This place doesn't know what a famous bowl is. Went there last week and all I got was 3 pieces of chicken( not even exaggerating) a little bit of gravy, some corn, and a little dash of cheese. When I got home I was devastated seeing how bland it was. On top of all that I asked if they had "sweet tea"and they said "no" so I was like "okay well do you guys have Dr.Pepper?" They said "yes" so I was like " cool I will take a "Dr.Pepper". They ended up giving me root beer. You have no idea how betrayed I felt. Good luck everybody else. read more

These guys get the order right every time I go here to get food. The staff has always been friendly and their pretty quick to get your order out. Store is clean asnd well lighted. Not sure what more you can as of a fast food place. read more

Nasty. Simply nasty. This has to be one of the nastiest KFC's I've ever had the occasion to visit, and I only visit them in desperate moments - such as starving and finding oneself stuck in Kingman, AZ. Place was dirty inside - floors, countertops, tables, and worst of all... the employees had food particles or food products all over their clothing (flour was just the beginning). read more

Its all good now. Stopped here on a rod trip. We were craving KFC and decided to give this one a try against our better judgment - after reading the last reviews. We were expecting the worst and even had a backup plan, but were actually pleasantly surprised. The dining area was clean, the buffet looked fresh and the bathroom was just fine. We didnt eat at the buffet, but we ordered a takeout from a very friendly lady and our food came up fast was good. If you're in the area and are thinking KFC, I'd say you have nothing to worry about. read more

I'm here spent 40$ I asked the kid working if I can try the deserts at the buffet that are old af anyways he said ya. Then after I was done eating I go ask for a plate and this old witch looking girl says did you pay for it I'm like lady why are you being like that that he said I could try it she gave me an attitude and was like no . Sucks to be her to go thru life looking like that! read more

The double down chicken sandwich (i.e., KFC cordon bleu) tasted dry. I was surprised it was on the menu, other KFC's dropped this menu item. The service was not very good or organized. They forgot to give me hot sauce, soft drink cups, and napkins. They close really early on a Saturday. The place looked clean. read more

KFC buffet. Need I say more? If you like KFC, this is the location to go to in Kingman. The newer location, paired with a Long John Silver's falls short. read more

I used to drive miles out of my way to get KFC for the family. It was pricey but worth it cuz it was good. Picked it up from the Kingman restaurant. It was the worst meal we've ever had from "fast food." Greasy, even slimy under the skin, potatoes more like soup and biscuits so dry they exploded when we tried to open them. Won't go back. No idea how they are still even open. read more

First the restaurant manger is not friendly at all I advised her that her cashier. Was extremely professional. She did not take my opinion seriously. Food was ok chicken was a little dry. At the end of the KFC experience . One star for the restaurant and manager. Employee gets Five stars. read more

Just visiting. Ordered 2 pot pies and some sides. Told would have to wait 10 min. No problem. 20 min later found they had given pot pies to another customer. Offered something else. But came for pot pies. Told 18 min wait. No compensation and forgot the sides. Poor excuse for fast food read more

I got a buffet and my little kid wanted a piece so I'm not gonna say no!! I gave my kid a piece and then I want to get another plate they said no because I was sharing!! 1st of all why are you watching me eat and that is my kid ! even the boss didn't care read more

The food is good... The employee have zero communication with each other. Adrianna is selfish with the food they set in the buffet. An entire soccer team came in and she was putting little food even after the boys asked for more. She gave them attitude. The cashier was a young man and was amazing. He gave us a box because my parents had gotten chocolate cake and did not finish it. Adrianna may not do her job properly but was fast to tell one of her coworkers what happen and instead of training her staff she yelled at us. We will never go back. Rather pay a bit more and have an amazing experience. Made my Mom sad and my Daddy red of embarrassment. They were just visiting. The table next to us was nodding their head at the girl that yelled at us because they saw the young man give us a box. Only got Adrianas name was because she has little professionalism and was extremely rude to the soccer boys. read more

Had lunch there, and probably will not come back. Chicken was excessively greasy and kind of mushy and the sides on the AYCE bar were bland and really non-apealing. The place seemed kind of dirty as well. I really used to love this place, but the food has just lost its luster I guess. read more

Great food always hot and fast the only kick that has a buffet if you like a lot to eat the restaurant is always clean even the restrooms and the staff is effeciant keep up the good work love the $5.00 lunch choices with a cookie and drink read more

You would think when someone takes the time to go to the KFC website to place their order and pay for it online....then drive over to the local KFC, wait in the long drive thru line, you'd think the employees could double check your order to make sure they have everything in the bag before handing it to you. I paid $41.51 tonight for dinner. When I got back home, half of my order isn't in the bag! I then had to leave my dinner, drive back over there, wait in the long drive thru line again, to get the rest of my food. The lady at the window says, "sorry about that", hands the bag out the window and then closes the window again. Yeah, I'm sorry too! I'm sorry I had to drive over there twice because you can't do your job! I'm sorry too that my dinner was cold by the time I got back home. What surprises me is that I wasn't at least offered something for the inconvenience! Maybe a couple of cookies, or maybe a coupon to keep my business! I can go to Smith's or Safeway and buy an 8 piece chicken for $6 bucks! KFC's chicken is nowhere near as good as it used to be and obviously, the employees or management at the local KFC, 3350 N Stockton Hill Rd, Kingman, AZ 86401 needs some training on how to keep their patrons happy, to keep them coming back! I for one have given them all the business I'm going to give them. I'll save money and get better chicken at Smith's or Safeway. read more

I was just here at this KFC for lunch today. I had the buffet and it was very good. Floors all clean and the staff was very nice as well. Will be back again read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY STAFF AS WELL AS MANAGER. I pulled up on a motorcycle in their drive through. Apparently they're unable to take order from a motorcycle. Ok, I can respect that although other fast food chains in the area have no issues with it. So I pulled up to window to give order to staff in person. The lady at window motioned to others in kitchen that I was at the closed window. She then turned her back on me and didn't come to window to acknowledge or help me. So I left n went to JimmyJohns who has no probs taking care of customers on motorbikes. I later called KFCs n spoke to mgr. She informed me that #1 I was not allowed to order at their restaurant on a motorcycle. (I must have missed the sign? Hmmmm #2 I was supposed to wait at window until manager had time to come to window (I would've waited for her if the girl would have opened window n told me mgr was on way). I Told mgr that since no one would come to window plus turned their back on me that it was my perception I was not going to be waited on. Throughout the phone conversation I was polite. The mgr in the other hand was defensive and "nothing was their fault." The blame for not being waited on was "fully on myself" according to the mgr. Needless to say, I will never give Kentucky Fried Chicken - Stockton Hill Road in Kingman AZ another chance to Fail me. Absolutely NO Class whatsoever. If I owned this franchise I would clean house starting with the inept n rude manager. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a fast food setting. On several occasions this restaurant has incorrectly handled my order; I called back after I arrived home and spoke with a manager who took my name and told me they would keep a record. Twice now I have gone back and asked for what they missed the time before and was told "we don't have your name in our book". I am going to speak with the main store manager and the owner and express my thoughts. I will never return to this store! read more

Be sure you count your change before you walk away from the counter, I was short changed at this location.

I'm giving it 1-star because the person who handled our money also then handled our food. No gloves or washing her hands. Otherwise, it's just your typical greasy KFC chicken. read more

The Kingman az location has a bad problem keeping crispy breast available. In the past, I have either had to change my choice to regular or grilled or I just said never mind and left because they were always out of the Crispy Breast. Or you had to wait another 20 minutes before any more would be available. I havent been there in about 5 months and decided to get the special $10 - 6 piece chicken offer. It includes 1 breast 1 wing 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. Guess what??????? I went through the drive thru - I get to the window to pay and they tell me they are out of the Crispy Breast. I was so angry. I am absolutely done with this location and I will never go back there again. I have lived here for 20 years and I will never spend another dime at this Kingman Az. Location. . read more

I have to agree with the review written by Terri S. in January of 14. The same thing happened to me. My order was shorted, and when I called back I was told my name would be put into a book and I could pick up what was missing from my order the next time I was in. That did not happen, They have no record of my call or anything. So check your order before you leave.... as for me, I will not be back. read more
