Once again... this place never fails to be a waste of time. They need to close it down !!!! An embarrassment to say the least. Tired of having sub par service in urban neighborhoods. Went to KFC and ordered 4 tenders with mash potatoes and 3 out of the 4 tenders were over cooked and dried out. The girl who was taking the orders in drive through was not friendly and abrupt. Maybe they should send their employees to train wherever Chick fil a's employees train so they'll be more personable. read more

This KFC isn't to bad. I find that they always have food and never seem to run out. The people are pretty nice and your food is always hot. I have never gotten any cold food from this store. Now, as for their drive-thru... it is pretty slow. So is service but, I guess you can't get everything you want. read more

I can honestly say that was the absolute most unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed by any staff. I can expect that from the floor staff (which they were also unprofessional, hanging out at the front, cursing, etc) but it was the manager that was extremely rude, unapologetic, & unprofessional. We went through the drive through around 6:15pm or so & ordered a 10 piece with a coupon with a couple of sides for $18.99. We get home, & we are short two pieces of chicken & also the chicken was very small, undercooked & unappetizing. We also did not receive a receipt for our transaction. We then drive back & go there inside, ask for the manager & kindly let him know what happened. He angrily snatches the bucket of chicken out the bag, & throws it away after I told him that we didn't want two pieces of chicken we wanted a new batch period. He goes to get a bucket of chicken, ( with no gloves on) & proceeds to say "F this sh*t" & gives us the chicken. We ask for our receipt because we never received one, & he told us no. He can't give us a receipt. All of the staff that was there tonight witnessed him acting out like that which obviously is a regular occurrence since they didn't seem surprised. He clearly sets no example for the staff on how to act in a professional manner when a customer comes in with an issue for an order that was incorrect. read more

KFC - Wrong order with receipt. - Fast Food Near Me - District Heights, Maryland

I work 16 hours on the weekends and don't have time to cook. So I rely on places that stay open late, for my dinner. On 10/13/18 (Saturday) I arrived to KFC at 11:31 pm. There were 2 employees sitting in the dining area (both looking down at their phones and didn't see me ride by). I pulled to the drive thru thinking that since it was late, the lobby would be closed. No one answered the drive thru so I parked and got out. I walked to the window where the 2 ladies were sitting and asked if they were closed. They acted as if they couldn't hear me through the window so I pulled on the door (LOCKED). Of course they shouldn't be closed when the schedule on the door and online says open until 12 am. Not only would the ladies not let me in, they had no justification as to why they closed 30 minutes early. They ignored me and returned their attention back to their phones. Unfortunately that was a huge inconvenience and I wasted time that could have been used to catch another restaurant before closing. I will NEVER go here again and it's unfortunate because this was a popular location for our game day meals. read more

If I could rate this a -1 star I would and I'll tell you why. I ordered here from Uber eats and the food came fast. When I opened the box and saw it I was disappointed and irritated because I asked for a 3 pc. Chicken tender meal mashed potatoes and iced tea. 1st they didn't put the tenders they gave me regular chicken instead. 2. They added fries to the bag but I asked for mashed potatoes. 3. There was a biscuit that was hard. 4. Even tho I didn't ask for fries there was very little. And lastly they were lazy and ignorant enough to not spread everything out and the food was cold because the box wasn't warm at all. I did not put my fingers on the food that is literally how they put all the food in the box... I will never come back to this KFC and I need my 40 dollars back to me asap. The cashier, Korey, was great - very friendly! But the food... eh. The chicken was dark, bordering on dry. The service was a bit slow - there were at least 4 employees there in the back, and they needed to be told by the cashier to help by getting the orders ready. When provided my order, I was told I should have two biscuits, but when I got home, only one. They put my hot potatoes and gravy and mac an cheese in the same bag with the cold cole slaw - resulting in warm cole slaw. Korey was great, but the rest, not so much. read more

This visit was horrible!! If there was a no star I would definitely give this a 0!! I was on a 30 minute lunch break from work my co worker and I. We ordered Taco Bell, since the service appeared to be fast pace. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our food as we watched other customers get their food within a minute or so. Finally we said to the cashier how much longer since this has now cut into our break about 20 minutes (considering the ride there and back) They said it should be up any minute. As we check in the back our food was never put into the oven. Finally we just said we'll get the chicken instead, in which that took an additional 5-7 minutes. Not sure if the people there really want to work and attend to customers in an appropriate time frame, but there were no apologies. We weren't offered any money back in the difference between the two orders. We left out of there with no more lunch time and waited until another break to eat the food we did not anticipate on getting in the first place. I would never go back to this location and recommend people if your in a rush this is not your number 1 choice. Please find another location where there are people that want to work and satisfy customers. read more

This establishment is the worst. I caught a lyft there on my way home from work and there was no chicken ready at all. I don't understand how during the evening rush it's no chicken available. Then on top of that they held us in limbo for 15 minutes before they even said anything. I will never go there again. The last time I went one of the workers was arguing with the managers. I was waiting for someone to take my order Deana was doing everything with no assistance. I asked to speak the General Mgr. an effeminate male by the name of John had the nastiest attitude and the the worst customer service skills. He also said that he was one of the GM's. My service with Deana was great but my experience with John sucked. I talked to a Mgr. by the name of Jeanette who also gave me great service. I'm sure that this franchise must be short handed to have John in a position of management. read more

Two days in a row I had a bad experience at this restaurant. On Saturday I went through the drive-thru to get $5 boxes for my family. I found out that customers are not able to substitute any sides or pieces even for an up-charge. I was not as upset by this as I was by the cashier's flippant attitude. She spoke to me as if she just wanted to get rid of us. The next day after church I decided to try again just assuming that particular cashier was having a bad day... but Sunday was worse. Each cashier and the shift manager acted as if they didn't want to be there and I was delayed in placing my order because the cashier proceeded to argue with the customer in front of me rather than answering his questions with patience and class. Also, we had to settle for a bucket full of thighs and drumsticks because the restaurant was out of wings and breasts. After this experience I never want to go to this KFC again unless they overhaul their full staff and get some people who actually want to work and know the meaning of customer service. read more
