If i could leave 0 stars I would. First off apprently nobody has manners anymore. First through the drive thru, the person (Danielle) or is a "manager" cut me off in the middle of my order and told me my total amd told me to pull around. After i said i wasnt finished with my order, she was continously rude. I got to the window, a diffrent manager approched, she apologized and when i asked something she answered me. The food wasn't too bad mainly just the service. I walked in after driving for six hours from a road trip and a worker loudly said to someone else, "Is she wearing pajamas?" and they both laughed. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should feel judged or mocked the moment they walk through the door. Three strikes you are out. This made the third time I have had horrible service, the slowest service I have ever had from a fast food place. I waited in the drive thru well over 18 min and I was 3rd in line to order. I had decided to go inside and heard a worker say out loud " if the drive thru is to slow they can come inside " As I said I was inside for about 11 min nobody took my order. You could see workers in the back just goofing off. I sent a letter to corporate to complain and it's been 3 weeks and no reply from corporate either. This Wendy's owes my family hundreds of dollars... The only reason we ever go back is because it is the closet one to us in our little town. Sometimes you just want a good Wendy's burger. At this Wendy's you'll be lucky to get it. I can't remember the last time I went to this Wendy's and did not get shafted on one or more of my items. We went to Wendy's today at 1:30pm. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the line inside had about 7 people waiting to order. So we decided to go through drive thru and when i finally got to the speaker to order the girl said wait a minute so I had to wait to order. Then when I ordered I ask what the price was and she said drive to window and I will tell you. No one was at first window so I drive to next window. Then a girl came to window with her hand out and I said, how much is it? She said I don't know it's at the first window and you just drove by and I said no one was at the window she said I was. So I backed up to the window and she said the price and I gave her the money. She was really rude. Then I drove back to the other window and all they did was give me my food. The girl didn't say thank you or anything she was very rude. So I will never go there again because the rude people! I actually feel that this Wendy's is more organized than a lot that I've been to. It seemed to run efficiently. They were very busy and kept traffic running through the drive-thru while maintaining a moving line for the dine-in customers. The place looked clean. The restrooms were clean. Someone was emptying the trash while we were there and maintaining the dining room. Our order actually out correctly except for a bonus order of fries that we didn't order nor were we charged for them. The main thing was that we were served hot food quickly. Looking for a quick dinner on the drive back home from Albemarle and this just happened to be one of the only places open. I'm not the worlds biggest fan of Wendy's, but I enjoy their food well enough. As with most fast food joints it really depends on who is in the kitchen and if your food actually comes out fresh. We went through the drive through and ordered, lady on the intercom was very polite. Guy at the first pay window was gnawing on his nails while he ran my card, which was less than ideal. Luckily no such atrocities were seen being committed at the pick up window, so I tried to put it in the back of my mind. Checked our food and they did manage to correctly make a burger with no onions and a plain spicy chicken sandwich as requested, both hot and fresh as best I could tell. Food was good for what it was, I quite like the spicy sandwich, but I wish they actually salted their fries a little more evenly. The drive through guy kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but overall this place will do for a quick bite. read more

This location is constantly out of everything. I'm on a diet, so I get a salad from here once a week. They have been out of croutons since February, and it is now June. They claim it's due to COVID-19. Hmmm... I have no problem getting croutons with my salad at other Wendy's locations. Also to my knowledge, there isn't a shortage of croutons/bread. We also haven't been able to order chili for several months, and we can get it at other locations. Tonight, they were out of spicy chicken. What else are they going to run out of? I like Wendy's Burgers, I like just about everything on the menu especially their chili, Wendy's has the worst fries. Statistics say they've been in decline since 2018. I'm wondering if this is when Wendy's started selling the horrible fries. I see ad's bragging about the fries. But everyone I know don't like their fries. They should change to better fries and see if it works to pick up sales. When a business starts bragging about their fries, that would be a indication that their fries are not good. When I go to Wendy's I refuse to order their fries. I doubt they will make a change. It's most likely that the fries are cheap and they won't change the fries. I think this problem has caught up with them. I wish they would correct the problem or go out of business and make room in the market for a business that does care about serving good fries. read more

This is by far one of the best Wendy's I've been to. It's VERY clean (at least when I go) condiment table is full, Ketchup dispensers are full, fresh flowers on the table. Nice atmosphere for a fast food restaurant. The only complaint is the young person behind the counter did not offer a greeting nor asked what I wanted. The other lady that came up sent her on break in the middle of me talking to her. I personally like to be greated warmly. A nice hello how are ya is a nice way to start your visit, I think anyway. The young person did say she was sorry for being sent away. At least I received that polite gesture. Even if you hate your job. Act like you like it, at least for the customers. read more

This place is just gross, every time I've been there the service is poor and the food just falls apart because it's poorly put together. I beg to differ! There is no heating lamps at Wendy's for burgers. Every burger is made fresh upon order. And as for the fries, everyone has a different taste when it comes to being too salty or not salty enough. The salt shaker only sprinkles some salt over a whole batch of fries. Maybe your taste buds are messed up, or you were being a little too picky about your food that day. Every experience I've had at Wendy's was great. Sometimes a straw may be missing or a drink/frosty but that's about it. Wendy's never refrains from making up for their mistakes. Either they will replace any item missing or messed up (not made to your idea of "perfection") or replace your whole order for free!! My personal opinion is this Wendy's is the fastest, most accurate Wendy's I've been to when it comes to orders and getting through the line. read more
