The array of hot sauce and sauce, in general, Great Tacoes: I am personally not a " Mexican" fan. However, my wife is and she says they're top tier not the best but definitely worth a good look and try. Decent crunch, and very flavorful. Chips: 9 out of 10 times have been hot, crispy, crunchy, and flavorful. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, quiet. Prices: Relatively cheap. Taco salad bowl with double chicken and the buffalo quesadilla for about $22. Parking: Plenty of space, shared mall type lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and medium in size. Atmosphere: During the weekday lunch rush, pretty slow, but not Uber drivers in and out. Staff/Attendants: the staff overall is pretty dull, they aren't the greatest at having a conversation. Great customer service, food came quick through the drive-thru and they used gloves and mask. I ordered the five dollar nacho box which also came with a drink, very filling and it looks so good just like va the picture of the menu. Still not the biggest fan of the ground beef, but the chicken and the beans are the best protein options to get if eating at Taco Bell. I was there at 1am to treat my friends. I sent 2 cars ahead of me so I could collect their food and pay whilst they just placed order. The male associate was extremely upset and rude. I am a manager at fast food restaurant and I would never appreciate if my associates behave rude to my customers no matter what. I don't say customers are always right but there should be a right attitude and attention when someone wants to commit themselves into customer' service. I asked the associate- what is the spicy food option in burritos? - Its my first time at Taco Bell. Did I do something wrong asking just a simple question? He replied can't you look at the menu board? Why are you there if you simply can't answer customers queries? If you tired- please ask break with your supervisor. Being humble won't cost you anything. I was supposed to get 8 peoples order but I stopped when he started humiliating. In this case, people would come and fight- I left paying 3 orders without a scene. But if someone from the company is reading this comment- please work with your associates, train them, coach them to promote the company's name. Aware them about your company's culture and monitor your associates progressive discipline. We and 3 other patrons were asked to park after paying for our food, the dr pepper was just soda water, i went in to let them know and they shrugged, i got pepsi and it was flat, they dont have anything other than soda, after 15 min i went in to see what the hold up was, they went back to check and came back and shrugged, after 40 min i asked for a refund, they went to get a manager, she came with our food in hand dropped it on the counter and walked away, half the food was wrong other half was cold and overcooked, there was over 6 employees working. Do not order here. You wait forever just for your order to be wrong. I actually like Tacobell, so I keep trying to go back, but my order is wrong every time. All I ask is for NO SOUR CREAM, yet every order is covered in sour cream. The tacos in each of the meals I ordered were all broken up, we had to eat them with a spoon because it was as the only thing edible in the order (everything else was literally smothered in sour cream). Just don't go. Poor customer service, uncooked food, long lines and poorly managed. Decided to go on Friday. When I arrived, the drive thru line was maybe 10 cars deep. So I decided to go inside which turned out to be a bad idea. I ordered two meals and it took 20 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant to receive two simple taco meals. They had one person cooking, one cashier, one person running drive thru and a young lady who seems like she was in training walking around confused. A friend and I visited this location the other day and it was less then pleasant. The Customer Service is very poor. When we walked in the cashier was yelling across the restaurant to another employee who appeared to be on break asking her for a piece of whatever she was eating...so classless. She never greeted us she just looked at us until we started talking. And even then she continued her conversation with the off duty employee while taking out order. After we were done ordering she disappeared in the back and then came out chewing...another classless act. The whole experience was disgraceful.
