Sad to write this kind of review on a Buisness, but it seems it going from bad to worst. Today I went threw the service to buy nuggets and fries for my son, I was told the waiting time is 1/2 to order, I agree the person replied again I replied no problem I will wait the person got upset and told me I have to order now inside I told him I'm a person with disability and he replied that if I wanted to order I have to order inside , they made my trip and Buisness very complicated, I have never had this problem before it's sad how Buisness is takin place now a days. I have no idea why I even bothered trying to go here a second time when my first experience was so bad, but I did. Today on 9/16/23 at 4:35pm I tried again and it's no better. Nothing changed. Locked doors, limited menu again, etc. Drive through sloppily plastered this time with paper signs saying exact change and credit cards only. This place is so sad and should be closed. Ok first problem I was not able to go into the dining room to order and was forced to go through drive through I then placed my order at the rice through window and was told to park and they would bring it to me since there is a slight wait for long John silvers which is what I was there for. I waited 30 minutes and had to go bang on the door for one of the workers to bring my food. Then upon getting my food I found out they gave me chicken instead of the fish I ordered. I was then told I'd have to go back to my car and wait again. I declined to wait as I had already been at the location for 40 minutes. When I requested my money back instead I was told to wait in line at the drive through. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in the drive through I did not even get an apology for the inconvenience. This has been the worst fast food experience of my life. I hope corporate does something about this as I would sure love to be able to get long John silvers but as long as this store has this staff and treats its customers like this I will never be back. I ordered in the drive through at 6:34 pm and it is 7:24 and I am still in the drive through waiting for my refund. read more

This store has gone downhill in the last few years. The lobby service here is underwhelming at best and uncaring about their job at worst. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. Drive through is just horrible. 7Pm and I was told (after sitting at the order station for 5 minutes) "The drive thru is closed but the lobby is still open" (In the "you are bothering me" tone of voice.) So I went in and apparently I was bothering her because what was on her cellphone was more important than my order. When I got my order the best thing I can say is that it was correct. The chicken was lukewarm and greasy, Potatoes were in desperate need of a Microwave before I could eat any and the Mac and Cheese? Never-mind! Sadly the next nearest KFC is half an hour away. This is a sad combination KFC Long John Silver. I know most combos don't do the whole menu, but no potato wedges?? Is that a thing at all of them?? Someone let me know because if so, I don't want none of it. Oh yeah, and they don't have grilled chicken. Everything I asked for, didn't have. So this review isn't even for what they didn't have. I should have looked into it a bit more before going. That's on me. This is on what I actually got and the state of the restaurant. For starters, it was around 10F the day we went and it felt colder inside than out. The the floors were so slippery with what felt like grease. Nasty. Also, the trash cans were a mess. Trash just overflowing and falling on the floor whenever someone opened the door and a blast of freezing cold wind came in. The woman manning the cash register said she would fix the mess since she just clocked in. Okay, please do so. There's only four people sitting at tables. You're not busy. Ordered a $10 share bucket of six pieces of chicken and a side order of fries since I still wanted my potato fix. I watched the guy make my order. He grabbed a large bucket which made me think he wasn't working on my order because share buckets use medium-size buckets. Then he grabbed a piece of chicken, looked at it, put it back, grabbed another, looked at it, put it back. Dude, trash the chicken if it's that bad. He brought the bucket to me and I'm like, "No smaller buckets?" I don't think he heard me because he asked if I wanted sauce. Asked for ketchup and was given a huge handful. I guess that's alright. Ate my fries and a leg while at the restaurant with my coworkers. Chicken was definitely not fresh. Fries were okay. Get back to the hotel to enjoy some thighs and they were bloody. BLOODY. I'm frustrated, so everything goes straight into the trash. Never again. At least my coworkers had some decent food. Their popcorn chicken and fish/shrimp platter was good fresh. read more

What a dump..... Never again.... Stay away from this place.... No chicken at 7:pm on a Saturday night. Ok so I decided I would get potato wedges and something else. Waited in line 20 minutes to be told they don't sell potato wedges at this location. Some dude with a hair bun and orange nail polish announces they are out of chicken and will not have any for 20 minutes because his co-workers suck..... He also walked away from a customer becuse he could't take any more time trying to take his order. He called a co-worker over and left saying he had to go he could not take it anymore. Stay away from this place, the poor ratings do not lie. The photo of the employees on the website surely do not match who work at this dump....... Never again...... read more

Drive thru is never busy but their time is still usually weak. the employees are underwhelmed yet still feel to take decent care of my order despite their slow pace. Overall I give this review and 4 stars because there are very few KFCs around these parts and I do not want to see it go. KFC serves Pepsi products which is hard to come by this day in age. Terrible customer service! I was told to wait 10 minutes for my chicken for The sandwhich, was given my drink at the window with No straw, then told to park, came out with my food still no straw, told employees who said he's be back with that, bit into my sandwich while waiting to find it did not have pickles nor the cheese I requested, waited another 10 minutes for someone to come out with my straw, nothing, then someone comes out with someone else's order asking if it was mine so I told them I was waiting for my straw and that my sandwich was not made correctly.....no word, no apology....waited again 5-10 minute, no one appeared so decided to just go through drive thru again...pulled up said I was still waiting for a straw and a fixed sandwich, was told to pull up to window, was then given my straw, and new sandwich and stil no apologies for the almost 35 minutes of my life waisted waiting for my order, and on top of all that..NO Napkins‍ Never again, they should just close down if they don't have competent employees!!! read more

About a year ago, I went to KFC in lancaster (rockvale), and they refused to let me buy anything at drive thru, because I didn't have a car. I finally got a car, and on Saturday, June 25th, 2022, I finally got a car and the only thing I wanted was a 16 piece all dark meat bucket of chicken. They use to sell this to me for an extra charge, which I didn't mind, but since COVID happened, they no longer allow this. Do they think that their chicken is made of gold? It's a chicken place for god's sake. You can't tell me that they do not have dark meat chicken. Welcome to KFC in Rockvale, where the customer is always wrong!! What a horrible restaurant. We were traveling through Lancaster and went through the drive through on our way home. We entered the drive through line at 7:02 and we left without our food at 7:50. They took our money and asked us to park to the side because they didn't have mashed potatoes ready. We waited for 30 minutes before an employee came to see what we ordered. I told the employee that I wanted the food and my refund. He took my card and receipt in to give me a refund. The manager brought my refund out and I asked her about the food and she said "you got your refund." What horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here. read more

This KFC by far is the slowest KFC I have ever been too. Went through the drive threw the other day wait almost 30 mins in line, only for me to have to drive away and not get my food because my son was screaming in the back seat of the car. Decided to give it one more try and actually went in to the place. Went to kfc on august 18th, 2018. Was a NIGHTMARE!!! Line was stupid long. Manager was yelling across store to different people bout their orders. The manager had her hands all over her nose just wiping and rubbing her nose. Uhh didn't go to sink instead just had her hands all over counter and continue working. the store when you walked in was so dirty and trash everywhere. Tables dirty. My husband and I looked at each other like yeah we cant eat here. what a shame when you have to go across the street and have the great kids at chic fila give you a wonderful meal. This is the 2nd time we have gone to this KFC...why we even went back after the first time was in hopes something had been done with the dining area Well nope! Place as filthy as ever! Floors trashed, tables not wiped down just like our first experience but this time they had no ice for the soda machine , no butter for the rolls and their hush puppies were disgusting and made me want to hurl after 1 bite .
