AVOID. Waited in line for 30 min. Not worth it. The front line staff were milling around while one was swing a broom around that he had just finished sweeping the floor with. He swung it around his hips and hit the food warning station that had food on it. But the real problem was in the prep line. Super slow. This place does not even deserve 1 star. I'm so mad I didn't read these other reviews before we stopped, but our friend wanted it. The entire chain's quality has gone completely down hill, but this is the grossest place I've ever been into in my life!!! Go down the road, go anywhere else! Garbage cans overflowing, bathrooms were foul and ALL the tables and floor needed to be cleaned. The chicken was so greasy I feel sick and the sides were worse than hospital food. I'd give this dump a "ZERO" if I could. What's wrong you ask? I'll give the abbreviated version with the preface: DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME, MONEY & CHANCE OF FOOD POISONING. The encounter: ma'am, what's in you're $20.00 fill up? Workers reply: uhhhhhhh, I don't know then stood there and looked at me like she'd just been hit in the head with a 20 lb dead blow hammer. Laughter in the back ensued so I decided to order a 3 piece original crust, all white meat, 2 biscuits and an extra mashed potatoes n gravy. Also 2 crunchy tacos from the Taco Bell (same counter) side. She takes my money and moments later comes back and tells me they ran out of DARK MEAT and sled if ALL white was okay? REALLY? I'm thinking this has to get better from here being that this bottom feeder has surely hit rock bottom. LO AND BEHOLD, the folly continues...After some time she comes back again and states: we ain't got no original, the "chicken man" you know, the guy who cooks our chicken has already went home... hmmm, I'm thinking these guys still have 6 hours to closing and are already dwindling down their stock. Finally my order arrives, a gentleman gives me my food. I'm guessing the young lady was too buys with her text or embarrassed at the fact that she is sadly a waste of humanity. Anyway, he repeats back my order. I state that there is no extra mashed potatoes n gravy. Well, Einstein here tells me to look in my box. REALLY? Are these people that f@cking stupid? An extra order of mashed potatoes and gravy WILL NOT FIT IN A BOX filled with chicken, 2 small sides and a biscuit. But what the hell, I opened it anyway. SURPRISE!!! You were wrong you grade school drop out! So I get back to the truck and here's the bread and butter. 1. Only had a 2 piece white 2. The biscuits were like bricks 3. The chicken was dry and for the record, they can't count either because it ended up a 2 piece. 4. The tacos tasted like the shells came straight out of the packaging and were half full. 5. The soft drink had a metallic flat taste Added note: the bathroom had a sticky substance all over the floor, sink, walls & toilet area. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY! I wouldn't let a pig eat or crap here. Finally, the ONLY things positive about this dump and waste of humanity was "The hand soap". I kid you not. This place should be shut down immediately and burned to the ground. I may have this wrong but this KFC is split with a Taco Bell. I ordered on the Taco side. The guy taking my order couldn't get it right so I gave up an just took what he ordered. They had people get loose their patience and walk out, and maybe I should have done the same. The food prep was slow in general and then they lost my order. I was patient but had to ask for my order and they finally made the order. The food was meh, a little dry as maybe they didn't have a lot of turnover cause they were so slow... I usually skip the reviews for fast food restaurants, but this experience sucked so bad, I had to come here to share the experience. And you know what? My issue is identical to the issue expressed by 100% of all of the other reviews (as of now): they are incredibly, horribly slow. They were slow for Cristi E. in 2015, Audra C. in 2016, and now both Skyler M. and me in 2017. (Those are reviews for the Taco Bell at the same address, in the same building, at the same counter.) It took 15 damned minutes to get my food inside the lobby, but yet drive-through orders were making it out the window at a regular pace. It wasn't even crowded, but the only staff were two workers making food, one guy at the register who cleaned the lobby when not taking orders, and some Gus Fring looking dude testing all of the equipment temperatures (he may have been a health inspector, though). You know what? Tell me you're understaffed and to have a seat, and maybe I'll understand. Taking my order and my money and doing nothing for the next 15 minutes pisses me the hell off. FWIW the cashier/lobby kid was nice enough; not sure why they couldn't cross train him to pitch in in the food prep area. The food was as expected, it's just Taco Bell and KFC, after all. Who would have thought that a KFC wouldn't have enough chicken for am order? This happens more often than not at this KFC and I was told tonight that if I wanted the chicken they had was old and I could spend my money on it. They said their chicken cook moved and that is why they aren't making new chicken right now. Yes they are a Taco bell too, but don't do 2 things at once if you can't handle it. When you do get food, it is usually wrong or overcooked and the quality just plain sucks. Service in the store is lacking greatly as well. read more

This restaurant is both a KFC and Taco Bell. Seems that when my family has been here for Taco Bell it's better than when we go for KFC, but either way it has been lacking. Most notably on our last visit, two people in our group had to get drinks they didn't want because the machine had not been refilled of a few items. I had to get chicken that was different than what I wanted because they were out of crispy style. We had to clean our own table even though we were not there during a busy time. I have to say the food is good even though it's not what we actually wanted due to being out of stuff. I try not to judge restaurants on a single visit, but this has become their norm. Service was disgusting. Waited for 45 minutes to get sub par food. They had TWO new workers and only a few people who were "supposed" to know what they were doing. One of our orders was messed up so we complained. As people do when a mistake is made. The manager who we haven't seen the entire time emerged from the back of the building and threatened to ban us from the Taco Bell for being "rude" to his employees. TERRIBLE service and rude employees.... Only had three people working (two of which were trainees) and a full drive thru and lobby. Waited an hour in line and still messed up my order. Machines don't work properly (their drink station had 4 drinks out) and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Also threw my friends food at her when they got annoyed . If I could give less that 1 star, I would. My family and I stopped here on our way to Sandusky, Ohio. Flat out....this place is disgusting. The staff just talk amongst each other and stand around behind the counter on the greasy napkin and food covered floors while the customers wait for a half hour or more. We were not the worst off and there were other families that waited longer. Had we not already paid, we'd have left. We just got a couple of KFC meals and my husband got some Taco Bell. And, yes, we waited over a half an hour. That's all not even the worst, in my opinion. The general uncleanliness in this place is difficult to describe. Not one table was clean and only a few tables were taken. Chicken crumbs, shredded cheese, and grease/oil covered every flat surface. Tables and floors alike. I went up and asked for napkins so I could wipe down our table. The guy working the register pointed me in the direction of the napkins. I'm just baffled that after hearing me say why I wanted them, that no one said anything along the lines of "let me do that for you," like any food establishment to have ever opened its doors from now though back to the stone ages. So I went and ran water from the drink machine over the napkins and then proceeded to wipe down a table for my family and I to sit at. It was unnerving to eat the food after sitting in filth, to be totally honest. My 10 year old daughter needed to use the restroom, but we opted to go to a gas station over using the restrooms. So, I hope all of this paints a picture of this place for you. My advice is....go literally anywhere else. read more

Stopped in on the way back from a trip to Indy. The girl taking my order in the drive thru couldn't get my order right & eventually another voice came on the speaker & straightened things out. I ordered a #t10, sub beans for beef with soft tacos the same way. I've ordered this exact same thing every time I've gone to tbell for the last few years, but this is the first place that ever charged me to replace the beef with beans...$1.50 at that! Why are their beans so much more expensive than their "meat"?!? Just left, no Pepsi, no dipping sauce, manager is yelling and being very rude to staff, floor was filthy and frosty machine was dripping on the counter onto the computer cords! My order was correct, but several other people were complaining that theirs were wrong. Plus, when I asked for sauce the manager said I don't have any. I asked for honey and she said That I have and tossed it at me! I usually don't complain but this was way overboard! Bad management! read more
