I went here at 4:49 and it took till 5:30 to get my order out. More customers have their orders mixed up. Oh well I won't be back.

My hubby went to get us KFC chicken tonight and when he cam home was so aggitated at the lack of professionalism that was displayed by the employees. He said they were so loud he could hear their conversation about going bowling and one employee told the other to just call in sick. That wasnt bad until she couldnt hear his order over the speaker due to the conversation going on inside including the person my husband was talking to, he had to repeat many times. Then he pulled up to the window and the same conversation was still going back and forth. The casheir at the window couldnt focus at the task at hand. My husband ordered 12 piece meal. When he came home we has 9 piece meal. Needless to say the chicken looked thrown in the bucket and some of the skin was of the top of the chicken. The gravy tastes like there wasnt enough water added and was very paste like. We normally really love KFC however we have had many problems every time we go as of late. Really second guessing KFC anymore. We had called and asked for the corporate number and she said she didnt know it and she was the manager. She gave us the GM number but no anserw. I will be calling again tomorrow. I hope they bring back the good old day food of the past and learn how to count and serve. read more

Extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Just a few minutes ago, my boyfriend and I pull up in the drive-thru just to be told that they are out of product and it'll take 45 minutes. This is the closest KFC to us and we've experienced mediocre service before, but crave the food occasionally and go back to this location only because of convenience. They need to fire the current staff or start providing proper training. This is absurd. read more

Where do I start. We order online a 16 piece meal and sides. That went smoothly. My wife goes to pick up meal and the guy at the counter assures her everything is there. She comes home and come to find out we only receive 12 pieces and of those pieces only 2 breasts and the rest are wings and drums. My wife then goes back and.talks to the manager and the manager refuses to remake our food despite us having to make another trip and it is cold. So she asks for our money back and the manager she she can't because it was an online order. So much for customer service or us spending money there again. read more

I specifically went to KFC today to try their chicken n Waffles but they were all out! I was extremely disappointed because the advertisement was still up on their menu yet I wasn't able to order it....Thankfully, Eileen at the register was very sympathetic and made other great suggestions for my kids and I, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch to say the least. As i sat and ate I noticed Eileen working exceptionally hard, fixing the ice machine, carrying large orders to people's cars, constantly cleaning up the store when there were no customers at the register. You can always tell when you have a good worker by how they behave during "down time". Her infectious smile and positive attitude, made my overall experience very pleasant. I found that KFC has really changed things.. and I am.. not sure it is for the better . The chicken is VERY salty. TOO salty. But i like their mashed potatoes and their coleslaw and mac n cheese. and the biscuits are good. I don't think that i would make this a habit, AT ALL. read more

I'm only giving a one star rating because I can't give a half star/no star rating. This is beyond the worst service. The worker and manager on duty were messing around, yelling inside for 5 minutes before they even came to the window. The worker started yelling at the manager to help her in front of my boyfriend and I, she then asked us to pull up along with three other cars. After waiting 15 minutes for our food they didn't get it right. After all that waiting, we finally just gave up, and left. This location sucks :) read more

Last time we went to this KFC they forgot the sides. They did it to us again on Sep 3rd. No fries, and no biscuits. We have had issues with this particular KFC location before so from now on I think we will stick to El Pollo Loco if we want chicken. EPL tends to get the order correct. Do not come to this KFC, you will regret it. This location should be closed down. They didn't have tenders ready, even though that is their promotional item. I pulled around front to wait for them to make the tenders. 10 minutes later they advised the tenders burnt, the grease is too hot, they are not making tenders at this time. They would not give me a refund because I was a drive thru customer not walk in customer. I ended up with some other type of fried "replacement" chicken. Never again. read more

We had gone to pick up food since it was on the way home and we choose this place ended up with raw chicken and when I called it was a rude waiting and putting 3 different people on the phone before the actual manager got on the phone and he said if you bring back the chicken we can replace it but we can not give you your money back. I told him there was no way we want to eat this since we were grossed out. He said well sorry for that we just can't give you your money. Common practice for this location to lock the doors 10 minutes before the lobby closes, and 40 minutes before the drive thru closes. Has happened multiple times, tonight 8/31/17. Gia Brown was in the back making sex noises and scream loudly the entire time and Karla (the manager) did absolutely nothing. Apparently asking for extra crispy fries gets you A laughable response in the drive-through and they can't do it??. Chicken was rubbery and fries that I wanted extra crispy were cold and soggy in no more than 2-3 mins. BUT there is a positive to this, the drive-through was empty so got the food super quick. Yum. This kfc was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for my "extra crispy" fried chicken. When i got home, (which is less than a 5 minute drive) my chicken was luke warm, and soggy. There was no crisp at all and my potato wedges were soggy. I had a bad experience with kfc before and after waiting years and years before going back, I figured it was time to give them a try again. The minute I walked in I should have known enough to turn around and walk out because the aroma of rancid cooking oil was obvious. Recently I found that this Kfc location was closest to my house so one day decided to go there. Before i did I read all the bad reviews and one review specially about getting the wrong order which almost made me not go there but I decided to try it for myself. So I head in immediately I noticed nobody greeted me or anything. I was standing there for a min until finally one worker came to help. I gave them my order and waited and when it was ready she said " here you go" and just threw my food there.
