Great customer service. Food hot and fresh. Came just like it was ordered. Dining room very clean. Food came very quickly.

Horrible! Placed three orders on line in the past few weeks, none of them was correct. The last order was for a 5 pc deal, 3 breast, 2 wings, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I received 3 thighs, 1 wing, 1 leg, all raw, slick and slimy, and the biscuit 5 of them must have been baked last week hard and crunchy. Nope, not going back. read more

This absolutely hands down the WORST chicken place I've ever had. Cheap ingredients and horribly cooked. Mashed potatoes taste like paste. The chicken is all dark and extremely greasy. I can't even believe they're in business. I can be critical but this just was ridiculous. People should not eat this "food". Went through on Sunday 8_11_2024 an when I got back to Mint Hill I realized that they left a whole 2 pc meal out of my order. I called told them what happened was given the manager who immediately put me on hold. I was hung up on after waiting 11 minutes. Called back and was immediately put on hold. Still no help! If you live in Mint Hill just go to the Indian Trail location. Just as close and better service! Will be doing the online survey too with some things to say. read more

Took 15 minutes just to get our order taken while they were constantly looking over at us at the register, 4 other people waited over 45 minutes for there food, I was missing 2 items from my order after waiting an additional 25 minutes for my food. Awful service. read more

The food was perfect! the staff were nice but just slow. i understand the drive through but we waited at the front desk forever when they had enough workers here to take our orders. they kept forgetting things out of other peoples orders also. read more

This KFC is not bad finger licking gooood. The cashiers are pretty nice and the chicken taste great and I love their mac and cheese and their sweet corn is pretty good too I'd recommend the place for a quick bite to eat. read more

I went into the store to order around 7:45. Not one person dining in and the drive thru just finished completing its only drive thru order. I stood there for 10 minutes not one person came to take my order or ask if I needed help. Frustrated I left but turned around to come back and get the district/regional managers phone number. I asked for the manager inside and told her what had happened, and she apologized. I then asked for the regional/districts phone number, she initially said she could not give that to me, I insisted, and she gave me the managers number- Chris 704*###*####. I called Chris and explained I was a customer and only he was concerned with was where I got his number from. I told him his manager inside gave me the number, he said one of two things happened. Either one of his people messed up and gave me his number or I am a liar- his words exactly "I am a liar". I asked him what did I do "pull his number out of thin air". He said with attitude again I was lying. THAT WAS HIS ONLY CONCERN- where I go his number. Bad experience be dam, just where did I get his number. He showed his ignorance in numerous ways- attacking a customer, displacing my issue but more importantly had Chris dealt with my me in a professional manner it would have ended there but his arrogance and huberious were nauseating. Had he implored common sense you guys would not have known what a whack job he was. I actually experienced the same situation 3 out of the last 4 visits in this store- Locust NC. IF this is the best you guys can do then you might want to find a better business model that fits your inept manager model. I will never venture into that store again every, I live in Midland, NC the sister city to Locust and am 4 generations deep in this community. I literally know everyone and will do my part to make sure none of the people in our community are subjected to this kind of behavior over trying to place an order and then looking for a resolution to what you experienced to only be attacked over nothing. read more

Will not go back to KFC Locust. Placed an mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and was told I had to come in the store to pick up mobile orders. I explained that I could not come in the store because I had my elderly father who cannot be left alone. I was told sorry but the general manager said mobile orders have to be picked up in the store. Told them to cancel my order. She was said, ok. There was NO one in the drive thru and all they had to do is hand a bag out the window. Call the store to speak to the manager, got the GM. Was told it was out of convenience for both the store and the customer. I told him it was not for the customers. He was not better and repeatly saying, "I am not trying to be rude". We'll he wasn't trying to be helpfu or keep a customer either!!!l Waiting on a call back from corporate. There are too many other places to go. Now I know why there is never a line at KFC Locust!!!! If I was alone, I could have just ran in and picked up my order. But I had my ederly father who has dementia in the car. I couldn't leave him. I could have taken him in with me but that would have involved getting his walker out and getting him in the store. That is not convenient and it was not safe to leave him in the car alone. It would be the same for a parent with small children. Using the moblie app should not prevent you from using the drive thru service. Will not go back. Do better KFC Locust!!!! read more

This is the first KFC I have been to in a long time that the Chicken is fresh hot & juicy!!! Please keep it up. I drive 30 mins each time just to eat at this locust store! So does all my neighbors! read more

i went by this KFC and ordered and when I got home my order was wrong- with great hesitation I called and asked to speak to the manager- Keeping in mind all my past experiences with management at this location I was expecting the worst. I told her my problem and was expecting immediate backlash as all past manager/general managers would immediately start yelling and accusing their customers of lying- However to my surprise- this time was different. I had the pleasure of speaking with Gloria- she immediately apologized and took responsibility for the incident- she also immediately offered to correct my order with no questions asked- when I arrived, she greeted me with a BIG smile and never once did she act as if I was an inconvenience to her- Not only did she correct my order, she made it FRESH!! When she handed me my order she apologized again and thanked me for coming in- You don't know how much I appreciated her- I am not sure where you got her from, but I hope you keep her forever!! This location needed her a long time ago- however I am happy she is here now. Thank You Gloria for being so AMAZING!! You are a bright light for this Locust location!!
