Worst experience ever! I ordered a delivery order for 1 o'clock so that when my husband got home on his lunch break, he could have hot food. They delivered it over 20 minutes early. So by the time my husband got home, his food was cold and soggy. When I tried to call the restaurant to talk to them about it, they refused to do anything for me. They said that the Uber driver arrived early so they had to make the order. I didn't order off of Uber. I ordered off of KFC website. I have no control over whether Uber shows up early to get the food. They should've respected my delivery time. I paid over $30 for this order. After years of not eating here due to a nasty bout of salmonella, I decided to give it a try once again. I went through the drive thru on warm springs at 5:20 0n October 31,2020. The girl at the drive thru was pleasant and polite. I ordered a 6 pc wings and mashed potatoes with gravy. While the potatoes were kind of cold, they were still palatable. The wings were like biting into a piece of raw hide soaked in grease and cold. Save yourself a stomach ache. Well at least you're consistently disappointing KFC! read more

Worst customer service ever. The guy who took my order was wearing earbuds and had to ask me and another customer to repeat ourselves during our order. I placed my order at 7:07 and didn't receive it until 7:27 and it was cold and burned. He never warned me there would be a delay, the entire crew was hiding in the back the whole time and he didn't apologize for the delay. Went there Saturday w/ my sister..We ordered the 4 piece w/ 1 biscuit & mashed potatoe.. ( Had to order an extra biscuit & cole slaw, as I do not care for their mashed potatoes.).. Got home, opened up the bag, & I was totally disappointed, as I was expecting to see a regular size cole slaw serving,( 1 that you can share with at least 2 other people!).. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER KFC AGAIN! This location has the worst staff who hate all customers that come in and they show it with the horrible attitude they give you for things that is their own fault like LONGGG wait times. Read everyones comments and you will understand what I am talking about. I came to the drive-thru since their lobby was closed and saw they had a backed-up line of cars waiting. When I got to the front of the box I placed my order for chicken sandwiches, they said it would be a 13-minute wait and I said "sure no problem" by the time I got to the window, since there was a long line of cars at the drive-thru, it was just about 13 mins. The cashier at the window named REGGIE said to pull up to the front and he would bring it out when its ready. we waited... and waited...and waited! I got out of my car and knocked on the window to get assistance since the lobby was closed. I wanted to see if my order was almost ready after waiting at the front for over 30 mins since placing the order! The cashier REGGIE then looked at me and gave me the hand signal to go around and place my order at the drive-thru (He didnt even recognize that I had already placed my order and was waiting for it) I waved him down to come to the door and when he did i saw him roll his eyes as he was walking towards the door to speak to me. I told him if my order was almost ready after waiting over 30 mins since placing the order and he claimed that I have only waited for 7 mins (signaling that I was lying) I told him that he told me at the box in the drive-thru that it would be only 13 mins and that its been way over that time. He had a blank stare in his eyes like he didnt care and told me "well its going to be an additional 10 mins" I told him that I have to wait even longer and he said "yes its another 10 mins" with an attitude like I was being impatient and making it seem like I was the one with the problem. By his response it was clear that they completely forgot about me because he didnt even recognize that I had already ordered when he tried to send me to the drive thru to place an order THAT I ALREADY PLACED! and i believe they were JUST NOW going to start making it by his blank and clueless reaction. Then I see Reggie along with his co-worker laughing and clearly talking about me behind the kitchen about the situation. The supervisor was their but never once approached me and clearly didnt care enough to handle the situation. I called corporate right away and filed a complaint and I suggest everyone to do the same! Ok we went and bought a 16 pc meal . I'm 60 and I prefer kFC to the new Canes . We were not given 1/2 and 1/2 and we were suppose to get 4 sides we recd 3 . 8 biscuits and instead 4 . And the 3 young men advised my husband they could only replace the amount he brought in and hadn't already eaten . Yes he was livid. My husband is a professional college educated individual and having 3 youngsters advise him of fast food rules and to insinuate he'd eaten the food . Omg I got told off when he got home for sure and the chicken they gave him to replace the quantity he brought in . He threw in the trash on the way out . Saying he'd never trust any food these employees would give him. We have looked high and low for a receipt I don't beleive we were ever given . I did check my husbands bank account to show a debit card purchase of like 43.00 dollars . He said he being cooperative at the start showed the young man at the counter the transaction on his banking app . Ok here's some insider tips. Someone very close to me worked here for a bit and it's disgusting, plus they treat their employees like total shit so you might as well not support this place. The coleslaw is unsanitary, it's mixed by hand with the employees only wearing a thin layer of gloves in a cheap big plastic yellow tub (however the coleslaw goes up to the arms). The chicken sits there forever and the employees are told to scrap up every crusty old piece of chicken before giving out the fresh stuff. Everything is frozen and gross but that's a given. Plus the pot pies have a small possibility of actually having bones in them. Don't support this trash fast food restaurant. read more

This is a drive-thru fried chicken restaurant, but I always enjoy it when any experience goes above and beyond. The girl running the drive-thru was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and funny. When they didn't have 1 large Mac and Cheese, she offered us 4 small portions. As we pulled out of the drive, she realized she had left out the biscuits and asked us to pull to the front. Just left this place and I think that I need to call the Hazmat crew to disinfect me after I walked into the men's restroom. It was filthy, human waste all over the place and when I let the manager know she didn't even shut it down or put a sign on the door to let customers know that it's out of service , instead she left it alone and let other customers walk in and come out horrified about to vomit. This is the closest location to my house so we've given it about 10 tries in hopes that it would get better, it only gets worse so we've finally given up. Every single order we've made has been wrong with missing or different items. The chicken strips are always dry and mostly batter, they give attitude if you ask for fresher chicken. They often ask us to wait or ask us to change our order to something that they have already made. I complained and got a gift certificate as compensation, the chicken we got with it was quite literally just a fried piece of skin that was see through when held up to the light. How sad is that? Extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Just a few minutes ago, my boyfriend and I pull up in the drive-thru just to be told that they are out of product and it'll take 45 minutes. This is the closest KFC to us and we've experienced mediocre service before, but crave the food occasionally and go back to this location only because of convenience. Worst KFC I've ever been to. The men's room faucet has been broken for months. Horrible rotten fish odor in the restroom (mens). I can only assume that the health inspector that services this location is female or this would have been a violation. There is a loud buzzer installed on the door when you walk in, catches me off guard every time. Usually only one employee working. Dining room is typically very cold. They are constantly out of food. This KFC charges you whatever price they decide to when you go through the drive-thru. It does not matter that they clearly have one price listed on the menu. When you get to the window and ask them why the price is different they tell you the price went up and you either pay it or don't. Where do I start. We order online a 16 piece meal and sides. That went smoothly. My wife goes to pick up meal and the guy at the counter assures her everything is there. She comes home and come to find out we only receive 12 pieces and of those pieces only 2 breasts and the rest are wings and drums. My wife then goes back and.talks to the manager and the manager refuses to remake our food despite us having to make another trip and it is cold. My hubby went to get us KFC chicken tonight and when he cam home was so aggitated at the lack of professionalism that was displayed by the employees. He said they were so loud he could hear their conversation about going bowling and one employee told the other to just call in sick. That wasnt bad until she couldnt hear his order over the speaker due to the conversation going on inside including the person my husband was talking to, he had to repeat many times.
