Stopped by to try the four pc taste of kfc original.The chicken DOES NOT taste the same. It wasn't as greasy but the flavor just wasn't there. Biscuits were a bit dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted a bit "off".The wing was maybe even a little smaller than Popeye's and the breast was as small as a thigh. I'm very disappointed! Ordered extra crispy 3 piece extra chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes with honey BBQ. When I got home, I discovered I received one side and only 1 BBQ, not to mention just crispy chicken. I ordered an additional extra crispy sandwich with BBQ. No BBQ sauce! This is a TERRIBLE KFC that sells unrecognizable chicken and mediocre sides. Stopped at this KFC on the way home because I was starving. The 8-piece bucket with sides is around $28 and the food they served me was DISGUSTING!! The coating tasted half-cooked and the chicken tasted old, stale. It didn't even resemble the KFC I grew up eating on rare occasions and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Save your money - and stomach - by going elsewhere. Way to go KFC! A very welcomed improvement in customer service! A manager was on duty on the night I ran through the drive-thru. I was welcomed by a friendly woman. The manager was assisting in completing orders. The service was fast, friendly and efficient! I ordered a $5 tender box for my son. It smelled fresh and he loved it. This is the worst KFC. I have never had a positive experience. Tonight running through the man that answered the drive thru very rudely said "KFC" and nothing else. After paying I had to pull up and wait for my food. 5 cars passed me before my food came out. We waited for almost 20 minutes. The girl basically threw my food into my car. Didn't say a word and left. Upon getting home after all of that they forgot an item I paid for. It really sucks that this is the only one in the area. I don't go to KFC much anymore; the prices are too high, and the food just didn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Plus, the last time we tried to eat here, we never got waited on. So, when hubby said he wanted to try the $5 Fill Up meal, I was a little leery, but hey, why not? $10 for dinner isn't too bad, even if it sucks. We had to wait a minute or so when we got in, but the lady that waited on us was so sweet and apologetic for making us wait, it was totally fine. Her name was Rachel, and she was one of the nicest people that I've ever met in fast food. She is why I gave four stars, not just three! They have the normal 8 piece, 12 piece, etc. meals, which to me are still pretty high priced. I think the 12 piece meal was $26.99. That just seems kinda expensive, but maybe I'm just cheap. They have five different $5 Fill Up meals; we chose the one with 3 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. They also have one with a pot pie, one with the bowl, one with dark meat, and a grilled breast; they all come with a cookie, and a drink, some come with a biscuit, and some don't. But you can add two biscuits for $1.49 if you need/want to. The food came out fairly quickly, and I will be dipped, it was hot! I was actually pretty impressed with the taste of the food! Hot and fresh and very filling! We actually ordered extra biscuits and I gave hubby part of my cookie and a tender. No, I didn't share my biscuits...I love my carbs too much! This wasn't a healthy, or low calorie meal by any means, but looking at the nutrition information for the grilled breast meal, if I gave the cookie to my hubby, I could eat for about 520 calories. Of course the sodium is always over the top, but that's all fast food. I also didn't see any iced tea. which i thought was strange. They had raspberry iced tea in the fountain, but I wanted plain ol iced tea. They may have had it behind the counter, but I didn't ask. I probably will next time though, as I really don't drink much pop anymore. I doubt this will be a regular stop; but I'm sure we will be back. It was clean, the people were friendly, and the food was good, all at a reasonable price. That's all I really ask for from a fast food place, and KFC delivered! read more

On July 1, 2020, I decided to treat myself to a Breast Meal at KFC on El Dorado. The drive thru was efficient and quick. When I got home, I started out by eating the mashed potatoes and gravy which were nice and hot. Then I moved on to the Breast which was on the small side. Although the meat was a bit dry, the first few bites were ok. On my third bite, I started to gag so I spit it out. Upon examining it closely, I found a long black hair was mixed in with the chicken. I knew it wasn't mine because my hair is blondish gray and much shorter. I ended up throwing out the remaining chicken and doubt I will ever eat at this restaurant again. read more

HORRIBLE service. Literally just went through the drive thru and my mom ordered herself a SWEET tea and when we pulled up my mom watched the little Asian girl(I don't know a name or I would use it) poor a UNSWEET tea so my mom asked her if it was sweet and she said yes so my mom tried it to make sure and it wasn't so she requested that they get her a sweet tea. The little girl storms off saying "I'm getting it!" I told my mom to double check this one and it was sweet but because we had not left the drive thru yet I hear the older man (dark hair skinny and mustache) yell out "pull up lady!"
