If I could give them a zero I would. I went there today to pick up food after picking up my son from school. I ordered the food when I picked him up to give them time to prepare the food. Once I arrive it was 15 minutes since I ordered the food. The app said it would take 5-15 minutes. I asked the person at the counter if my order was ready. She said it wasn't ready yet. I sit down and wait for my order. Minutes pass by and she makes my order and places it behind the counter. I keep waiting and other folks are just sitting at the front counter, waiting to order. I get up after multiple people order and ask if my food was ready. A different person picks up the bag that I thought was my food and hands it to me. I was waiting an extra 15 minutes because the retard that I asked about my food placed it behind the counter instead of telling me it was ready. This is why you should need to speak English properly in the service industry. KFC, do better. That kitchen was a mess and no body was manning the front counter. People would stand there and nobody helped them so they just left. What a sad interpretation of KFC. read more

I saw this add and went and bought two 10 piece buckets of wings for $10.00 and one bucket of 12 piece with a lemon aid. I figured this would cost a little less than $40.00...I was wrong. These Lying bastards charged me over $60 dollars and the wing buckets only had five wings each. Plus the wings were hot wings and I asked for regular. They sell whole wings but apparently when they sell ten piece buckets you get ten half wings. Don't fall for their lies and misleading advertising. This is my very last trip to KFC. Plus, they never gave me a receipt. How I found out how much it was I looked on my credit card statement when I got home. If you want some really good chicken go to Chicken Express. Now May comes around and here we go: Lady taking the order acted so entitled 'yeah we have extra crispy, why you asking? You should know and if you could read, you would see it's on the menu...' Pardon my French, why the attitude? Turned around and yelled at the kitchen several times! Asked for a receipt, was told no paper available in the printer and too busy to get it in the back .... Took a while to get my order and checked the chicken total (often missed) and didn't take much into the 20 honey and 30 butter packages. Arriving at home: it realized - mashed potatoes and gravy were combined into 1! WTF - since when don't we get 2 bowls (1 large for the mash - 1 small one for the gravy) - KFC why the heck??? I was in Davis today and have been dying to try their "new" hot wings. I got an order of 12 and a large order of wedges. I didnt get any ranch, so I had to go ask for some. No biggie. The chicken was ok, nothing what I expected, but still ok. The only reason I'm I'm writting this is due to my potato wedges ans yes, I feel like a fattie writting this review. My weedges were the oldest, most stale food I've ever ate in my life. Management needs to get with staff and go over hold times. This was unacceptable, but a blessing in disguise. I didnt bother to ask for a fresh order and just threw the damn thing away, and for me to throw food away, it has to be caca. The place itself was cool and loved that cup they have in the ceiling. They were both friendly and patient, they still offered my receipt and even though they asked me to park out front for a moment, it was probably only about one minute and the Muslim woman had a huge smile on her face when she brought out my order. First , I think the address for this location, shown here on yelp, is incorrect. The location of this KFC is at the corner of Richards Blvd and W Chiles Rd which is next to a Chevron station. As for KFC, the service is a hit or miss. This is only my second time going here but this second visit, the service was good. Received my meal fairly quick. However, the regular chicken seemed to have a different batter. Batter felt thick and over seasoned. In my first visit, I ordered the $5 fill-up and I asked to substitute the mash potatoes for the wedges. The worker charged me $6 and said that it's no longer $5. When I received my order, I received both a mash potatoes and wedges. I looked at my receipt and noticed an extra $1 for the wedges. *sigh* If you're going to this location, just make sure to pay attention to your total. Both times, they were out of BBQ sauce. I feel like I'm in a lottery system with this place because it's very rare my order comes out to be correct or decent. One time I ordered a meal and the biscuit was days old. I'm not even exaggerating. I've eaten kfc biscuits after it's been sitting out overnight and this was far from it. It was basically a cracker at that point. Fast forward to the next time I come... I've gotten take out from KFC all my life, and never have I ever been so disappointed. Two out of my eight pieces were like skin on bones! They did not not even equal up to the size of one normal piece. For the price of these wings, this really should not be acceptable. I do not know how any employee would think that a size such as these shown below would be appropriate to serve to a paying customer. The company would do much better off throwing those pieces away than to serve to a customer, because then I would give a five star review and tell others about my great experience rather than my terrible one. This is a terrible excuse for a KfC. This is the kind of place that makes me Yelp had negative stars. We did walk in, and the staff were completely inadequate. They made us wait at the counter to place our orders for approximately ten minutes, because both their front cashiers were broken and they felt the need to finish about 3 drive through orders. The staff were rude, unfocused, and apparently unable to see that there were people in line other than the drive through. But what's worse was that they told us the Zinger meal we ordered would take about 8 minutes, and this was before they made us wait in line. Overall, we spent over 45 minutes waiting for a meal when there was no one else before us. The entire facility was filthy - dirty napkins on the tables, sticky floors, bags of fries scattered everywhere over the ground, and grease and crumbs all over the tables. It was clear that the place had not been cleaned (at best) for the entire day. The bathrooms where unspeakable, toilet paper everywhere, the sink was dirty, and the SMELL.
