Arby's is where I go when I want fast food but not typical fast food. We picked up lunch here since they were having their meat & 3 box deal. You get a sandwich, fries, mozzarella stick, peach cobbler roll dessert and a drink for $8 so not too bad. Their fish was a bit dry but it's not really a fish spot. The amount of fries was pretty tiny. They gave you some marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The peach cobbler roll was probably the best thing in the box. Since these came in boxes they did not give us a bag so it was a bit inconvenient since we had 3 boxes. They were out of the Hawaiian bread. You can come here to get the favorites you are looking for - mine is the Roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce and curly fries. I like that they send out and accept coupons! The building itself is a little worn down, but the dining room is large and the staff is helpful and friendly. read more

They are supposed to open at 10 but told me they weren't ready, when I pulled up at ten and waited for ten minutes. Gladly left and took my business to McDonalds. Arby's doesn't want your business. Don't even go there. Please take your business to McDonalds, Burger King or Taco Bell. read more

Food was good. Things that should be warm were warm and vice versa. However, it was a strange experience. This was my first time eating at this Arby's in over 5 years, so maybe I've forgotten some etiquette. Instead of paying and then waiting for food, I was being handed food before paying. Caught off guard, the drive through worker and I miscommunicated and I was handed the wrong order. When trying to explain there are more items in my order, the drive through worker became upset with me and told me to "give it back". I've worked in fast food, but even using common sense that's a safety hazard. Plus, the order I got by accident was just two fries. Coincidentally, my order also had two fries. All that had to be done was new fries would have to be scooped for the car ahead. No reason to yell at me and upset my passenger. I hope you take this as an opportunity to educate your workers on basic food safety and customer service. It seemed as though the drive through worker did not know whose order was whose despite there only being 3 cars. One ahead of me and one behind. Perhaps it's time to implement a number system as not to confuse both workers and new or tired customers by rattling off a couple of an order's items. In the meantime, I can only advise you to eat at the McDonald's across the street or drive a little further to a Raising Canes or Culver's. I have no plans to return to Arby's as this behavior was unacceptable and dangerous. Despite eating fast food regularly (as the epitome of class, I am), I've never experienced this negligence anywhere else and I hope you don't have to either. This location usually has issues with stocking their drink station, condiments, etc. It's always a bit of an issue when we go here. Tried ordering an online item that wasn't visibly on this one's menu and the girl at the cashier rang up the closest thing rather than actually communicating that it wasn't doable. So I didn't find out until the food was ready since I didn't get a receipt either. The food is usually done well though, just wish they'd get their act together. read more

A black crow gawked at me from a tree above as I stepped out of my vehicle, I'm not quite sure what that means? I grabbed a variety of value menu items for the family which included chicken sandwich, roast beef jr and ham and cheese. They are all good but I feel like a pig when I have to eat 3 of them. Next time I will opt for a regular size to get more meat vs the extra buns. Arby's has fries that blow my mind good but they are so bad for you that I just can't eat them Horsey sauce needs to be sold in stores...I love the sensation of my head ready to explode when I ingest too much. read more

Food was absolutely awful! A pubic hair was in my meat mountain I brought this to the manager Tom norr about the situation and he said he was unable to refund my meal. The dinning area was absolutely disgusting I found and a vape pen in the seat!! This arby's is just not so good. Tables are always messy. The soda and sauce station is just as messy staff seems to be under staff because they don't seem to open another register when there is more than a few people in line. Food it self is fine just like all arby's. They just need to work on customer service at this location. read more

I go to this Arby's location all the time. The workers here are always friendly and have a smile on their face. The food here are always fresh or mouth burning fresh. I always get a beef n cheddar combo with substituting curly fries for potato cakes. read more

I went to give Arby's a try. Haven't eaten at one since a bad sandwich experience back in 2008. I don't go for the roast beef, which is what they are known for, but the crispy chicken sandwich. True to my previous experience the chicken was smaller than the bun, over cooked and tough (literally I could not bite a piece off without extreme effort) and it was warm vs. hot. This leads me to believe it was overcooked and or reheated to send out at LUNCHTIME. Seriously, there wasn't anyone in the drive through with us at 11:45am, and then we had to pull forward to wait. Ok, figured they were cooking up fresh food. Nope. It was all warm- nothing piping hot. This location is sure to disappoint. I even went to Arbysmakesitright.com and all it did was have me fill out a store survey. Sad and not compensating in any way. Wasn't worth my time to drive back and fuss so threw the sandwich out and wrote this review. Avoid the chicken. read more

placed an online order before midnight, said they closed at 1. when i got there they said they were closed and that they closed at midnight. they keep closing earlier than what they're supposed too. they always usually stop serving 30 minutes before they close. won't give a refund either and said to go to a different one that's open when there are none. ridiculous people read more
