workers were so quick and fast!! even at 11 they were so nice! i recommend if you are looking for a late night snack or dinner and need delicious and fast treat!! The workers were so welcoming, sweet, and helpful. The place is very clean and organized as well. read more

Why oh why do they feel the ultimate need to dissapoint so badly? Repeated visits and still horrible. Case in point, recent visit of vegetarian black bean quesarito. For almost $4, advertising as a quesadilla wrapped around an actual vegetarian flavorful veggie burrito is what you would expect. To my dismay, this was not the case Picture attached, as I literally threw half the shell away. Two repeated "contact us" emails to TB went unanswered..... read more

just went through drive thru and no one was taking orders...proceeded to go to window...waited another 5 minutes....no one came. I saw an employee walking around, playing "ball" with a piece of rolled up power and so I honked. nothing..they need to get it together read more

I always thought this place was great. Always get my food nice and fresh. I can't recall anytime they have messed up my order. Taco Bell actually has a value menu. $1,$2,$3 dollar menu items. In today's time it's nice being able to fill myself for $2. Beefy Crunch Burritos! read more

Back to one star for one reason only...no breakfast hours. After trying breakfast items at another Taco Bell I wanted to be able to go to a TB that was much closer. Not this one, no breakfast. This won't keep me from coming here at other times of the day. My previous decent review of this TB still stands. read more

I visit this location quite often when I am at work in Lemont. We always go inside to order. Most of the time they mess something up in our orders And it's extremely annoying especially when you only have a very short time for lunch. This last time was the last straw, I picked up lunch for the girls and took it back for a short lunch break. Not only did they 4 get something altogether but they messed up a nachos bell Grande somehow and then try to argue with me when I called to tell them on my way home from work. I had the receipt And they still tried to argue with me. Again, we only had a short time for lunch so we ordered chicken and nachos bell Grande . Both were terrible... the chicken was dry, The mashed potatoes soupie and inedible. The nachos were pad as well. The employees unpleasant. And the booths are falling apart. Time to pick a new quick lunch spot. read more

This is honestly my favorite Taco Bell. I have never had any issues with orders being incorrect or anything missing. The food is always delicious and fresh. They are the BEST when it comes to chicken quesadilla with extra sauce. They actually do give you extra sauce on it. Will go out of my way to get this Taco Bell read more

Why have your hours listed when you don't actually abide by them. It's a Wednesday with hours listed until 11pm and I pulled up at 8:30pm and the store is closed read more

Just want to say Thank You! Every time I come in here it's clean an your employees are kind an helpful!

This place sucks and can't even fill my order. I hope it gets shut down by the health department.

Amanda at the Lemont location is great! We were at the drive-thru Thursday night. Such nice personality, friendly and so helpful AND ............the order was right. That's what customer service is all about. Great job Amanda!!!! read more

The employees are slow and they get you meal wrong so please shut this down homer just pleas

This is Taco Bell is closest to my home and I usually go through the drive up. Tonight I came in with my hubby and granddaughter - our order was messed up not once but twice. How do you give a 5 year old a cheese quesadilla (which was ordered as "a cheese quesadilla with just cheese") with spicy sauce on it two times?!?! And we waited forever to correct both items they messed up. The restaurant was empty and not one clean table was to be found. The person who took my order was very friendly and apologized for the multiple errors but you could tell that this team doesn't know what the heck they're doing. read more

They charged me $11.52 for three steak tacos what a rip off didn't even taste that good will not be back

I believe it may be who is working at the time as we have NEVER experienced a bad visit or incorrect order (inside). Male who appears to have worked there for some time has always been polite...This KFC/Taco Bell is by far the best out of Downers Grove KFC & Taco Bell on 75th Street. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS...KEEP YOUR CHINS UP! read more

Alright TBell... I've given you enough chances! But when I show up hungover and order a cheese quesadilla... I should get a cheese quesadilla! Not some "chicken" quesadilla, because honestly I don't trust your "meat". I guess I will be spending my lunches at McDonalds! read more

Garbage. Wish I could leave no stars. The drive thru girl had an attitude and tried rushing us out the drive thru. AND once we got to the window they forgot half our order so we had to wait a bit longer. The food is good but the service and atmosphere are unwelcoming. Advice? Get better more motivated staff. read more

I nominate this place for slowest fast food in the universe. Holy cow. I eat there because it's cheap and not too bad, but I have to schedule it into my day because I regularly sit in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. And then I drive away and realize they got my order wrong. read more

Never any problems here with service, remember this is Taco Bell----but I agree, it does take quite a long time to get your order after you've placed it. Simple and basic, just need to work on speed. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Biggest joke of a place and I can't believe it's still in business. Slowest drive through ever, and they screw up my order EVERY time I go here, which takes even longer to fix it. Ridiculous. Lacks customer service and proficiency. Nobody has ever given me coupons or anything for the mess ups. If it weren't one of the only fast food places in Lemont, I would never go back again. Frustrating!!!!! Hire some employees who know what they're doing!!!! It's not that hard! read more

I only give one star because I can't give no stars. I ordered 4 tacos and all of them had very minimal meat. I opened my second taco and there was more lettuce then meat. I've gone to taco places and gotten more meat on a little taco then these tacos. I'm very disappointed in this establishment and I don't think I will be going to this location in the future. read more

Just awful. Tacos have 1/3 the filling of other locations. Sauces are kept behind the counter. Order 3 tacos and 2 burritos expect 2 when you ask, expect to feel shamed to ask for more. The only one in town but I've been suckerd for the last time. I will never eat here again. read more

To the manager of this branch: be better than this. Please. Your restaurant is absolutely filthy. To the point I thought twice about eating the food. The fact that it's cheap Taco Bell like mentioned on others peoples bad reviews should not matter. You are an establishment serving food. Will skip the hundreds of specifics on things I saw, but please take the time to have your teams clean the place for customers. read more

For years now, This Taco Bell always takes forever & NEVER EVER gets out order correct. If we didn't like the food much, & stay right down the street, we'd never come here anymore. But it's Taco Bell. What r u gonna do??? One star cuz the food is good, after corrections of course!! read more

Where do I begin..... I went to this establishment on the evening of June 19, 2018. Probably some of the WORST service I have ever experienced. When I was inside deciding what to order, the cashier, named Lorenzo, actually rolled his eyes! Then he was extremely reluctant to explain what came in my freaking 5 dollar box because I had never ordered this particular one before and then proceeds to take my cash out of my hand like I stole it from him! Then, I was waiting for my food and a lady came in and ordered roughly 15 or 20 minutes later than I did and received her food before me. Like um... excuse me? I have been waiting here for almost a half hour and you tellin me that it takes that long to assemble a 5 dollar box of Mexican food? Like for real? Then I go to get my drink only to find out that 2 of the buttons on the soda machine were mislabeled and instead of lemonade which I wanted, I ended up getting a throat full of mountain dew. Not to mention the place looks like there is probably a meth lab in the back but yet I still eat here against my better judgement. This place is a hole in the wall and please do yourself a favor and NOT come here. read more

2nd time in a month they mess up a drive thru order(my fault I guess for not checking the bag after the last time). Upon calling, "manager" Josh doesn't apologize, refused refund, was condescending and was in desperate need of managing 101. Will never go there again. Drive thru cashier was nice, and head manager that I later spoke with was too, but JOSH NEEDS TO GO!!!! read more

I feel like everytime I visit this Taco Bell they are out of steak or don't have it ready and it would take 20 minutes.... Absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this read more

Absolutely horrific service. They have yet to get an order correct. Just came back. After waiting for 10 minutes in line, ordered two baja steak chalupas. Asked at window if salsa was in the bag and was told yes. I drove away and as i was waiting to turn onto street, glanced into bag and saw no salsa. Didn't want to go through drive through so went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line. Got home to find they gave me ground beef and not the steak I ordered and paid for. I called to complain and spent 15 minutes with the phone ringing until they answered. The girl who answered proceeded to tell me she has no time because they are very busy. I told her I want to speak to someone now and she started to speak Spanish . VERY inappropriate. Whoever is the manager here needs to give the crew a little seminar on courtesy, filling orders correctly, and that a switch in language can sometimes be inappropriate. read more

This location continues to be the biggest joke of a Taco Bell/KFC. I have had several bad experiences or weird occurrences but it's down the street so I have given them a couple of chances. They always take forever and often are out of ingredients (tonight was beans and rice- kind of big ingredients for Taco Bell). One time I pulled into the drive thru at 7 PM. When someone finally spoke, I was told they were closed. I will not be going back there again. read more

I watched the girl take money from a customer at drive thru and then go make tacos and grab my friends chips w her hands that she just touched money with. When i asked her if they wear gloves she didn't know what to say so she asked her manager. And still I got nothing. I told her that she touched money and then food. She then says, "that's very true" and walks away. But never addresses the question about the gloves. Dirty. I will never come back here. read more
