On Jan. 6,2026 I ordered 2 specials for 20 bucks each, when ready to pay the girl said oh the price is actually 22 dollars it is marked wrong. all signs in and outside said $20. I ordered all together $71.00 and of 5 lg mashed potatoes. each bowl had 2 scoops in it, Less than 1/2 full. Service is not that great here compared to some other KFC's. They allow substitution of chicken buckets, for example substituting a breast for a thigh etc... but they only limit 2 per bucket of chicken. Some other locations allow more, which I prefer. Taste is on par with other locations. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy and hot wings were all solid. The only thing is the food was slow. It doesn't seem they keep the hot wings in stock. They keep having to fry more and more. I was told I had to wait 10-15 minutes for the hot wings. The people behind me also ordered hot wings, but also had to wait long periods as well. Maybe we came at a bad time when they were down..but still! So long for hot wings! They also don't have grilled chicken! Which is bad news for those that want KGC. KGC is healthier and taste better than the oily fried fatty fried chicken. Hot sauce is good. I still want to know the recipe though or be able to buy in bulk. read more

Garbage. It took like a half an hour to get the food from the drive-through the chicken nuggets were clearly very old. If you asked me six months ago what I thought of KFC, I would've had no complaints whatsoever, and there's a reason for that. Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders. I'll say this right off the bat, I really love spicy food, and KFC's Nashville hot was my favorite thing there. I mean KFC was probably one of my favorite restaurants to go to while they had Nashville Hot tenders, it was fun while it lasted. But for some reason, after probably 12+ months they decided to remove it from this location even though some other locations still have it. It's unfortunate that this is the only KFC in Duluth, now I've got nowhere to get my spicy chicken fix. The rest of the menu is pretty disappointing and has a lack of spicy options. Hopefully they'll bring back Nashville Hot, or some new spicy chicken, otherwise I have no reason to eat here anymore read more

went to get 2 chicken sandwichs and a tender box that told us to pull up to wait on our fry's and 10-15min go by and tunes out they had just gave the food to someone else they remade our food but had us waiting there for a good 30-40 min just for 3 items smh. read more

I ordered a meal-original chicken with crunchy, chewy skin. Chicken was lukewarm and didn't taste like anything. At all. My meal came with mashed potatoes but was mostly gravy with a coat over it. Aside from the disappointing meal, I don't believe I have ever seen a dirtier restaurant of any kind. Trash all over the floor, trash stuck in corners, sticky tables, trash and sticky mess in the soda area, and food and dirt and trash with dirty surfaces in the kitchen. Took forever to order, was about to climb over and help ourselves. That's the only mark against them this day. Ordered a larger size family meal with sides. They took our order and we sat down. The manager came over and said they were out of one, would we like money back or sub another side. No need to return any $, just toss in more corn. Later he came with all the food and $$ on top. Food is always fresh and tasty but make sure you check your bags because they always forget something. Ordered a meal for 8 people and got a lemon cake for like 10 bucks. Got home looked thru all the bags and they didn't heaven give it to us. The reason this place is still open is because they make extra money by not giving people all their items. read more
