On Tuesday, 06/02/26, I experienced exceptional service from Ivy at this KFC store. She was an absolute delight! Kudos to the cooking team. The 3-minute wait for fresh fries and original chicken was well worth it. read more

KFC in Cordova Tn is the worst. Terrible customer service. I placed an order online at 10:04pm. Went to pick it up at 10:40 and was told they didn't have the order. Showed proof of the order, then was told they didn't have any food...REALLY...Oh and if you place an on line order you have to go in to pick it up. I asked why and was told bc people steal food. I wish I could give 0 stars read more

The order was incomplete. We were missing the fries, the freebie mashed potato bites that inspired us to order in the first place, and 3 of the correct sauce packets. When I called to *politely* request a redelivery of the missing item (because, hey, mistakes happen), they picked up the phone and just put it on the counter. I had to call back 5 more times to get them to pick up (they kept hanging up the phone). On the sixth call, I spoke to a young man who said he was the manager. He kept trying to talk over me. I reminded him this would go a lot faster if he would stop interrupting. (Not once did I swear or even raise my voice.) I mentioned the annoyance of them hanging up, and he interrupted again to say that wasn't his fault. (Young man, I don't care about who did it. I care that it was bad service at your store, period.) The only mildly unfriendly thing I said was that I was unhappy about the failure to answer the phone and that I'm retired and I've got all night to keep calling back, so avoiding me doesn't work. I made a request for a redelivery; he shifted the problem to DoorDash if I didn't want to drive over and pick up the missing items. (After paying about $6 for delivery plus an $8 tip to the delivery driver, who is named April.) So instead of listening to his interruptions and unhelpful comments, I hung up. Then I texted the issue to DoorDash's help desk. They told me they would not refund the tip or have the missing items delivered. They gave me a 15% refund ... which will process in 10+ days. That doesn't cover either the tip or the cost of the missing items. TL/DR: Don't order from the KFC at 1295 N. Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, TN. And don't use DoorDash. We paid over $50 for the food, delivery, and tip, and this was a terrible experience. read more

Those little chicken little sandwiches are the best. The service is great the managers doing a great job. The people are doing a great job. I go there quite a bit. read more

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location but, on 07/14/26, I went through the drive thru there. The cashier had a jacket hanging from his head like a cape. He took our order and we paid. He then told me to pull around the building and that he would bring my food. He didn't give us our drinks at the window but we were fine with that. Upon pulling to the front door of the business we waited for almost 20 minutes while watching as they served one more customer who they also sent to the front of the building. As we sat waiting for our food, we watched the manager and at least 5 employees stand in plain view scrolling on their phones. The cashier appeared to be talking to the others from the window but no one even attempted to prepare the orders. Finally, my nephew went inside where they FINALLY made our order after he asked about it. After he went inside, an employee came out and asked the other customer who was parked beside us, about her order. Had my nephew not went inside , we never would've gotten our food. I guess fast food isn't fast anymore. Damn KFC read more

The worst kfc ever, how are you gonna tell me a restaurant that his priority food are fried chicken and fries and they don't even have fries and they did not even include a straw like come on man how dare you, how you want me to drink my drink man, do not even think about come to this restaurant read more

Attitude sucks! Food was good and fresh, but that attitude is not worth another visit. I pulled up to the window and the lady had the worst attitude saying "KFC" there was no "welcome to KFC" "How may I help you?"...just a harsh KFC. SMH. When we made it to the window, there was no eye contact or acknowledgment...just the window open with her hand out for my payment. She then gave me my food and closed the window. This was just a horrible experience! However, I must say again that the food was hot and fresh. read more

I was at the location in Cordova on Germantown Parkway, Sunday around 11:30 to pick up some chicken tenders for my daughter. There were about five people waiting on the inside to get there. They were serving the drive-through but told us they had no chicken available yet. I waited in line 28 minutes to get three chicken tenders. That were about the size of my thumb and overcooked. The employees were so rude and just ignored us. I would never go in that business again. read more

I received the end of the rib. Order large coke gat a medium. Meat was tough. I want to order a rib sandwich never. Sorry that Tops reviews have dropped they used to be so good. read more

I only give 1 star because I can't review with zero stars. Horrible. Went to lunch there today. It took 25 minutes to put our order in; there were only 2 people ahead of us in line! Others who walked in after us decided to go across the street to Another fried chicken restaurant because the wait was forever. I could only see 4 employees in the entire place. They charged the wrong amount on the cash register and then couldn't seem to give one customer the correct price. We were told they didn't have any broiled chicken, but then they did, but then it was SO GREASY it's as if they deep fat fried it rather than broiling it, I literally had grease running down my arms. This particular KFC on N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova TN needs some extreme help with management. I can't believe they can stay open like it is. Corporate management needs to get fresh management in place for this location or shut it down. This was the worst ever experience I've ever had there. Now that I come to yelp to give a review and see that they have an average of 1.5 stars, I'm not surprised at the awful management. Corporate needs to put this store out of its misery immediately or come take it over and fix it with trained people. Wow, I won't be back. read more

Went through the drive through- ordered a 12 pc hot wings , order of Fries, and a chicken little. Then use the coupon at the bottom of the receipt and got the chicken sandwich. Chicken little was fresh. The fries were COLD. The manger, who is working the window, got us some fresh fries .... BUT They didn't even fill the box up. The chicken sandwich was NOT FRESH!!! So disappointed in this location. The manger asked did we give her reviews. I want to take my review back. DO BETTER KFC !!!!!! read more

Don't recommend. You could not keep me from here a couple years ago, but now this place has gone totally downhill. Constantly giving them another shot at it, and they've failed each time!! Last night was the absolute last straw!! Food was the furthest quality from fresh. Sides were cold, only thing that was spot on was my prepackaged cookie. Even the drink was carbonated. Ew!! Highly disgusted. Never again!!! Would have given -5 stars! read more

Stopped by with my kids to eat in and the store is locked and it's not even 8pm & they tell me only the drive through is open. Wait in line behind 8 cars & they tell me they are out of grilled chicken. What a waste of time & bad service , no wonder Chik Gil a is more popular read more

Stopped by on my way home. They were extremely short staffed, but the service was still exceptional. My order was just as it should be and the cashier apologized for the wait read more

This place is hit or miss, but the last time I went I was so disappointed, I have to write about it. I had to wait forever in line, so you'd think the food would be fresh. Not so. I got a famous bowl and a biscuit. My biscuit wasn't bad, but my famous bowl (I just got the original one with the mashed potatoes and brown gravy) had clearly been made hours before. The chicken was no longer crispy and everything was kind of congealed together. When I got it home I was shocked that it wasn't pitched, it was so nasty. I don't want KFC very often but that just about killed my desire to ever go back again, because I don't want to pay good money for something that's obviously been prepared hours before. Avoid. read more

One of the best KFCs around - night and day difference from the one on Hwy 64 in front of Kroger. Chicken has been hot and fresh - service good and prompt. We like the extra crispy - you sometimes need to allow a little extra time for this but it is worth it. read more

I went here on a whim on my lunch break today. It's KFC. They're legally obligated to not use "chicken" in the title anymore so the abbreviation sticks. I tried the "I ate the BONES!" chicken today. What can I say? I'm a sucker for good marketing. However, I left unimpressed. I got the 3 piece white boneless meal. The chicken came out in the original recipe and it was less than pleasing to the eye. The girl that took my order was very polite however so I didn't say anything. The chicken looked and tasted old. Not fresh. Had it been fresh out of the grease, I'm sure it would have been better. White meat drys out quickly. Maybe next time, if there is a next time, I'll order the dark meat. Less likely to fail, I hope! So my 3 stars is for the service but the food was 1 star at best. I hope the franchisee checks Yelp because the hold times on their chicken leave a LOT to be desired. read more

Literally the worst KFC in memphis! The manager was VERY rude and the food was disgusting.

It was not far from the average American fast food experience. They were nice so that counts for something. They filled orders that were behind me in line. Not to be mean but they were unorganized. The fountain sprayed me with water as it was malfunctioning and the place was dusty. The food was what you would expect from KFC. read more

In line for over 25 min and still waiting. Rude drive thru lady. She's being nasty to the man in front of us. Sounded like she wished we would just leave her alone. Just awful. read more

KFC has really went down hill. They never have any baked chicken, and if you happen to come when they have baked chicken, rest assure it's dried out. One night they didn't have any chicken. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken place. Very high turnover. You will never hardly see the same employees or mangers working there more than a month. What a shame. The owner should take the time to send someone undercover to place an order. They would be amazed at how awful their company is represented or so they should be!! read more

I went to get a 4 piece meal as I always do but when I approached the speaker and began to place my order not only was I greeted rudely but I was cut off in the middle of me placing my order. Ghetto and rudeness at its best at this location. I don't know if this was a regular employee or the actual manager on duty but either way that location has a lot of cleaning up to do and I'm not talking about the restaurant itself. They need to reevaluate the people that they hire to work for a brand of their stature. read more

Just bought a 8 piece meal today, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. I have been in the bathroom with multiple bouts of diarrhea. Terrible. Oil used to fry chicken was old, chicken was horribe, cole slaw smelled, biscuits were hard. DISGUSTING! read more

Ordered the famous bowl that is supposed to come with potatoes, chicken, corn and gravy. The family ordered 3 bowls and a two piece, the bowls came with all ingredients, but the gravy had to be searched for as there was such a small amount. Wife told me the women's bathroom was dirty, smelled bad as if someone had just went even though there was no one in there. The lobby was also very dirty, even though there drive through was very slow and the lobby being almost empty. Gave them one star since yep wouldn't let me give any less, but they deserve much less. This has happened many times over many years. read more

I'll second the hit or miss! Grabbed a bucket of new boneless and sides for mother's day, and it was easily the best fast food chicken I'd ever had! Went again this weekend because I just had to have some more, and it was horrible! Now, it was after 9 when I went, but if I'm spending almost $30 on chicken, I want what I paid for! I swear they just gave us chicken tenders instead of the new boneless. It was dry and tough like it had been out all day. read more

I wish I can rate them zero star because they are a bunch of lazy people. I ordered 8 pieces fried chicken and I was told to wait about 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. I went inside to asked them what took so long. They forgot my order even though no customer at that time. never come back here. read more

I am not sure how but I would not even give this a full star. The food was cold, they were very unfriendly, they told me to park and bring out the food, 15 minutes later they finally brought it out. The portions were skimpy as they put the mashed potatoes and gravy in the same container instead of separately, the mac and cheese was filled 3/4 full. Now, there is always a silver lining even in a bad review. My silver lining for this place is that the biscuits were not forgotten and pretty good. They seemed fresh and not day old. read more

Received a call today for a suggestion I sent August 2nd. He apologized foe the service and offered me a free 3 piece meal. So my wife and daughter was hungry I went out to get it. I was getting the 3 piece for me and a pot pie for my wife. They were out of pot pie and would of been 25 minutes. Which considering I was in there for over 20 minutes waiting to finish my order I guess I could of waited. The cashier who was also the manger left to go help drive thru part way through my order. 5 drive thru cars left 2 more costumers walked in behind me never greeted. He never came back. I left called and guess who I got. He refused to give me his name and kept asking if I was this guy who worked (usha or something like that) there when I wanted to talk to the manger who had originally called me. He finally set the phone down and walked away. I could still hear everything. KFC can post the security camera. I was the one at the counter with my 1 year old waiting to finish placing my order for well over 8 minutes. I was not the only person who walked out but considering by time I pulled out he still hadn't come back they wouldn't know that. Oh for the 1 star they at least had chicken this time. They have been out of chicken on at least two occasions. Considering this was the second chance visit the manger asked me to do. It wont have a third at this location. read more
