I've recently discovered that my husband loves KFC... I had no idea. This week we picked up dinner at a KFC near our home in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We went into the restaurant instead of ordering from the crowded drive-thru. My first impression was that this restaurant is clean, SPARKLING clean! The kitchen and drive-thru window areas were clearly visible to us and everything was clean! IMPRESSIVE! I ordered an all thigh, extra-crispy dinner with potato wedges and sweet corn. I was pleasantly surprised that I could personalize my order here! My husband ordered a grilled all-dark chicken dinner with mashed potatoes/gravy and cole slaw. The young man taking our orders told us that the grilled dinner would take extra time - "Is that okay?" Yes, it was more than okay... the staff at this restaurant was nicer than the staff at some high-end restaurants we've been to! The employees seemed to truly enjoy working there. While we waited for our order, a parade of patrons came into the restaurant. A woman dressed in scrubs from the nearby hospital, a family of three for a dine-in meal, a single man picking up a snack, etc. The drive-thru remained busy the entire time we were there. EVERY ONE of the patrons at this restaurant were kind, and chatty, and smiling, and lovely!! We left smiling! Our dinners were AMAZING!! Our chicken was crispy and HOT, even though we had an 8-minute drive home. The sweet corn was crispy and fresh. My potato wedges were AWESOME!! My husband inhaled his chicken and Mug Rootbeer. I know we'll be at KFC in Cuyahoga Falls again in the near future... I'm more than okay with that! Thank you to KFC Cuyahoga Falls!!! read more

Wednesday special $5 country steak and gravy with cole slaw, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and a biscuit! Good! This afternoon a wonderful cashier gave us great and quick service. And she was pleasant and helpful. Hope she gets a raise. We were there about 3pm today. read more

Chad the manager told me he was going to spit in my food and was trying to come around the counter to fight me telling me " what do I wanna do about it " I arrived at 5:16 and my pick up order was for 5:15 he told me to shut the fuck up and to get out of his line smiling being condescending when I went inside the store within a second the order was handed to me so I'm not sure what the 2 seconds would have mattered dude has an ego trip and shouldn't be a manager at all read more

I put in an order at 5:05 for a 6:00 pickup. I arrived at 6 and it took about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. They had orders piled up ahead of mine. Door Dash workers had to cancel orders and people coming in and ordering were requesting refunds after waiting 30+ minutes. My order was finally ready right before 7:00 but they had the wrong chicken. I felt bad for the manager trying to get her people to work and not just stand around. I'll never return to this location. read more

I've ordered from this KFC many times, online door-dash delivery. I get the same thing the 3 piece box. This time the had a new product the FILL UP BOX. It had enough for 2 days. I'm 91, live alone, and that was fine by me. I used GrubHub this time. This is a big box, partitioned for 4 pieces of chicken, 4 sauces, a huge pile of french french fries and a large handful of chicken nuggets. All this food generated enough heat as steam to make the box lid completely soggy. The soggy lid in turn dripped enough water to make everything in the box soggy and cooled off. I only live 15 min. from this KFC. I do not own an air fryer which might of helped. I microwaved enough for dinner since I was hungry. I AM NOT complaining about my soggy food, however I am complaining about KFC Customer Service. I thought I was doing KFC a favor by informing them about the ineffective box. After filling out a long form, I described the box problem exactly as I did here. Their reply was for me to contact GrubHub.I replied that wasn't a delivery problem. Delivery was fast. KFC' s answer was a form letter "Thank you for your feedback." Maybe that's why there are only 2 KFC locations left in Akron. I didn't even ask for a refund. All I wanted was to read that they are testing the box, or something like that. read more

Man they stupid ash, how you gonna forget my fries when you charging me extra for it.

Showed up at 7:15. Staff was extremely rude. Told me that I could order from online ordering and that's it to please leave. Will never be returning to this location read more

1883 W Market location is supposed to be a new location... It is horrible. They serve old sides and if it's late or drive thru... No telling what you may get. They will substitute your food after telling you they have what you asked for. I have reported it to the company as well. read more

Not that long ago, there was so much chicken in a KFC pot pie, that it was almost overwhelming. Not so anymore. Now you need a microscope to see any. There's a happy medium there folks. In addition, the size diminished about an inch in diameter. I'll bet profits don't experience such shrinkflation. Just wages and ingredients. read more

Hate leaving bad reviews, but here we go.... The wait for food here is AT LEAST 45 minutes. But today was my final straw... we ordered via Door Dash and were quoted 25 minutes. After ONE HOUR of waiting I reached out to our driver and asked if she could request how much longer. She was then told ANOTHER HOUR!! For what?! I understand that people are understaffed right now but TWO HOURS FOR FRIED CHICKEN!? I could go to a five star restaurant and be done eating by then... insanity. I feel terrible for their staff... owner/management take them off of Door Dash and get a good crew in there. Absolutely ridiculous. Left two stars because when you do finally get the food it's great... read more

KFC's are wildly inconsistent as a rule but you know something is up when they ask you at the drive through to park in the parking lot while they get your order. And you know it's worse when you see car after car go by and know that they have forgotten about you. But if you do happen to actually get your order in a reasonable time frame it's pretty good so there's that. read more

Idk about this place!! I order a $20 bucket and the chicken wasn't even cooked you could still see flour on it!!! The line was outta control long and it was after 9 I'm sure the kids that worked there could careless about some chicken which I don't blame them I just wanted mines cooked!!! I'll just continue to go to the one in Springfield cause that was messed up sh**!!! I don't play about my kids money and food in that order and somehow KFC managed to do all 3!!! If I had of seen that my food wasn't cooked in line I promised I'd had thrown it right back like it was thrown to me!!!! read more

I have never had any issues with the food itself, however the service is awful. Drive-through line always takes a while which I tried to divert this evening by ordering online.. I sat in the parking lot for 35 minutes calling inside to let them know I had arrived for pick up. No one answered, called 20+ times in the 35 minutes I waited. Ended up getting in the line and got our food that way, it had definitely been sitting there for a while. Told the girl at the window we called many times and their excuse was "we're short staffed" though we saw two separate employees taking out the trash while we were waiting. New management or system with to go orders MUST be put in place. read more

Ordered door dash and the chicken sandwich was solid! Been like 20 yes since I ordered KFC, coleslaw and mashed was solid. Ya ya I know it's fried fast food but scratched that itch and I would order again!! read more

Love the food here, but the skimpy portion of large mashed potatoes I got with my order yesterday was terrible. Paid over $8 for 2 large mashed potatoes. Inside each large bowl was just a scoop of potatoes.... Did not even fill half the bowl and was not enough for 2 people. I remember when the large mashed was a tall tub and could feed more than 4 people. On a lighter note....Service was friendly, but this KFC needs to work on their portion size for the $$ their customers are spending. read more

Always a bad experience at this location. The staff is slow, inept, rude, and seriously doesn't care. The drive- through line took about 30 mins this evening, which is a joke. Once I order they tell me they have no fries. Seriously? Then I ordered 4 piece strips meal, they only have gave me 2! How do you screw that up? Lastly, they have me the wrong drink. Way to go guys! You suck. read more

It upsets me to see the rating is so low for this particular location because I thoroughly enjoy my time with each visit. The food is great and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Don't buy the negativity and give them a go. read more

By far the worst KFC I have ever been to. The girl taking our order was rude throughout the entire transaction, cutting me off while I was speaking and rushing me to order. To top it off, when I got to the window to pay she wasn't wearing a face mask. Regardless of your personal feelings about the pandemic, it's expected you follow basic health and safety procedures when you work in food service. Have been a GM at a fast casual restaurant for years, so I understand how things can be and never go out of my way to write a bad review. My experience was so terrible this is the first time I've felt the need to post publicly. Mostly so any future patrons are aware this place isn't following health and safety protocols in regards to the pandemic. read more

Waited in line for over an hour (wish I was lying), service was terrible and the food definitely was not worth the wait. Please do better.

We have tried this location about six times since they've opened. The order is never correct. Most times, when pointed out, they correct it. Sometimes they don't. The last time we went, I was basically told "too bad" when I pointed out the order was incorrect. We threw half the food away (none of us would eat what we did not order), and the other half was overdone, salty and rancid. I would suggest staying far away from this location, as it is poorly managed and the staff do not care whether the customer is served correctly. read more

Fast drive thru and I was here at 3:30pm on a Friday. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Chicken was cooked perfectly and my biscuit was great. Lots of sauces to choose from and the place was very clean and bathroom were spotless. Great place will be coming back for sure :) A+ $ read more

KFC - Drive thru menu. - Fast Food Near Me - Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

I haven't had any issues with my order, and the foods always been good and hot. But every time I've gone through the drive thru it's been SO SLOW. Even with 2 cars in front of me I was waiting for 10-15 minutes. One time the person in front of me got the bucket, so more understandable, but it still takes min 2-4 mins per car even with a small order. EDIT: I did experience a problem with an order. I ordered a tender box and they didn't include any of the dipping sauce read more

I went to pick up my order only to find Grubhub had added xtra cost because I ordered online for pick up. Less jobs in this local area yet everything is costing more?? BTW they forgot to include eating utensils which means I don't eat my lunch. Wow great chicken though. read more

The ladies working in this kfc are very very rude and they don't know how to talk with customers. They are very unhelpful kfc company need to teach their Employee how to talk with their customers before hiring them. Today we went their to get some lunch but the mature woman at the front desk is too rude and don't know how to talk with her customers. May be she was thinking that the customers coming their to buy the food is for free . I want to tell the manager of this place to teach her how to talk with customers. read more

The food is good but the service at the drive thru is awful. Young girl did not say one word to me. Just said my total and that was it. When I asked for a receipt and for sauce she huffed. She really needs an attitude adjustment Will not go back read more

Not impressed. I called to ask a question about availability of a menu item and when I asked them a follow-up question, they hung up on me.

Food is good of coarse because it's KFC, but check your order!!! They sure as hell don't care if they forget your food.

Enjoy the food but every time we go there our order is inaccurate. 3 times now and every time it was wrong. The lines are long so I know they won't miss my business but probably not going back. read more

I finally got a chance to visit the new KFC on State Road. My family has missed their fried chicken. Not only was our bucket of extra crispy simply let delicious, the staff is wonderful. Chantel took my order. What a delightful young lady with the greatest smile. I had to wait on the potatoes, and received a free small lemon n cake for my inconvenience. Wonderful food & first rate service. Thank you KFC. read more

They have a real problem getting orders right. Son ordered a big box meal, supposed to have three chicken tenders and nuggets. No tenders, but a thigh instead. No one said a word about the substitution. Also had no unsweetened tea. Previous time order was supposed to have potato wedges instead of mashed potatoes, got mashed. Husband ordered an extra side of coleslaw, never got it.This store has not been open very long, but they have a major problem getting their orders right. read more

I couldn't wait until our KFC opened on State Rd and I have not been disappointed...the chicken is so flavorful and the coleslaw is very tasty. I see where people have gotten a wrong order...this happened to me once so I drove myself back around to the order station from outside and stated my problem..they not only fixed it but gave me my dinner at no charge. The staff is always very friendly too...my 95 year old mom thinks it is finger licking good! read more

After all the lines and anticipation that the opening created, I decided to wait until things calmed down to revisit KFC. I should have not waited. I should have not even wasted my money going there. First off, the order was wrong. I ordered the Nashville chicken tenders. Three thin, heavily breaded chicken tenders sitting in a puddle of grease with one pickle slice on it. My biscuit was saturated in that grease too. I didn't get my mashed potatoes & gravy that I ordered. The cold slaw was good, typical KFC coleslaw. My friend just kept saying that it was not near as good as it used to be. I gave it a try, but won't go back. It is definitely not the KFC I grew up with. read more

The food is good but the service could use work. The drive thru time is at least a 15 minute wait. I have gone several times and each time it's been that long. I have also been given the wrong food and/or every time I have been there. So make sure you check your order before you drive away! I had hoped it would get better as time had gone on after they opened but it's still a problem. No one even said sorry today when we were handed the wrong food. You get the bang for your buck food wise but you pay for it with your sanity with the lack of customer service. read more
