Bring Blain back!! when Blain was the manager, our orders were accurate and delivered mostly within "freaky fast" fashion. We catered large orders multiple times and never had an issue. Since Blain left, we can't order catering without at least a week of notice and small online orders are hilariously wrong. They keep changing the hours. It was open till 9 like all the other Jimmy John's. but changed it back to 5pm again. Also Delivery Fee is ridiculously high. 1 sandwich is $3 fee two sandwiches is $6 fee. Both sandwiches come in one bag why do I have to pay an extra fee? Total came out to $26... for 2 sandwiches. First time coming here. Wanted to grab something small to eat. Very cozy dine in restaurant, it can be a bit tricky to find because I had an issue myself. Overall, great subs made "freaky fast" definitely enjoyed coming in for the day old bread they sell. read more

It's a Jimmy John's. It is nice and clean, the guys behind the counter are pretty friendly, and the sandwiches come out as ordered and quickly. Nothing bad to even suggest about this location. Well maybe 1 gripe, we live exactly 5 minutes away if you catch the stop light, quicker if you make the green. But they don't deliver to our area... I know it's not the stores fault, but tell Jimmy to adjust the map just the slightest bit. read more

Ordered my sandwich through the app a couple of days ago, I work at that aldi right down the street, put in my order getting updated on when it's arriving. 2 hrs go by & I don't hear much, I'm working a 10 hour shift just looking for my sandwich I ordered. Check to see, & it says it's been delivered but I haven't gotten it. I call the number & a lady answers the phone she talks to the delivery person & they tell me they delivered it to the wrong address. Doesn't apologize, doesn't offer to take anything off my bill, or doesn't add in a free item. I even tipped the driver a small percentage. Disappointed. This isn't the first Jimmy John's that I have eaten at. But, when I ordered my veggie sandwich on their special wheat bread - I got no sprouts and about 15 slices of cheese. I looked at this place as the healthiest choice to eat in the surrounding area, but by subtracting vegetables and adding cheese - that won't get the place very far in my book. Will try next time to specify that I do want everything that comes on the sandwich. (btw, my husband ordered a turkey one that had sprouts on it and also didn't get them, but he benefited from my 15 slices of cheese, AND we had some cheese left over) read more

I admit it - I have a Jimmy John's problem. There are far worse problems to have. For instance, I could have a Burger King problem. Jimmy John's is fast food, but it's FRESH fast food. I feel better having a #12 Beach Club (turkey, provolone, mayo, avocado, lettuce, tomato, sprouts) than a cheeseburger. The Lemont location is always super clean and staffed with the kind of teenagers you wish you would find at all fast food joints. Their speed more than lives up to the advertising. I have ordered a delivery online, and received my delivery in less than 13 minutes. I do wish one delivery dude in particular would refrain from smoking in his car. But other than that, I couldn't ask for more from a chain sandwich joint. read more

Fast food reimagined. Our order is always right and fast as F. Even in the suburbs, these sandwich artists act like they're downtown dealing with the busiest lunch rush you've ever seen. I appreciate that. The sandwiches are super tasty. Unlike subway, you can taste the difference in the sandwiches you order. And the options that you have are pretty cool. Ok we are new to Lemont and every time I wanted to go to this jimmy johns I see these Yelp reviews and think hmm maybe not lol. But one day I was busy around the house and just wanted something quick so I ordered it for delivery. Sandwich, chips and a cookie. Not even kidding it arrived 10 minutes later. I've eaten at many different jimmy johns and had it delivered. This was by far the quickest. And they had my custom sandwich 100% correct which doesn't always happen at other JJ's. Just had the pleasure of trying to order a sandwich for delivery. Instead I got talked down to by aRude and ignorant lady who claimed to be the manager. This is the third time I have ordered from them and have had problems either with getting the wrong food or poor customer service. I will not be eating here again I guess subway is the only sandwich place in town great. Hit or miss... When you get the good crew, your orders are going to be perfect. There must have been three to four times when they forgot to put mayo or bean sprouts on the sandwich.
