They had my order for 30 minutes, sent out a message saying it was ready. They had not even started it, then I had to wait longer cuz they ended up running out of the stuff I order after giving out lobby orders. Instead of the orders they and for over an hr by the time I got my food. And this is happening every time I order food here. Then when I did get my food I was missing two sides and they didn't give me the correct order of chicken. This place is definitely going downhill fast. I had to stand at the register for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there and came over. And this is with 1 other person in line. read more

The tacos we ordered today were rancid. Shells were inedible. The nasty taste wouldn't leave my mouth. The prices here have gone way up and food quality has gone way down. This Taco Bell is the worst place to eat. Service is sucky and they are always getting your orders wrong. Something is always wrong when it comes to their machines so you can never get something you want. Food is good besides the fact they will get your order wrong sometimes or not put enough in ur taco. The food is spectacularly horrible, broken taco shells virtually no filling and worse. Is there a shortage of dog meat I'm unaware of? Tired of this Taco Bell, I usually love Taco Bell but this one always gets your order wrong. They either forget to buy stuff in your bag or add stuff to your meal that you asked them not to, like no I don't want sour cream on the nachos that's why I said it three times in the drive thru. I've Had Taco Bell on more than one occasion with usually OK experiences. It's a good deal if you get the five dollar lunchbox but if you get the stuff individually unless it's on sale it's overpriced. It seems to be a clean restaurant but it's rather slow. read more

Not like one more bad review is going to make a difference but maybe one day the owners of this location will get their head out of their ass and do something about the shitty employees who clearly don't give a single f*ck. The order is never right and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I know employees are hard to find but whoever the girl was that worked tonight, September 29th, at 5pm CST was, she had zero business being in a customer service role. Rude. Rude. RUDE! I feel bad for her parents. Then again with an attitude like that it's possible they gave up on her in her most impressional years. This is by far one of the worst locations i've ever been to. For one, the portions are terrible depending on the day. sometimes it's fine, but most of the time i get half of the regular taco meat in my taco. very disappointing when i get home. second, customer service is terrible. Not very helpful. Along with that, they close at 9. nothing wrong with that, but i shouldn't go through the drive through at 8:30 and not be served. not even a hello. and i shouldn't get there at 8:30 and be met with "sorry, we're closed." it's a fast food industry, you have to talk to people as your job. don't apply if you can't do that. the management is also terrible. i don't think there should have to be a walk out to go against being extremely overworked. and if you can't get people to apply, close the location. Absolutely horrendous- orders are NEVER right! If you eat ONE bite of the INCORRECT food item then they refuse to give you the CORRECT food that you paid for! Extremely rude and incompetent staff that are constantly on their phones. Food itself is barely edible- food that is supposed to be served cold is hot and food thats supposed to be hot is cold! Gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews. Ordered a steak power menu bowl and I literally got a chicken salad. A few slices of chicken on top a generous serving of lettuce over 1 tbsp of rice and 1 tbsp of black beans--nothing else. On the bright side I did get lots of fire sauces like I asked.
