Not feeling well so my go to is mashed potatoes and chicken asked my husband to stop and grab something,unfortunately he stopped at this kfc I thought the chicken tenders were potato wedges....really dry and the mashed potatoes were watered down...such a disappointment. :( read more

I get to the drive thru and the lady operating it apparently didn't know or understand what I was talking about. Then I get up to the window and she starts asking me questions about my order when I very clearly explained to her the food and drinks that I ordered even though i told her what I ordered not even 1 minute ago. I don't know if this was her first day, or if she was just simply struggling, but my goodness, please train your people better KFC. Then the guy comes out and starts asking me the same questions. The lady did and I explained to him exactly what I had ordered. Then he tried to offer me some coupons which I of course turned down because I didn't want coupons and he asked me if I want coupons again and I said no and he said OK. I don't know if this was these people's first day or what but my goodness KFC please train your people better. Food quality has gone way down hill but costs have gone up The chicken breasts are smaller and have barely any meat on them The extra crispy chicken breading is far from that and not very flavorful They are using different serving containers for the mashed potatoes and now you get less We could have gotten a better meal hitting up the Cub Foods down the road and gotten deli chicken from them We won't rush back any time soon to KFC. This is the last time I come to this place. The service was beyond terrible, mashed potatoes were cold, chicken wasn't ready, biscuits were solid as a rock. This was my second time coming to this location because I thought with the new renovations being done things might be different now. NOPE! How about they renovate their customer service and quality of food here next time. I was witnessing customers actually calling out to employees to get their attention and the employees deliberately ignoring them and hiding in the back. Management, where are you? First off, the place was understaffed and I felt bad for the workers because they were working their asses off. I waited 15 minutes to order. I was second in line, but there was no one at the register to take my order. After I finally got my order in, the process of receiving my order was quite timely. However, as soon as I brought it out to my car to eat, I realized everything was cold. Fries cold. Mac & cheese cold. Chicken sandwich cold. After just a few bites I felt like throwing up. I sincerely hope the management there gets their shit together and finally staffed the place correctly. My heart goes out to the workers working in an understaffed environment for the low wages they are paid. I will not be coming back to KFC anytime soon. read more

This location is friendly and efficient. The food is expected for KFC and again typical fresh and hot, I wish their side dishes for purchase like coleslaw, were little cheaper as yum- would actually stop to get coleslaw over deli type. read more

We went there tonight, 9/23/18. The WORSE experience we have ever had and we usually visit this location at least once a month. After tonight I doubt we will ever go back. We purchased the buffet without being told that they were out of salad, jello, and cottage cheese. And on top of it we watched as they watered down the mac n cheese! When we complained the manager did NOTHING. Another customer was told they were having delivery issues. I am sorry, go to the grocery store and buy some lettuce and jello, or put a sign up saying salad bar is closed! My wife and I have been going to this KFC for over 20 years. we have received incorrect orders. been told during the dinner rush hour they had run out of chicken and were waiting for more. Waited 20 minutes to find they had lost my order. Today was totally differernt. We were greeted by Max, upon arrival---he was busy on the sales floor doing clean up. He was polite and courteous and thanked us for coming to KFC. We had coupons and he used the coupons and politely told us to hang on to the coupons for future use. After placing our order, he invited us to take a seat while the order was filled. When the order was ready he informed us and again thanked us for coming to KFC. We have never been made to feel so welcome at this KFC. Max also made us feel we were very important customers. Glad to have Max at this KFC. It will be a sad day if and when he decides to move on to bigger and better things. read more

What can I say it's a KFC but it's excellent buffet, such a good deal when you have a coupon. When you want something really cheap the five dollar fill ups do exactly what they are called they fill you up. I love their coleslaw! If you use the drive up make sure you ask for your sauces at the window they seem to forget them when you order them at the microphone. Great honey mustard sauce! I would have given this place a 6 out of 5 stars even just 6 months ago (yes, that awesome)! However, things have definitely changed! I'm not sure if there are new owners, or what. Used to play great oldies, and now crappy stuff (sounds to me like honky tonk... are we in Texas or something?!). Food quality has seriously declined (not fresh, hard biscuits and scummy gravy, etc.) as well as staff (obnoxious, loud, unattentive). Not sure I'll visit as often as I had. I used to tell everyone about this KFC, but not sure that I will be anymore. They have lost my referrals... maybe even my loyalty/business. read more

In the drive thru or when I walk in I get friendly service with eye Contact, and if I want to switch away from my usual order they know what to offer. Never been to a kfc quite like this one!
