The family we went with ordered smoothies, which had been made and were in the blender/pitcher, and only needed to be poured into cups. Nobody was pouring them into cups. By 11:48 am we had not received food, and when I asked the staff member behind the counter if she had started cooking it she seemed surprised. I told her that I no longer had time for a meal, and to please refund my order. She told me that she wasn't allowed to give refunds, only the manager was and she was not there. So, now it seems like the only way to get my money back is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very frustrating experience overall. It's not the dollar amount that bothers me, but the principle that I paid for something that I never received and they appear to have no motivation to resolve that.
