Today I went through drive through and got 4 pieces of chicken . Inside the box I found 4 small dry out and cold chicken pieces . It looks like someone returned it . It was like cooked day before . Why ???! I paid 12 dollars for something like that ? Young nan at the window was very nice wishing good day either way the smile . How can I have it if I was hungry rest of the day sitting at work . 03/24/24 My mother went to this kfc drive thru requesting what a combo has to which an female employee responded with a very rude attitude. Again my mother asked if she could split a payment in the drive thru to which the same female employee responded to with an attitude. My mother defended herself with only a middle finger lol and this employee ran out of the store after my mothers car. This is the most unprofessional kfc. They also forgot my mothers items. read more

I was in the area and decided to stop in before making my way to the Eastside. There isn't much to their plot of land, but limited parking is available. During my visit, I surmised that most of their customers prefer the drive-thru. Once inside the restaurant, it had the typical layout of a fast-food restaurant, with an order counter facing the back and a few tables with chairs and benches toward the front. The kitchen staff was busy filling orders, and I was surprised at how quickly my order of potato wedges was filled. I had occasion to use their restroom facilities and I can attest to their cleanliness. Spotlessly clean to the highest standards! I've always liked KFC until now. I believe that the breast I got in my 1 breast Fill-Up was old and refried. The usually golden brown batter was dark brown and tasted burnt. The oil at the bottom of my box looked old and cruddy. Wasn't worth the time or money to go here. I wish there was a closer Popeye's. I won't come back to this location again. read more

I have to agree with another reviewer. Terrible service. I dread when my team asks me to pick up lunch from this location. Always repeating my order three or more times from the speaker to the window regardless if the order is big or small. The staff gets an attitude in the process. I'm always asked to pull up and wait just to find that they have forgotten something in a meal or forgotten the whole meal all together. After repeating the order multiple times, that shouldn't be an issue. read more
