I used to drive miles out of my way to get KFC for the family. It was pricey but worth it cuz it was good. Picked it up from the Kingman restaurant. It was the worst meal we've ever had from "fast food." Greasy, even slimy under the skin, potatoes more like soup and biscuits so dry they exploded when we tried to open them. Won't go back. Its all good now. Stopped here on a rod trip. We were craving KFC and decided to give this one a try against our better judgment - after reading the last reviews. We were expecting the worst and even had a backup plan, but were actually pleasantly surprised. The dining area was clean, the buffet looked fresh and the bathroom was just fine. We didnt eat at the buffet, but we ordered a takeout from a very friendly lady and our food came up fast was good. The double down chicken sandwich (i.e., KFC cordon bleu) tasted dry. I was surprised it was on the menu, other KFC's dropped this menu item. The service was not very good or organized. They forgot to give me hot sauce, soft drink cups, and napkins. They close really early on a Saturday. The place looked clean. read more

I often go thru KFC's drive thru in Kingman. On my last visit I was given THE WORST customer service ever! I ordered 10 pc chicken bites. As I pulled up to the window, Server #1825 took my money and handed me my order. I politely asked her if there were any sauces in the bag, because she failed to ask if I wanted any condiments. Her response was, "No, what do you want?" VERY rude. KFC needs to train their window servers in customer relations. I drove off in shock for being treated so rudely. I let it bug me until I called KFC to complain against said server. To my surprise the manager who answered my call was the same person who treated me so rudely. Over the phone she sounded so fake. The food is good... The employee have zero communication with each other. Adrianna is selfish with the food they set in the buffet. An entire soccer team came in and she was putting little food even after the boys asked for more. She gave them attitude. The cashier was a young man and was amazing. He gave us a box because my parents had gotten chocolate cake and did not finish it. Adrianna may not do her job properly but was fast to tell one of her coworkers what happen and instead of training her staff she yelled at us. We will never go back. Had lunch there, and probably will not come back. Chicken was excessively greasy and kind of mushy and the sides on the AYCE bar were bland and really non-apealing. The place seemed kind of dirty as well. I really used to love this place, but the food has just lost its luster I guess. read more

You would think when someone takes the time to go to the KFC website to place their order and pay for it online....then drive over to the local KFC, wait in the long drive thru line, you'd think the employees could double check your order to make sure they have everything in the bag before handing it to you. I paid $41.51 tonight for dinner. When I got back home, half of my order isn't in the bag! I then had to leave my dinner, drive back over there, wait in the long drive thru line again, to get the rest of my food. The lady at the window says, "sorry about that", hands the bag out the window and then closes the window again. Yeah, I'm sorry too! I'm sorry I had to drive over there twice because you can't do your job! I'm sorry too that my dinner was cold by the time I got back home. What surprises me is that I wasn't at least offered something for the inconvenience! Maybe a couple of cookies, or maybe a coupon to keep my business! I can go to Smith's or Safeway and buy an 8 piece chicken for $6 bucks! KFC's chicken is nowhere near as good as it used to be and obviously, the employees or management at the local KFC, 3350 N Stockton Hill Rd, Kingman, AZ 86401 needs some training on how to keep their patrons happy, to keep them coming back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY STAFF AS WELL AS MANAGER. I pulled up on a motorcycle in their drive through. Apparently they're unable to take order from a motorcycle. Ok, I can respect that although other fast food chains in the area have no issues with it. So I pulled up to window to give order to staff in person. The lady at window motioned to others in kitchen that I was at the closed window. She then turned her back on me and didn't come to window to acknowledge or help me. So I left n went to JimmyJohns who has no probs taking care of customers on motorbikes. I later called KFCs n spoke to mgr. She informed me that #1 I was not allowed to order at their restaurant on a motorcycle. (I must have missed the sign? Hmmmm #2 I was supposed to wait at window until manager had time to come to window (I would've waited for her if the girl would have opened window n told me mgr was on way). I Told mgr that since no one would come to window plus turned their back on me that it was my perception I was not going to be waited on. Throughout the phone conversation I was polite. The mgr in the other hand was defensive and "nothing was their fault." The blame for not being waited on was "fully on myself" according to the mgr. Needless to say, I will never give Kentucky Fried Chicken - Stockton Hill Road in Kingman AZ another chance to Fail me. Absolutely NO Class whatsoever. If I owned this franchise I would clean house starting with the inept n rude manager. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a fast food setting. On several occasions this restaurant has incorrectly handled my order; I called back after I arrived home and spoke with a manager who took my name and told me they would keep a record. Twice now I have gone back and asked for what they missed the time before and was told "we don't have your name in our book". The Kingman az location has a bad problem keeping crispy breast available. In the past, I have either had to change my choice to regular or grilled or I just said never mind and left because they were always out of the Crispy Breast. Or you had to wait another 20 minutes before any more would be available. I havent been there in about 5 months and decided to get the special $10 - 6 piece chicken offer. It includes 1 breast 1 wing 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. Guess what??????? I went through the drive thru - I get to the window to pay and they tell me they are out of the Crispy Breast. I was so angry. I have been to Kentucky's chicken at both locations and they are horrible went to the one in sierra vista and Nevada and they were very good but when we moved here went to the one on Stockton hill nasty then went to the one one by long john silver also nasty eek horrible to bad cause i can never go their and i love Kentucky fried chicken will try one last time in bullhead city if not it will be Popeye's read more

I have to agree with the review written by Terri S. in January of 14. The same thing happened to me. My order was shorted, and when I called back I was told my name would be put into a book and I could pick up what was missing from my order the next time I was in. That did not happen, They have no record of my call or anything. So check your order before you leave.... as for me, I will not be back. read more
