Ordered online to be picked up at 6:15. Arrived at 6:10 and the bag was in the delivery slot wet from condensation. Obviously it had been sitting there for a while because the fries were ice cold, The chicken was fried very hard. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy did not get the gravy. I asked for four plates did not get a single plate. No napkins, no cutlery. When I called to speak to the manager, he brushed me off and said if I wanted a refund to go online to get it and then he hung up the phone. I then called back and when he was challenged for his rudeness he basically said he doesn't have time to talk because he's busy. KFC has lost not only it's crispy flavorful meals. This review is about our most recent visit to the KFC location by the Sunset Casino in Henderson NV, and we continue to give it a 5-star ranking! As we walked in, Patty came over to greet us. When we presented the mailed coupon-sheet (no expiration date!), she pleasantly recommended the $37.99 coupon (16 pieces of chicken, 4 large sides, 8 busuits). The hardest thing about easting at KFC is the usually dirty state of the restaurant and the more disgusting than average bathrooms there. I generally like the food fine if it's prepared right. The food here was fine, the bathroom was not awesome and the service was very friendly and helpful. I guess that's a mixed bag of results, hence the mid grade rating. I mostly just do take out to avoid the bathroom concern but the problem with that is that most KFC's forget to add your dipping sauce when you order strips as if that a job requirement. They make you pick the sauces you want when you order online and then don't give them to you unless you remember to check your bag and ask for them again. I haven't done takeout from this location but i can only assume it's the same. I gave 3 stars rather than two because the employees were friendly and helpful and my food met expectations. I really do like KFC but I feel like the Colonel would take issue with a few things that are common to the chain were he still around. read more

After recording my order, I immediately remembered why I haven't eaten at a KFC in literally 10+ years. Look at my photos. They take absolutely no pride in serving something that resembles the giant posters in their windows. -The chicken sandwich was extremely bland, and not only didn't look anything like the poster on the window, it only filled 2/3 of the bun(see my photo). -Even the pickles had no flavor. We walked in and there was a guy waiting at the counter and there were at least 5 employees behind the counter. It was 9pm so it defiant wasn't during peak hours, but we just were going to pick up a meal to go home and eat. No one acknowledged that we were there. The man in front of us was on his phone and we assumed he was waiting on his order. After about 5 minutes he turned around and said "I've been here 15 minutes and they haven't even acknowledged me" and walked out. So I walked right up to the counter and stood very prominently so it was clear that I was ready to order and each of the 5 employees made eye contact with me, without saying a SINGLE. WORD. First off, out of 6 employees, it took 9 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me; there was one other person in the lobby waiting for his order. Then the order I had placed online, 15 minutes prior to my arrival had not even been started assembling, only after the 15 minutes and the 9 that I had already waited. When the kid came back with the order, he tied the bag up with both boxes inside wide open. He was trying to send me off but I told him that there was a drink on my order. I noticed that when he came around the counter with my open boxes he had a limp and when he talked to me he had an odd tilt to his head. I thought to myself that I'm not gonna say anything and that KFC must've been gracious to hire a special needs employee. But when I scrutinized a little more, I noticed that his back pockets were just above the back of his knees and his visor was donned crookedly to cover his right eye. He had no sense of direction and his more senior teammates were willing to let him conduct his fashion statement with the corporate uniforms. This location is in need of corporate intervention. They closed the KFC on eastern and st. Rose, and the one on Sunset. When opening this page to make recommendations, I saw it already had a 1.5 star rating. I recommend, one, some leadership. It's obvious that the lowest totem on the pole is allowed to wear his uniform any way he wants to, and no one taught him how to secure and fasten the boxes. Two, put someone competent in front to help customers; ignoring walk-ins and diverting all attention to drivethru is very unprofessional, rude and a kick to the face to people who take the trouble to come out to give them some business. Kind of thinking about it now, I remember what his face looks like and the lady at drive thru, meaning that apparently they are exempt from using masks in the middle of this pandemic. I am sick and tired of these restaurants using the governors mandate as a reason to force people to wear a mask while they are not wearing them. When I walked in the door two employees had their face showing while cooking and servicing customers. One employee pulled up her mask from under her chin to inform me that I had to wear a mask. I informed her that I did not have to wear a mask because I am an asthmatic which makes me medically exempt from the mask mandate. I told her that I could show her the mandate and prove that I was exempt. As I went to my car to get a copy of the mandate I listened as the employees mocked me. When I come back in with a copy of the mandate the employee read it out loud and then told me that I would have to leave the premises anyway. Not only are they Discriminating against the handicapped but they are also breaking the mandate themselves. I have included a picture of an employee without a mask and a picture of the mandate that exempts certain medical conditions. The governor could have said if you can't wear a mask eat outside or go through the drive-through. He did not!!! He made exemptions for those with medical conditions. When a manager called me back she accuse me of having an agenda. I told her my only agenda was to eat. She was not apologetic nor did she offer me any solutions. I told her the only thing I wanted was for the next handicapped person that walked through the door is not to be discriminated against as per the governor's mandate. We ordered at 16 ct mixed bucket and an 8 ct tender at 0900 for pick up at 1445. When I arrived at 1445 there were two bags ready says 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 with my name on them. I took them to the house only to find out the 16 ct was all dark and the tenders missing entirely. Then, even after they provided the tenders there were 7 plus what can only be considered a nugget. (See photo). In addition the dipping sauces, honey, butter, napkins and utensils were all missing even after the second visit for correction. I always have loved KFC. Every once in a while, we get a bucket of extra crispy variety pieces. My husband only likes the dark meat and I ONLY eat white meat, so it works well for us. The last 2 times we have ordered we only get the dark meat. Instead of 2 breasts we got 4 thighs. We live about 30 minutes away from this location, so going back wasn't an option. I just wanted to suggest you check your order before you leave the restaurant. Which we will do from now on. read more

I waited over 10 minutes then went inside. The woman who took my order was sitting in the dining room eating did not greet me or speak to me when I walked in. No one else was at the counter.
