Drove in and someone directed us past the drive thru line to circle the building just to get back into the drive thru line. Took us about 8 minutes to get up front to order, where there was a nice young woman taking the orders. The line went fast after that and we got our food from a very nice gentleman and went on our way. Got home and was excited to see how this food compared to their neighbor and competitor. I got a pancake combo with eggs and sausage and my wife got a bacon and egg biscuit with a side of gravy. Off the bat I knew the pancakes were going to be bad, something about the look of them. I was very right about that, they were dry and just fell apart with no real taste to them. Eggs were ok and sausage was good. Wife's sandwich looked a little flat but she liked it. Overall this was the opening day so we will see how things change over time. Would still recommend giving them a try.

It always has a very long drive through wait. It is now two lanes and they keep it moving. We ate inside and got our order sooner than the drive through. While waiting for the delivery, a customer spilled and entire cup of coffee. It was a lot of coffee to mop up and then wipe down the splashed on booths. An employee came along and with a mop, got it all, all the while joking with those of us eating. And that mop was a real sucker-upper as she did the mop job on three mop drains. Ordering pizza is either pick from their suggestions, of which there are plenty, or create your own, or...any combination that works for you. They have Chicago pizza, and for those of you that are not familiar, this is a deep dish pie, thick with crust and cheese. It is almost 2 inches high. Crust Types: Hand-tossed, Thin' N Crispy, The Edge, Gluten Free Cauliflower, crustless (!), or create your own. This includes a base pizza, pizza sauce, cheese and your first topping. Each additional topping is charged based on pizza size. Sizes are: 9" Personal $8.99, 12" Medium $10.99, 14" Large $12.99. 16" X-Large $14.99. We ordered a thin crust, crispy crust, medium size Little Italian pie ($14.99). It did not jibe with their pricing, but we were not to quibble about it. I could not get the person I spoke to to understand that. She became increasingly rude, condescending, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She told me to leave and come back some other time, but she's not sure when because the district manager wasn't available and she doesn't know when they'll be back, and that she couldn't help me. She refused to help, so I left without a refund and without food. I had to call support to receive a refund, which I'm still waiting on to go through. I've been eating at Popeyes for years, but I will never return to this one. You, as a customer, will be disregarded and treated very poorly the second it's mildly inconvenient for the "workers".
