This was horrible!! I got 2, 3 piece tenders and 1, 5 piece tenders. Every single chicken tender was the size of a nugget that had terrible texture. I can't believe I paid $34 for this garbage. If I lived closer, I would have taken it all back and demanded my money back so I could have gone to Popeyes or anything besides KFC! I will never waste my money here again. Americans are already struggling financially, then you have these fast food places such as KFC trying to sell you nuggets calling them tenders. I hadn't had KFC in a while & also wanted to try the nuggets. There were two vehicles ahead of me in the drive-thru: there was no movement for literally 25 minutes. If I had not ordered through the app & already paid, I would have left. I ordered the 8 piece chicken bucket & 12 piece nuggets. The chicken tasted as if the seasoning was missing from the breading. The dipping sauces I requested for the nuggets were not in the bag. Will not be returning for a while. Standard ambiance for a fast food restaurant. Employees were very polite. read more

Horrible service, took forever to bring our food out, had to repeat order to the employee many times. Forgot one of our drinks. Wasted a lot of time by coming here when we had plans. I just went here. The restaurant has signs telling people to wear masks. No staff wearing masks or masks are under their chins. Employee at the counter taking order had no mask and was craning her neck around the plastic shield. Left. Smelled good though. read more

Horrible. I didn't really want to eat here, but it was 8pm, I was waiting on a prescription across the street and I was hungry so I thought why not. I used to like the famous bowls. The gentleman at the drive thru was super nice. I saw the sign about needing a receipt for replacement and I was asked if I needed a receipt but it's just 2 bowls, so I said no. When I got home 25 minutes away they had given me 2 bowls with mashed potatoes, gravy and hand shredded tenders. No chicken nugget chunks, corn or cheese which is standard, just plain nastiness. We called to find out if they had corn in the building, they said they did, but had no idea how I got bowls like that. Close them down it's a waste of money! read more

Still finger licken good! While waiting and waiting in traffic to enter skyline drive for a weekend outing we saw people stop for lunch. After about 30 minutes we gave up on the skyline trip and opted for KFC. There was parking . When we first went in it was ..messy and confusing with so much signage. We told the cashier exactly what we wanted and she was kind enough to select the correct menu option. I was concerned at first with the messy work area that we may get sick but it shows don't confuse messy with clean and looks aren't everything The food was good, hot, fast, and finger lickin good which is exactly what you want when you are hungry! Terrible. Been there a hand full of times. Always have screwed up my order. Tonight was no exception. This was the last time. Short on chicken in my bucket, yet again no biscuits (not sure what they have against them but the last three times they have been missing, unfortunately I don't notice till I get home, This last time I received a extra box of fries instead of the biscuits. (Not really wanting a extra box of fries) I'm done there. It doesn't help that the employees apparently need some morale training. I can only imagine they are praying no one actually shows up considering they seem disappointed when some does. Not to say that all of the employees hate there job, a few seem pleasant enough and seem to work there butts off, I just feel sorry for them having to work with other individuals that obviously don't care, making there jobs even harder which is causing a slump in morale. Which I'm sure has something to do with the orders I'm receiving being messed up. Anyway, a happy work force equals a better run establishment equals better service and product equals more customers, then we all win. read more

Sign was on out front so I got into the drive through line sometime before 8:00 p.m. Sat in line for quite some time with things moving forward. I finally got to the order station and ... nothing. Sat there for 5 minutes before I got out of my car and walked up to the window, where I was unceremoniously informed that they were closed. Every 6 months or so I jones for fried chicken and stop by there. The service is usually just adequate, they often are sold out of this or that, cleanliness is on the low side of acceptable, and so on. After the abandoned while in line experience I'll be getting my chicken fix elsewhere. read more

Had dinner here with my youngest son and I was not impressed. We asked for extra crispy and original chicken. We received only extra crispy. The $5 meals we ordered which were the same exact meals came with 2 different things my son's has chicken a side and a biscuit mine came with chicken, side and a cookie. The menu said the meal comes with the main entree, side and biscuit. The Mac and cheese according to my son was delicious. The chicken was barely warm and the biscuits were room temperature not hot enough to melt the butter I could tell was in the refrigerator. The floor was wet and sticky with floor signs down but I do not know why it was wet and sticky. The tops for the cups were in a long blue rectangle container and the tops were sitting in a liquid in the container. I told the guy behind the counter and he said he was going to clean it, did he? The worst service I've received in the Front Royal area thus far!! 30 minute wait in drive thru line. Over charged for items we didn't receive/order etc.. I ordered the Smokey Mountain BBQ strips, They were so dry and old I thought it had to have been a joke. No napkins or plastic sporks in the bag at all. Would of caught all this at the window like I usually do. But we had waited 30-35 minutes in line and I honestly didn't want to keep the Local Kfc consumers in line that day waiting any longer than they had already. This KFC location is middle of the road compared to other KFC locations. The service is very fast but they often run out of things or forget to put something with your order. For example they will forget to add the cookie sometimes or run out of butter or normal sized cups. The staff are very friendly. read more

Terrible establishment. They are consistently unable to supply the source of their business, Chicken!! I have gone multiple times and they are out of this or that and the wait time is ridiculous for the chicken to be done as though they just realized they were out and starting to cook it. I have sent two complaints to corporate who really don't care because they only send a $5 gift card. I am not looking for anything free, I am looking for them to fix the problem and have the product available they are known for! I recommend highly staying away from this location at all cost. Went through the drive thru and got an 8 piece meal. Got home and there were no breasts. I got 5 legs, 2 thighs, and 1 wing. I have NEVER gotten a meal that did not include any breasts. If you were out of breasts you should have informed me so that I could have changed my order. I tried to call to complain to a manager and after 4 unanswered calls and a full mailbox I gave up.
