Restaurant #G135282 ticket #3740 Customer service is severely lacking at this location. None of the staff had anything resembling a smile on their faces. Merely making eye contact is how customers are greeted, not a single hello or thank you. A heavy set, black woman with braids stared at me as she brought a bag of food to the counter where I was waiting. As she set the bag down I asked it that was my order. I looked in the bag, commented on how no one asked what side I wanted with my order but fries were fine. As she turned to walk away without a word, I asked if I could have sauce for my nuggets. Without a word, she walked away and returned with sauce and loudly said,"No one asked him what side he wanted now he got an attitude." Terrible, ordered 2 piece chicken, and was as dry as can be. How can a chicken place make lousey chicken?

Mashed potatoes and coleslaw was good, service was attentive. Chicken was TERRIBLE. Over cOoked and smelled burnt. Very disappointing. Should have gone to Jewel across the street. My memories of great KFC was lost forever. I completed the online survey and received an email from Amber the store manager. Today, March 3rd I stopped by to pickup a replacement order. Went through the drive thru at 8:15 pm . They said there out of chicken. It will take 30/45 minutes for more chicken. They really wonder why is our sales down and we're closing stores. Because you have incompetent people running your store. When this store closes, we can just smile and know that same incompetent person will go to down the street and close another business. Get rid of the management team they suck!! So you run out of chicken and it takes 30-45 minutes to cook. So with that in mind would you cook more before you run out? This KFC in Lemont totally sucks. Either the staff can't count, don't know the difference between a leg, breast, thigh or wing or........they're just rotten employees who don't give a crap and hate their job. They're worthless and rude. Horrible customer service. Screw up orders every time. When they hand me my order and before I leave I ask them, ALWAYS ask them if this or that are all in the bags or in the bucket and they insist, assure me it's ALL there. I get all the way home to find part of my order is missing. So I call to let them know I'm coming back. I get there, and the girl who waited on me sees me from the back and tells me she'll be with me in a minute. I said ok. I'm at the counter to the side. This a-hole working the other line tells me I have to wait in line because they have to take care of the customers that are already waiting first. Wait in line? I don't think so! I tell him I already waited in line when I was here earlier but since my order was messed up and we had to put our dinner ON HOLD to drive all the way back and was an inconvenience so I'm not waiting in line and I want my order corrected now. I brought the bucket of chicken back with me. His smart ass reply was, "well that's ok, gas is cheaper now!" He was giggling all by himself thinking he was impressing the other customers. What a jack-ass! So the girl who originally waited on me tells me I have to wait seven minutes for extra crispy or take the original that's available now. I wasn't about to wait any longer so I had to take the original. As I was standing there waiting they called out two orders and they were BOTH WRONG! Good thing for those customers the orders were "for here" and not "to-go" or they would be driving back. Horrible, horrible service! It's their fault and THEY have an attitude?????? Ample staff, though few know what to do or how to do it. This was the first, easiest place we saw on 127th, but I wish we had kept looking. I don't really know how Taco Bell or KFC places usually are, so this place may be typical. read more

Ordered the 12pc dinner, one extra lg mashed/gravy, and 2 orders of pintos & cheese. When I got home & realized they left out (but charged me for) the 2 orders of pintos & cheese, I tried calling the number on the receipt several times and no answer. read more

Always polite and try to get the food out to you as timely as possible. Always show a little bit of love too when it comes to portion sizes!

We have NEVER had a bad experience or service at this KFC/Taco Bell...it is better than Downers Grove KFC or Taco Bell...by far. Keep up the good work there!!! read more

I came here right when they opened at 10:30. The cashier Taylor only took a few orders at a time. So we waited next in line for about 36 minutes and she complained and used foul language right in front of us. She didn't have the attitude of a worker, very careless and disrespectful. read more

Every single time we come here, there is not a soul in the place, but they have run out of every single kind of chicken and it'll be at least a 15 minute wait. Sometimes they don't even tell us it's going to be a wait and we just stand there until we get angry. I mean they're a chicken place right? Horrible service -- don't waste your time. Ordered a 12pc. grilled chicken meal with a few other items and was told that there was a 10 min. wait on the chicken. That was fine, I pulled over and waited. After 15 min., I went inside to see where my order was. I was told it would be another few minutes. After 5 more minutes of waiting, they told me that it would be another 10 minutes on the chicken. When chicken was finally ready, then they had to ask me what the rest of my order was. Didn't have the potatoes, coleslaw, biscuits or anything else ready. Finally, after waiting 30 minutes, my order was complete. I voiced my frustration to the cashier and other workers and not one time did the manager come over to explain the situation or apologize. My recommendation is to get rid of the mangager and hire capable employees to work. Not one single customer inside the restaurant -- it's no wonder. Be prepared if you visit this location, you'll be waiting a long time, especially drive through, and on top of everything else, your order is wrong. read more
