This has to be the worst KFC in the nation. Have given them multiple attempts to improve, yet they still fail horribly. Most recent attempt to purchase an 8 piece bucket meal. Waited over 45 minutes and never got the food. Finally just left with no refund between purchased through the app. This store should be shut down. No way corporate KFC knows how bad this place is or they would close it just to save face. There is no chance that the current owner can fix it, it's been horrible for years. No one should attempt to eat here. read more

Still the worst KFC/Taco Bell on the planet. It is however in a dead heat with the terrible Taco Bell on College drive in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Dining room filled with flies, every table dirty, all the tacos broken and the help standing around talking to each other leaning their fat asses up against the counter and not cleaning anything. Lazy employees: Another reason this Taco Bell sucks. If I owned this Taco Bell I would have fired everyone of them on the spot. read more

I understand it is crazy for restaurants. But I feel I was treated rudely. Went through drive thru. A voice said we will be with you in a minute. After 5 minutes, I backed out & went inside. I'm sure he was overwhelmed. When I went up there, I asked for my autistic grandson with me 6 pieces & a biscuit. I asked if we could order that. He came back & said you will have to take white meat only. He rang it up & said it would be ready soon. I asked if you will call the number on the receipt. He just looked away & signaled the next person to order. The cost was $22. I wonder if a mix of white & dark would have been cheaper. I mean it is Kentucky fried CHICKEN! read more

We were there on Saturday at 3. It took forever to place our order and get our food. We were the only ones in the drive thru. When we got home with our food it was terrible. The original chicken was hard and crunchy , there was a piece of plastic in one of the slaws, the potatoes had little gravy on them and the biscuits were hard. read more

Pay attention to your order on the screen as you order it because if they screw it up they won't fix it. I checked my order at the drive-through just to make sure nothing got forgotten because people make mistakes which is fine and sure enough something was wrong. I tried to return the incorrect items to get the correct items(which were cheaper) and was told that they can't do that. They said that's how it was wrung up and paid for. You lost a customer kfc/taco bell because you wouldn't correct your own mistake. read more

Rude service. Hard chicken. Out of biscuits. Dirty dining room. Customer service person swearing at another while we were at the counter.

Terrible service and a dirty dining room. Trying to get a fork was like pulling teeth. Honestly though I can't remember the last time I enjoyed Taco Bell read more

Horrible service. My order is never right. Before you criticize me about going back my wife likes the KFC BOWL. Today they did not have something on the menu but was on the menu. So I order something different for my wife. The computer mysteriously goes down. Told to go inside to order because it would take 15-20 minutes to reboot. So I go in to order. Walk in and no one social distancing. Restaurant is packed. One employee wearing a mask but had it pulled down. Employees chatting it up with customers while not social distancing. I hate to act like a Karen but this day in age I expect Restaurants to follow CDC federal and state guidelines in a pandemic. Oh and come to find out that item on the menu that was not on the menu, was on the menu. read more

How come every single time I go here they are out of something I order? Who runs this place?

This KFC lives up to Colonel Sander's reputation, food wise. The only downfall is the wait time in the drive-thru.

DISCLAIMER : I am pregnant and high risk. I've been craving Taco Bell for awhile now we decided to drive thru Highland Taco Bell tonight 5-20-2020 first of all the customer service was awful from the beginning the service was very very slow. Then I pull around to see that absolutely nobody is wearing gloves and the only person wearing a mask is at the window...already aggravated I obviously was looking inside to see what's up and it was an absolute disgusting mess in the kitchen, workers standing around scratching their faces and staring at eachother nobody working. The guy making the food in the back was wearing a giant coat no gloves and scratching IN HIS PANTS and then the girl working the window after touching money and god knows what else turned around and TOUCHED AND SMASHED MY WHOLE QUESADILLA WITH HER BARE HANDS. Needless to say I got a refund and gave her the food back and then literally nobody apologized. I know we are in hard times but you picked the job you have so at least be sanitary for the sake of the customers !!! I will be contacting someone higher up because i just can't believe what i saw tonight. someone needs this place shut down or completely wiped out and cleaned employees included. I wish no stars was an option for this dump. read more

This is the WORST KFC/TB i scratch that!!!!!! the WORST fast food restaurant I have ever eaten in my life... the orders are ALWAYS wrong. With what I just spent on this garbage my original chicken that I ordered was not original, but actually crunchy and not cooked all the way through it was still bloody!!! my chicken quesadilla was more more like a cheese quesadilla. The regular taco's I ordered tasted old, and on top of all that they put the soft taco's in the bag upside down and when I took them out of the bag the meat, cheese, and lettuce was at the bottom of the bag!! I work to hard for the little money I have for it to be wasted on garbage!! MY FAMILY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LANDFILL AGAIN! read more

I have NEVER posted a bad review ever but decided I just had to this time. I order the 4 piece meal with an additional thigh through their web site. The order was to be ready by 5:30. I showed up at 5:30 and went inside and stood there for over 10 minutes before any of their employees would even acknowledge I was there. The four piece meal was to consist of 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast, and 1 wing and then the addition thigh that was ordered. What I got was 2 breast, 2 very small wings, and 1 leg (all of which were overcooked and the crust was horrible). I tried calling them 7 times and all I kept getting was a voice mail message saying that their mailbox was full and that I couldn't even leave a voice mail message. We went ahead and tried to eat the chicken but it was very dry and tasted horrible. I will NEVER go there again. They don't even deserve 1 star but unfortunately you have to rate it on a scale of 1 to 5, read more

The staff was friendly, and they got my entire order right. The food was ready in a couple of minutes and didn't leave any lingering side effects aside from temporary satisfaction. What more could I really ask for in a fast food place? read more

This is also a Taco Bell. They usually never mess my order up- but their service is awful. They are not clean. The employees that work there are all known as the druggies of highland. And they took the buffet out to make room for the taco bell breakfast and never got breakfast. read more

This is a terrible place. Very unclean and exceptionally slow. I waited 30 minutes for food and then just got a refund. Nothing says sanitary like grabbing chicken and money with gloves on. Do yourself a favor and go inside. You will probably leave. read more

I pull up an hour and a half before they close and all I wanted was mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese, and they proceed to tell me that KFC part is close when their say it goes to 10. I understand if it's a half hour before but 1 1/2 hour before is actually is ridiculous. read more

This place doesn't ever deserve a star rating! I was absolutely disgusted with my food and service from KFC. I had to go back 3 times and have them redo my order because they couldn't get it right. The first time they forgot my sides, the second time was for the cold and old chicken I got and the wrong sides again. I had called multiple times and no one would answer the phone. Then manager on duty wouldn't talk to me so they sent out another employee. I had to ask the people in the drive through to get the manager for me because they wouldn't answer the phone or me knocking on the door. The two photos I posted below is the old and cold chicken that the manager told me was made that morning...it was 3pm and the second photo is the macaroni and cheese that I didn't ask for and was given instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. I would love to speak to the owner of the store but they won't contact me back and it's been almost a month now! I have called corporate and complained because this is just disgusting and downright disrespectful! Horrible customer service and absolutely disgusting food! read more

We went to the drive through at the Highland, Illinois KFC to buy a 20 piece family meal one hour before closing. The manager who was working at 7pm on Sunday, June 28th refused to allow enough chicken to be cooked for us. She said that, because they closed in one hour, it would just be a waste of chicken and we were offered the 3 pieces left in the bin to feed a family of 8. Corporate has been called. I would not recommend eating here as they have no regard for their customers and are not interested in serving the public. So disappointing as out of town visitors and local customers. read more

Horrendous service, I asked for a ps vita meal deal, 2 in fact.. They couldn't even be bothered to give me them or a drink caddy!! The food was ice cold after a 5 minute drive. I hope no one gives these people money! I didn't see a soul in the parking lot, I wonder why??? Also this is a combo KFC/ taco bell please put that in the description!! Your terrible gps says the closest taco bell is 20 miles away !!!! Wrong!!!!!! read more

Prices are bit more expensive than other sources for chicken in town. Dining in is possible, but small. Food is standard KFC fair, mass market taste. It's ok. read more

Customer service was poor, manager was our first contact, he didn't say anything to us at all. No welcome,or someone will be right with you? The lady cashier was sweeping the floor, she didnt wash her hands. Before coming behind the counter. The chicken pieces was tiny and too salty! The next morning my BP was high due to all the sodium and my hands were swollen and hurting. read more

I just waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes without even getting to order. I was told to wait three times. I never leave reviews but this is the worst service I can't even call it service I didn't get any service I've ever gotten. read more

I went to this location tonight around 8:45 p.m. The drive-thru was very busy but I waited anyway. I ordered a three piece tender meal with potato wedges and asked for both to be extra crispy. When I got to the window we didn't wait at all for our food, typically a good sign, right? Well not when you're wanting your food crispy it isn't. I figured it was due to the long line of cars and the wait. When I got home and opened up my tender box I was furious. My tenders were limp, soggy, lukewarm, and everything but crispy. What about the wedges you ask? HA! The exact same. I got back in my car and drove back up there and was given "new food" nope, same exact quality. I just went home and ate something else. The kid that was also fixing my meal had a very condescending tone about my "soggy tenders" and how "these shouldn't be soggy". All in all save your money and go somewhere else to eat in highland. read more

Yo this KFC is lit you can buy a $5 fill up meal and get Baja blast with it now idk about you but aye that's pretty good.
