It was an unusually long wait to be the only one in line but as soon as I got to the window the lady apologized and informed me there were only 3 of them working, her another employee, and a manager. I watched as all three of them went from station to station helping each other and working as a team, all with a common goal. I tell him that I got a notification, one of their manager I imagine in gray comes and asks me and tells me that I ordered during breakfast and the app cancels and leaves me there without even offering to help or an option. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology.
