I waited 40 minutes for a bbq sandwich, "French dip" cheesesteak, and Mac and cheese... If an order at quick service is going to take that long it'd probably be best to stop taking orders at a certain point, I had somewhere I needed to be. Once the food did come out my French dip cheeseteak was cold to the touch... wasn't even under a heat lamp, the cheese and meat looked sad. And so was I. Oh and the Mac and cheese was an extremely small portion, last time we came it was served in a large container, it was about $4..

First after reading reviews we intentionally came about 3pm on a Tuesday. Although there was a steady flow of customers, most were takeout so there was no issue with the limited seating. 5 tables seat 4 tables seat 2 people. Sufficient amount of parking. My Mom has limited mobility so great to get a spot directly in front of the door. We were immediately greeted by Nikki with a pleasant smile that said 'glad you're here!' You order your food and sit down, they bring it to you. Burger was good, fries good, sweet potato fries were either a little burnt or that's just how they make them but I didn't mind, bbq sandwich and Mac n cheese good. I had a veggie burger which was frozen. Not my preference but still tasty. Came with all the toppings. My mom lives for banana pudding and she said theirs is great! Customer service by Nikki, Miley and who I presume to be the manager was excellent! Clean restaurant. After the first shift left, Miley was there for the second and constantly cleaned in her downtown. Clean restroom which is one stall for separate genders. There's a baby changer in the restroom. I enjoyed the Christian music playing in the background. I love restaurants that are easy to navigate for my mom. Good food, good service, check them out!

I had high hopes for this place. I was craving a burger and decided to stop by the Gibson Mill Food…read moreHall to try it. The place was bustling with people trying different places within the food hall. I decided to try the GOAT burger with sweet potato fries. Upon receiving my food, i was less than impressed with the appearance. Nothing like photos from other yelp reviewers and the other Johnny Roger location. It was very small portion of fries considering up charge of $2.50. The burgers bun was not toasted and it was a basic bun, cool to the touch. I noticed my burger was missing the candied bacon that was listed for the components of the burger. I went back up to ask for it and the cashier was more than helpful. She asked me if I had the onion straws on it as well and I looked only to see two small pieces. She took it upon herself to get me more to put on top. For that I was thankful. When another worker handed me my missing candied bacon, I looked at it and was slightly disgusted at the sight of floppy soggy bacon. But I went with it and went back to my table to put it on my burger. When I went to pick it up it was absolutely cold! So I went back to let them know and they took it from me and literally popped it in the microwave. At this point I'm just hungry and ready to eat. There was no crisp to the bacon at all and the candied part was basically just to douse it in some sweet syrup. So to sum it all up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the $17 price tag. A cool not really grilled burger (assuming they were broiled or microwaved?) no grill marks, with soppy bacon and basic bun. Also they charge $4 for a sweet tea....... Just disappointment all around, except for the helpful cashier.

We ordered takeout ahead of time at Ace No. 3, and as always, their burgers were great. They're consistently one of the best around. They are juicy, flavorful, and made just right. The fries were the perfect complement. The surprise standout was my son's creamsicle shake, which was absolutely fantastic. I found myself wishing I had ordered one too. It's the kind of shake you don't forget. A little concerned about the posted 93.5 rating. It's unclear what drove the score down because our food was great, and the experience was smooth. They may have areas to improve, but based on our visit, we all genuinely enjoyed our dinner.

Inside the building you order at the counter for any of the restaurants advertised on the exterior of the building which includes this one. In contrast to other reviews, yes, there are drinks on site available. It's just a separate order. Beers, sodas, water, etc., all available. The burger? We both got the Slowpoke smashee. Double burger with cheese and the slightly perfectly crunchy edges of beef, pickles that zing, a sauce that just makes it all MELT in your mouth, and the fries which are literally the PERFECT crisp! On man! They are seasoned well, and fried perfectly. The burger was a bit greasy as expected and the perfect blend of seasoned beef, toasted brioche bun, sautéed onions that are delicious and perfectly sautéed, and that melted real cheese and sauce. It was so good my boyfriend ate his and ordered another one of course he had a stomach ache after, but yes, he devoured two doubles. It was that tasty. My pictures do it absolutely no justice because we dove in before I took them so they look a mess. It came looking much better than these photos of burgers we had already tore into from the excitement from reading the reviews. Service was great at the counter. Friendly. Your food gets brought out to you. The seating area is comfortable and casual and even includes some couches and several TVs. Perfect place to watch the game.

The dining room was not full, so we placed our order (at 6:25pm). Drinks, which used to be filled and provided immediately, took 10 minutes and a visit to the counter. Of course, no one TOLD us about the wait when we ordered! (FAIL!). Finally, our number was called a full 35 minutes from when we ordered, again without apology.
