Absolutely disgusting, tasted like microwaved food, no char on burger, everything already soggy, past its prime, it had to have been microwaved. Ordered through the app and it didn't even sync with their ticket, with what I ordered. WTH? Missing what I ordered on the app, my bad going home without checking. This is for the Carl's Jr, White Hills location. All I can say is that this place is scandalous. We ordered our meal based on the menu that's posted, and the hostess only asked us for medium or large combos. I read our receipt, and it didn't reflect the price on the posted menu. I went back to the hostess, and she was clueless. Spoke to whoever was in charge, and she told me she couldn't refund me my money because i had to wait 3-5 days for the manager to review it. I told her it was cash, and i wasn't coming back. She did offer something else to make it right.... all in all it is the point. My family and I door dashed Carl's Jr for the second time and again it just sucked. Usually Carl's has great size burger burgers but 3 out of the 4 burgers we door dashed were not only as small as a basic McDonalds burger but looked like crap and lacked sauces. No napkins or ketchup for the fries and I had to make homemade sauce for the burgers because they barely but any on. Carl you need to step it up. Just sad. read more

This is going to be short and sweet.. As a fast food place I really appreciate it the diligence of the employees. I was told that there's a whole bunch of different sauces And then asked what I wanted to try. I said I wasn't sure the lady said she'll be right back, and brought an entire tray with every sauce said, "Try what you like and leave the ones you don't." Who does that anymore? I ordered The Santa fe Chicken Combo, fried zucchini, a large diet, and a strawberry milkshake . I Paid $12.59 for the combo with large drink $.20 Add Zucchini $4.59 shake $1.59 tax $19.07 total I was expecting to pay - per the Carl's Jr/Hardy's menu $7.59 for the combo with large drink $.20 Add Zucchini $4.59 $12.38 pretax total I called the store this morning and found out that the $12.59 is the correct current combo cost for the combo with a large drink. The woman who answered the phone even checked the drive through menu. I appreciate her help However; this is a price I can't afford. I I no longer will be eating at Carls Jr. My husband and I are seniors on a fixed income. My pet peeve is workers who complain about other customers or coworkers in front of all the customers! It's your job to deal with all sorts so suck it up or save the bitching for your break time . The person who took my order got it right on paper but the person who made the food did not. Asked for a burger with no cheese or onion. Burger had cheese & onion on it. We ordered and was waiting for our food when Two workers were on break came in from outside went behind counter the one guy grabbed his hat and put it on and was playing with his hair. My husband and I stopped for breakfast. We had never been to Carl's Jr. for breakfast before and were surprised at how good, light and large the biscuits were in our bacon, egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches. The coffee was good too. The young man taking our order was very helpful and mentioned that the biscuit sandwiches were on special, two for six dollars. We weren't aware of that so I appreciated that he pointed it out. We had a filling, tasty breakfast at a great price. The bathrooms were clean and the dining room was too. We'll be back to try some of the other breakfast items. read more

Went to Carl's Jr., located at 3445 STOCKTON HILL RD Kingman, AZ, with my wife after work. We ordered off the menu, which seriously did not really match with items ordered. " You ordered a chicken sandwich. The picture shown was just that and mayo nothing else!" The chicken was well over cooked, so I went up to the counter with my concerns. This place is pretty clean. Restrooms clean and the workers were friendly and helpful. The food was what you would expect from a place like that. We ordered those $5 boxes they have. It was a good deal that even came with a cookie. Carl's Jr has gotten so expensive now days it was nice to see that I could get a meal for $5. One of the meals had a hot dog with it and the bun was so smashed it didn't look eatable at all. It also had a weird color and had a weird taste. I'll let you know if we get sick from it. As busy as the place was they were able to get the food out quickly. I know first had how challenging it is to help a lot of people and keep up good customer service. Usually a decent location. However I ordered the chili burger that is currently being promoted on tv. I realize that advertisement photos look nothing like what you really get. This was really bad. This is obviously a brand new Carl's Jr. location. The exterior and interior are both clean and modern. They were running a special -- $1 for any size drink -- when I visited. The kitchen was a little slow (seemed like they were working out a few kinks) but the food was fresh and hot and delicious. As with all Carl's locations, they will happily wrap any sandwich in lettuce instead of a bun, low carb style. I'm happy there's now a Carl's Jr. on the road to Phoenix from Vegas. read more

On our month long trip we managed to see a fair chunk of the States. Starting from L.A. then on to Vegas, Albuquerque and then venturing through to Dallas and Austin exploring as many BBQ joints and roller coasters on the way. After seeing advertisements left right and centre, in fact everywhere we went for the El Diablo burger from Carl's Jr, we had to try one. It was like the subliminal messages on the tv ads were hypnotising me and luring me to see what the fuss was all about. We were in Vegas accidentally for the big or what turned out to be a not so big fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. With the pay per view restrictions across the entire state and with it only being able to be seen at exclusive MGM Grand parties, we decided we'd try sneak across the border and go see the Grand Canyon and on the way back find a bar in Kingman to watch the fight. On our way to the Grand Canyon we were starving and rolled past a Carl's Jr sign that was almost like a iridescent beacon in the storm, standing out to us, gleaming as my girlfriend and I both looked at each other and said, "El Diablo!". We made the turn off at Stockton HIll Road and parked up. We'd never been to a Carl's Jr before and thought it was going to be like a McDonald's or Burger King and quite often their feature burgers are disappointing and look nothing like what you see on tv. We ordered a half pound El Diablo of course and I wish I'd taken down the girls name that served me because she was great and the service I received there was one of the best experiences I had on our trip. I loved how she really took to her role with pride and that it wasn't just a job and she was talking to regulars and newcomers alike and new the entire menu and was chatting saying how it wasn't like McDonald's and she was bang on with the truth. The burger came out and it looked amazing and it tasted just as good as it looked. The beef patty was sublime and for a chain restaurant a real surprise. It was tender, succulent and juicy with and was filled with crunchy on the outside, oozing cheese on the inside jalapeño poppers with more sliced pickled jalapeños, pepperjack cheese, a spicy habañero sauce and of course what burger wouldn't be complete without bacon. I always put fries into my burger and then eat it for an extra texture but because the burger was so big already, I really had to manoeuvre my mouth and strategically bite into it to manage the burger. My girlfriend and I were so impressed by our experience that we got another one on our way back through Kingman and another on our quick expedition to Canada. Overall we left with big smiles from all the Carl's Jr restaurants we ate at and I wish we had these at home in Australia because you get such great bang for your buck and gourmet quality burgers but from a place where you can relive that experience again and again across the country at any Carl's Jr or Hardee's and into Canada as well and still uphold the same consistent experience with great service and the excellent standard of food. I must say that you guys have really set the bar high for what I am to expect when I eat at a fast food outlet. Kudos to you! read more

If you like Carl's Jr. you may have a favorite but the special 5 for 5 deal is pretty good! Bacon cheese burger, chicken sandwich, fries, large drink, and a chocolate chip cookie! Pretty good deal for lunch! And the best part is you don't have a chemical taste in your mouth like some of the other fast food hamburger places.... Location should be shut down Indefinitely. Unless you are OK with flies all over, try another Carl's. (It's an unsanitary location) but again considering the location and the individuals, it's probably 5 star rating...Plus the customer service is just as nasty as the aesthetics of the venue. Super bummed about this place. It used to be awesome but as of late?...just yuck. We pulled into the drive through at 10:37PM and sat at the box waiting to place a super quick order! All we wanted were 2 shakes, no food, nothing crazy, etc. Whomever was inside working never came to the box. They never said a word but we could hear the box coming on and then it would click off immediately. By now, it was 10:48PM, so, I double checked online because maybe we got the hours wrong? Online it says 12:00AM...so I thought, "Well, maybe their box is busted?" I pulled to the takeout window and waited for 5 minutes. There were cars in the parking lot...so there has to be at least someone inside!! No one came to the window. They have a sticker on their window that lists the SAME hours as online...open until 12:00AM. We pulled around the main dinning area and in the back was just one worker leaning on or inside or idk what they were doing,...but they were hiding by the grill. I thought, "Okay, maybe they dropped something!!!" So we pulled around a second time to go through the drive through. Again, the same clicking on and off from the box. It was 10:57PM and we just drove off...It would have been nice to have someone just come to the box and say, "Hey, I am the only one here right now, so we are closing early!" Or "Hey, I am in the process of cleaning the grill, we only have fried foods or drinks available." Or heck, if you didn't want to work, I would have respected them a whole ton more if they said, "I don't feel like working right now! I'm really sorry!" I would have given them a $20.00 tip for their honesty!!! But to sit there and play a cat and mouse game 30 minutes BEFORE you close? Cheese me no likey!! read more

Let me start off with I don't live in Arizona. We came to Kingman as part of a roadtrip and decided to have breakfast here as we were hungry from our overnight road trip and we like the food at Carl's Jr. Upon going to the cash register to begin our order, the cashier had a very dry attitude, don't remember her name though. When the food arrived, the food was great, but the way the same cashier brought our food to us was horrible the way she kind of tossed the tray on the table. I don't want to make assumptions but maybe it was because skin color... Overall, I probably won't be back if I ever do stop by Kingman AZ. At least not this location. read more

If i could rate this a zero i would. We were traveling thru from Grand Canyon on our way to Vegas and stopped for dinner. After waiting over 20 minutes for our food, i came to the counter and explained that i found the wait time unacceptable. When we came in we were the only ones in the restaurant so it was hard to understand the reason for the wait. They offered me a refund and i took it thinking they were still giving us the food we waiting almist 30 minutes for that was now ready. No, the girl helping seemed to have a nervous breakdown as she ran to the back and yelled loudly, came out and stuck her hand in our food bag pushing it back on the counter toward the kitchen. Not the case. I really don't know what the problem is.. It is just really really painfully slow to get the most simple order.. I still go there sometimes, the food is good.... but make sure you have between 20-35 minutes to get your order. read more

The food gets 4 stars, especially since they once mistook the cheeseburger I ordered for a double western bacon cheeseburger (score!). But service is extremely slow through the drive-thru, inside seems better. I'm not sure if it's not having enough staff or having slow staff. At least apologize to the person waiting, it will make them more understanding and less likely to write a poor review. read more
