I ordered a Coke to go and they charge me for it. That's where they pissed me off. I drive a big truck for our business- it probably cost me four dollars in gas to drive back down there to pick up the food they forgot and then they had the balls to charge me for a drink. I went thru the drive thru at 830 pm on Nov 1st. Elise at the drive thru was so incredibly bubbly and full of energy. Her customer service was astounding and top tier. She was smooth with the up sales, repeated my order and crystal clear thru the speaker. She is a young girl, maybe 19-20 years old. Worst service attitude and prices food sometimes taste old and workers are always in a rush with you or don't have a good attitude

We ordered a large Cole slaw, one biscuit and Mac and cheese. Biscuit was hard as a rock, Mac and cheese was overcooked and tasteless, I threw them both out. First, I have to say they have a horrible intercom system. The gentleman behind the intercom had asked me over three times it what it is I wanted to order. By the time I did get my food and drove home, I had realized that they never gave me my drinks, one sprite and one Diet Coke. Also, the French Fries they know, sticks, gave me were so old and yucky. I took a picture to show you the remnants of these fries. I don't know why I continue to come back to this place because it seems like there's always an issue. Something is always wrong at this location. Today they're out of Pepsi (and yes KFC is/was owned by Pepsi). Last time they could not accept the order that I placed on the app, even though the app accepted the order and I drove over there to pick it up. The food here is on point. The chicken was juicy and crispy like the old days. The slaw was fresh. Everything was great and this is my second experience in a month there. This is in contrast to very terrible food at the one in Palm Springs and Cathedral city that are now closed. There's an Asian manager there that really knows what he's doing. I tried to compliment him on the quality of the food, but he said he didn't have time to listen, which was annoying, but I stand by my excellent review of this establishment. The staff was very helpful in ordering, offering specials and explaining menu. They were busy and very thinly staffed. The food was typical KFC and the biscuits were light and fluffy. Everything looked clean, but had a slight tackiness to it. A change of cleaning water and cleaning cloths could take care of that. Tell your employees not to cuss. It's not nice for customers to hear cuss words when they're trying to enjoy eating their meal indoors. The Asian cashier tried to tell me the price of the meal was the time, and not the actual dollar amount. The 2 stars are for the Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders. 1. On the drive thru menu there was a sticker saying "Temporarily Sold Out" on the Nashville Hot chicken Tenders. Not true! But that's ok because that's what I came for. The employee and manager had no idea what I was talking about. They probably lost some business with that sign posted. I just happened to ask. When I don't feel like a burger but starve for chicken, then this is where I go. They have a limited selection which means they specialize on one thing. And that's a good thing. For chicken I love either the grilled chicken or the extra crispy. I just love how thick that crispy chicken is. Really a delight digging my teeth into that. And sometimes I will get the chicken pot pie. Best darn pot pie I ever had. And with these prices I could afford yo eat here all the time. And I always take home two orders of cole slaw. This location has a habit of leaving out items in my order, so as a word of caution, I highly recommend skipping the drive thru and place your order inside. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving so you don't get shorted any items. I haven't had KFC for about ten years or so since I had bad experiences in the past. I just tried it again and I can honestly say I'm impressed. Customer service was fast and kind, the drive-thru went by fast, and the food was excellent. I tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and an order of the Chicken Tenders. They were out of the special sauce but I wouldn't know any better since I haven't been here in so long. I changed it over to their buffalo sauce and they gave me some Honey BBQ on the side. I can say that I enjoyed this. I'm used to waiting 30 minutes at Popeyes for a chicken sandwich but now that I have an option I will be going back to KFC more often. If you like BBQ sauce I would 10/10 recommend their Honey BBQ sauce. Also, their Ranch was pretty good too. read more
