I visited the restaurant and my order was wrong I went to call and they said I had a credit order but when I showed up the manager said I had no credit order. I called again asking for a manager and spoke to a woman on the phone who said she was the manger then we got to tell her what was wrong with the order the woman said she is not the manger and to call tomorrow that the manger will be in then I asked for a name and she hung up the phone. This woman I spoke to the second time was very rude why would you hang up the phone on someone. read more

Entire order was bad. Chicken tasted weird/spicy, missing biscuits and our sides were wrong. We ordered 3 potatoes and a macaroni and got 1 potato and 3 Mac When I called the individual I spoke to said unless I brought in the order we received (food) they couldn't correct or order or issue a refund. Wow!! Seriously! My 3 kids were hungry and my husband is working a 12 hr shift which is why I grabbed KFC per his request and I'm what, supposed to tell no one to eat and drive the 20 minutes back to KFC to show them their screw up. read more

The app order was almost ready when we arrived (5 extra minutes). But this time around KFC the service in the store, the food (OLD SCHOOL HOT WINGS FOR $4.99) unbeatable. Hands down the BEST Hot Wings they have ever offered, and they rival ALL other wings out there!! Try them before they make the ignorant decision to take them off the menu again, like they do all really good things!! Thanks for letting us have the Hot Wings of the old days back! Well this is the epitome of middle of the road restaurant. The food is mostly good as is the case with KFC chain restaurants. The service here has been all over the map as its good sometimes and very bad at others. It was good if not indifferent this time. KFC has been heavily promoting their Georgia Gold Chicken so let's take a closer look. Georgia Gold Chicken Platter What Is It: 3 honey mustard flavoured chicken strips with 2 biscuits, a side which I got mashed potatoes and gravy, and 3 very random pickles. The drink is not included. Presentation: Well there's a lot of cool packaging to go along with the Georgia Gold since it's their new hot item. The food itself looks acceptable as well. 7 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I wish they had bigger portions for this as 3 strips is not gonna fill a big guy like me up. The chicken does taste like honey mustard which is what they were going for. I don't think this is any better than simply dunking chicken strips in honey mustard like most places do but it's not any worse either. It just insures you will need tons of napkins. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious as KFC has a great take on that. Their brown gravy in particular is delicious and the same can be said for the biscuits. Terrible experience at the Erlanger, KY. KFC. Rude staff. Was told by Angel that Carlos (her manager) had thrown the order away my 80 year old mother had phoned in to her the day before. One employee was sitting on the counter when we entered and several employees used foul language behind the counter. We understand that employees make mistakes but, a simple apology goes a long way. We have used this KFC for years for our celebrations but, will never return. read more

Extremely hit or miss at this location, never great but tonight was a huge miss. At first, my biggest issue was the incredibly small size of the pieces of chicken, then I took a bite. The skin and breading are soft and under done, as well as feeling as if they are several hours old. Very disappointed and don't plan on returning to this location. read more

I give this location one star because I can't give zero. They were rude and completely unprofessional in the back like us paying customers couldn't see them thru the line window. This place just needs to be shut down. I live nearby so I go to this KFC frequently. Now it's under new management and they can't seem to ever get an order right. Sometimes I get other people's orders! Now I check everything before I pull away because I have no confidence in the incompetent staff. I requested they double check my order before giving it to me and they say they always do. So I open my bag and return two items that are wrong! And my order was the only order they had at the time! Very rude and unprofessional staff. They can't handle more than one drive through order at a time so the wait is rediculously long and consuming my gas. Like a lot of people, I leave the drive through and go elsewhere. It's really rediculous that I live in KY and there's only one KFC in town! My options, go over the river to Ohio or go south to the only other KFC around. Extremely disappointed in this location. The staff does not care about your business or your food. They are very rude. I get off work at 9p and KFC erlanger closes at 10 p.m. I get there and it's 9: 25 p.m. and they're basically out of everything, instead of closing at 10 why don't you just close at 9:30 because it's a waste of time to go there to get something to eat when you're already out of everything at 9:30. I understand getting ready to shut down but you're basically not serving anyone because you don't have anything so what are you doing till 10 besides telling people we're out of everything. read more

My mother attempted to use a gift card that had money remaining on it. She had used it twice before, so we knew they accepted them. It did not read right, so she was told she needed to call the number on the back, there was nothing they would or could do to help. After calling customer service, confirming money was still on the card, they advised her to go back and it would be fine. She went back and had the same problem. A 76 year old woman should not be treated so rudely and told to get out of the way because she was holding up traffic. Another fee calls to corporate and they issued a check for the remainder of the card. Thank goodness because this store has always been rude. read more
