was long, everyone was hopping and this location has come along way since my last review. Consistently delicious. read more

They do an amazing job with speedy drive-through. My only complaint is the litter and trash on the propery. Please clean it up!

Honestly, the absolute WORST chick-fil-a I have EVER been to. I'm not sure who trained these workers but never have I ever been treated like I was in the drive thru at the McDonald's on Jefferson. They are extremely slow, vague and forget my sauces every./single.time. I will drive to the chesterfield location from now on. It's not worth it to drive here. Even on a busy night you sit in like for 45 mins like 1am at a jack in the box. Get it together and retrain your staff. YOU ARE RUDE & it's definitely not your pleasure to serve me. read more

The drive thru girl was saying good morning with a big smile to every car with a white person inside. She didn't say good morning or smiled to me. I love Chick-fil-A and the way they treat me when I visit. This is not an ordinary fast food restaurant. Chick-Gil-A is the king of all fast food restaurants. Chick-fil-A is very charitable. I know this because I have attended large events they have sponsored. They donated sandwiches, salads, cookies, fruit and beverages. Their food is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. When you order your food, they ask for your name unlike other fast food restaurants. It makes the entire experience more personalized. They are very polite. The other day I had a problem with my order and called the restaurant when I got home to let them know that they accidentally gave someone else's order to me. Not only were they extremely apologetic, but they sent me a gift card in the mail. The owner followed up with me by letter! I love their food, all the food they serve. It is clean and packaged well. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for serving salads and healthy alternatives. Thank you for the gift card and for valuing my business. I truly appreciate it. read more

Chick-fil-A - Amazing customer service! This is an apology letter and a gift card for getting my order wrong. - Fast Food Near Me - Ellisville, Missouri

What happened to the superior customer service once provided at chic-fil-a? To make customers sit through a 20 minute drive thru for an order ahead kids meal is absurd. What is exactly the point of order ahead if you have to still sit though the drive thru?? I kindly asked if we could do curbside for our small order because of our time constraints, and the answer was no...no exceptions. Missing my pre-Covid experiences at chic-fil-a. Long time customer lost today. read more

I saw another Yelper post a picture of one of the new Chick-fil-A Hashbrown Breakfast Scramble so I went to try it. The bowl included their hash browns, scrambled egg, cheese, and sliced chicken nuggets. They give you a packet of salsa to top it with. I do like their chicken! I found this to be a decent breakfast for $3.96. I'm not rushing back for it but I'm glad I tried it. The salsa had no flavor but word to the wise, they have packets of Texas Pete hot sauce available. This made it much more palatable. Why is everyone complaining about the service at this location?
