I don't normally eat KFC but I'm really surprised how good the KFC bowl is plus it was only $5 and change. Service was fast and friendly. Next time I'll try the fried chicken plus you can get a float because it's also A&W read more

Sunday around 1pm Worst food ever! We used to go frequently and loved there burgers but today our buns were refrigerator temp cold the patties were shriveled up from being overcooked at some point but weren't even room temperature and the cheese couldn't melt if it wanted to! This was by far the worst meal we've ever eaten there. With the meat being cooked in advance and sitting long enough to be cold I worry about bacteria because these certainly were not up to health department standards for temperature. The fries were the only thing warm so at least that heat lamp was functional. The Whitehall location is always excellent no matter the time of day but Bozeman has been continually spiraling downhill this past 2 years. I'm sorry to report this was likely our last visit to this location. When you spend $40 on lunch for 3 you expect to get hot fresh burgers and not som cold piece of cardboard left from lunch rush. read more

Went through the drive though and ordered a 3 piece chicken a side of mashed potatoes and two biscuits. I was given triple the amount of food I ordered and charged for it. Big scam. read more

I remember when you used to get a decent meal for $14. I guess no at KFC. This is just dumb. 3 small pieces of chicken, some kind of biscuit and some instant potatoes. Really? I haven't been to kFC in a long time and it will be a very very long time if I ever go again. Sucked. Sad. read more

KFC - 3 piece meal. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

Soggy chicken. What happened to crispy? Try Roost instead. More expensive but good (better) eats and sides,

Terrible service! They get my order wrong every single time I go there. today we waited in the drive through for thirty whole minutes and we didn't even get our food because it was completely cold. And the chicken is always greasy and soggy. hope they go out of service soon. read more

No sauces in the bag for 5 tenders, no forks or spoons for the sides, and no napkins. They'll always fuck you in the drive thru!!!

KFC - Papa burger supposed to be plain AND ITS NOT - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

We like KFC food very much and think it deserves better than 2 stars. However, At Bozeman KFC today we were charged $47 dollars instead of $37 so look at your receipt before you drive away. read more

For one week I was in Bozeman,Mt for work. I went to this location 4 days out of that 7 and every single time it was great. The service at the drive-through was efficient and very friendly. I appreciated that. All the food I got was fresh and delicious. read more

Went thru the drive thru and they gave us the meal. We asked for utensils and they didn't give us any or napkins. Poor service.

Ordered online. Upon arrival the staff could not find my order, and tried to charge me extra after I had paid on line. All of which was exacerbated by the fact no one spoke fluent English. read more

We went through the drive through & we ordered a 16 piece family meal. They couldn't fill our entire extra crispy chicken so they split it up into whatever they had. Got home and the biscuits were hard as a rock. Usually they are devoured and gone in minutes there's still 4 in the box. No honey, butter, napkins nothing. The young man taking our order was polite. read more

Order the 10 bucket bundle for 30.00 and got cheese curds. First round thought it was good and got our food. Line was long. Pulled over to check our food and they forgot our cheese curds. So back to the long line again. This time told what happened and before they turned the intercom off you here Seriously. So finally get them. Get home. The root beer tasted like water. The chicken crispy was all falling off. The biscuits were hard and mash potatoes like water. It was like the meal was sitting out for quite some time. read more

I do love their chicken sandwiches. They're full of flavorful juicy chicken and reasonably priced. I only wish they were open longer hours. I've been there to pick up food at 6 pm and they were already closed! read more

Yo... what the f**k. Just waited 20 minutes for my food because they weren't ready to serve almost a half hour after opening. I come here often on my lunch break because the location is convenient, and every time I either get a cashier who confuses my order and gives me something else or I get a cashier who treats me like I'm rude for coming to their establishment. No greeting, no eye contact, just a lot of "ugh," "what am I getting," and "you done?" UPDATE: So the first half of this review was filled out neighborhood of 6 months ago but apparently I never hit "post." I went to KFC again today on 12/4/2020 at 1:30. There were two other cars in the drive-thru, both already pulled up by the window, and we waited a full five minutes for the manager to take our order. When we pulled up to the window, we waited another five for her to take our payment as well as give us our drinks, and when she finally did take our payment, she swapped the cards so that my companion and I ended up paying for each other's meals. So, come to KFC to pay for somebody else's meal or get treated like a party crasher. read more

I always feel like my hometown of Tucson has the worst KFC in the United States. Bozeman has the second worst KFC in the United States. Chicken strips were fine. The bone in chicken was light brown to gray, fried in oil not up to temperature leaving the chicken just soaked in oil, and the non crispy, undercooked, unbrown skin fell off just from being put into the bucket by them (before I even took it of the bucket). Sides of cole slaw and mashed potatoes... drive through forgot forks and sporks or whatever... A and W root beer... cup was barely 3/4 full. So disappointing, I feel like they stole my money. And need better corporate training and supervision. read more

So this is also A&W root beer and today it was disgusting. The employees were fine-- Jessica took our order and she appeared to be training a guy. The problem was the filth and the wait. No one was cleaning up the garbage, spills on the floor or the tables. It was gross and I will never return. And, my husband's root beer float was all soft serve warm ice cream and little root beer. It wasn't even floating--no root beer/ice cream foam. Nothing. read more

I went to kfc to get a family chicken tenders meal which the board outside when ordering says $21.99 for a 12 piece chicken tenders meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits, get to window and they want $38.00. it the board is wrong then that is not my problem and they should have honored the price and given me my order. Instead she said she was sorry and I left read more

The staff are entirely rude and the food is completely disgusting! If you're looking for anywhere to eat in Bozeman, eat literally anywhere else. The consistency of the chicken was mushy, the fries were soggy and stale, and the staff were impatient and demanding. They ended up rushing us through, messing up the order, and giving us the wrong items. We would have gone back to have them try and correct the order had we not feared someone spitting in our food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

Horrible they messed up part of my oder tho drive tho but only refunded for the part they messed up really i live in three forks 30 miles from you when my kids did not get what they ask for it tiicks you off at least you should have compensated a for a full meal kfc you're the ones who did wrong then you don,t answer your phone or call back you say your to busy but yet you have time to go out and smoke and let your dog out of your tuck never agin Bozeman kfc read more

Ordered from drive through. Did not give the mashed potatoes we paid and did not give us the parts of chicken we asked for. Simply terrible.

Best thing about a fried chicken sandwich is the pickles and this sandwich had none. It be one thing if there was indoor seating and you can walk up to the counter but after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through to get the sandwich hard to wait another 10 for the pickles read more

Came here after a long day on the road on our way to Yellowstone and we arrived 15 minutes before closing. I haven't had KFC in a while, the last time being the KFC in West Yellowstone which was just "decent". Anyway, came here and got 2 buckets of the 10 piece chicken with drumsticks and thighs. I got the extra crispy, it's my favorite. Food was ready in a timely manner and we sat down to enjoy our meal. Without realizing, we accidentally stayed almost 15 minutes past closing time; even still, the employees were all very friendly and polite! read more

These guys are great. These chicken sandwiches are to die for. They are quite friendly. Highly recommend.

We stopped at this KFC and it was pretty busy but the service was reasonable but all of our menu items were fresh! The biscuits were soft and warmed, gravy was hot and mash potatoes were warm. The coleslaw was very fresh and cold. The chicken was hot and crispy crust. One of the best coleslaws from KFC every. read more

Fast and friendly service with a smile. I love coming here! They are great when it comes to accommodating my Autistic son and his picky eating habits. He loves the little chicken sandwiches and they make it just the way he like it. This is his favorite place to eat. It is not easy finding restaurants that he will go eat at but he loves KFC/A&W and the staff that works there. Prices are reasonable and food is delicious!!! read more

YUCK!! We ordered around $30 worth of food from both sides of this place, the fries are ALWAYS cold, greasy and taste like fried chicken, the chicken was cold, they forgot two of our sides, no biscuits and the wrong sammie. We called and found out they don't offer refunds, so they re-made our entire order, which was almost equally as disgusting. We need a Popeye's or a Church's or some kind of GOOD chicken place. PS: Way too expensive, you aren't that good. read more

I eat here often and usually the food is good. This time I was missing a sandwich (not too big of a deal people make mistakes) but the food was old and almost inedible. I won't be returning here. read more

Every time I go there always out of RooBeer or Ice cream. Been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes so far. There is no one else in front of me. All I ordered was a burger. Boo.

This was combined with A&W. It was good. Plenty of room and it was clean. It didn't take too long to get the food and the portions were big. Friendly service. read more

Slowest drive thru in town. I ordered, waited 15 minutes, and then finally backed out of it and went inside. NO ONE was at the counter (customer wise) so I told the cashier what I had done, and only had 10 more minutes of my lunchtime left. She had no idea what to do. The woman who took my order, even after I told her what I had ordered outside, said I'd have to wait until my time in line came up on the register before she could fill the order. The cars outside had not moved at all. I suggested that she simply void the order and I'd order inside. "That would mess up my register," she said.. so I simply said "Bye," and left. I doubt if I'll ever go back there again. Too bad because I love the boneless chicken. But it's people such as that who have no idea on proper customer service that end up losing customers. Updated review: Third time's the charm for not wanting to return. They simply cannot get an order correct at the counter, and I haven't seen the same person there twice in any visit. The "children" they hire don't listen to anything you request, and if you don't order your food in the order of their computer, they are totally lost. It took four times to order a 3 piece box. The child behind the counter simply did not listen, tried to hurry me through my order, and continually interrupted me during the order process because I was not requesting things in the order she had to input it into her computer. I asked her to repeat back what I ordered, and EVERYTHING was wrong. When I finally got my food, the order was incorrect. Regular, not extra crispy, and white instead of dark meat. My sides were also wrong. The drive thru is just as bad, and I thought the counter would be more efficient. I was wrong. read more

Every time I go to this KFC, they either forget half of my order or they give me something that isn't even close to it. The wait is too long for my order to be this incorrect. They're offering $13 dollars an hour for people to do the simplest job, I know I've worked at a KFC, and they can't handle it. They also closed the lobby a half an hour early so i had to wait in the drive through line for an extra 10 min just to get the food they forgot to give me. 10/10 recommend going somewhere else for dinner. read more

SO UNBELIEVABLY DIRTY!!! my shoes were sticking to the floor and not a single table was wiped off. very unimpressed with this establishment.
