    Old, small, and yucky fries.

    First, I have to say they have a horrible intercom system. The gentleman behind the intercom had asked me over three times it what it is I wanted to order. By the time I did get my food and drove home, I had realized that they never gave me my drinks, one sprite and one Diet Coke. Also, the French Fries they know, sticks, gave me were so old and yucky. I took a picture to show you the remnants of these fries. I don't know why I continue to come back to this place because it seems like there's always an issue. If it's not old food, it's horrible service. Their management needs to take a look into the way. This place is ran and employees they hire.

Drinks: Washed it all down with an ice cold lemonade. Perfection. :) The hospitality was just as solid as the food. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and all around great vibes. So if you know about this place, you have to place your order outside of a window. In 100+ degree weather it gets HOT!! and FAST!!! Well, we were left outside in direct heat waiting for the cashier to come out and greet us, this was myself, my elderly 75 year-old mother (as seen in the video) as well as my 14-year-old Nephew. You have to push a doorbell type button to gain the staff's attention, totally cool with that, but when you leave people waiting in 100+ degree weather for 5 to 10 minutes with no shade and no misting system, that could become a problem. So the cashier finally comes out this morning and she greets me and she says it'll just be a couple more minutes before I come out to take your order. I said OK, that's fine, but can you please call me to the window? I said because it's extremely hot and I'm sweating and I don't wanna wait in direct sunlight. She said absolutely, that's not a problem. So she goes back to do whatever she goes to do. About four minutes later she proceeds to give an order to another customer that was waiting in the heat as well, then she calls me to the window. I get to the window and someone proceeds to gain her attention inside of the kitchen, so rather than ask me to hold or tell me that she just needed a minute, she proceeded to slam the window in my face and goes to talk to her coworker about who knows what. What she should've done was told her coworker, hey, I'm with a customer right now, let me get back to you as soon as I take his order, but she didn't do that. She proceeded to make her coworker her priority, not the person that was going to place a $100 order for a group of people celebrating Mother's Day. So she gets back to the window and I proceeded to tell her off. I told her exactly how I feel because at this point I think service in this country has gotten bad with this new generation. She looked like she was in her early 20s, I myself for context am not. So she says I'm ready to take your order and I said, you really just slammed the door in my face, didn't you? She was just stunned that I said something, that I actually had a voice. I said no, I'm not gonna place an order with you, you lost an order because you left me out here in 100+ degree weather. I said I should've been the priority, and I was a little upset because I did drop a couple F bombs (which I regret) but only because I was hot and I was sweating and I was frustrated and I was just angry that this new generation has no concept on how to treat paying customers, especially rational customers, with better service. Now they weren't slammed, aside from the other customer that got to receive his order, no one else was waiting for an order, so it's not like she was super busy. That's what really bothers me, I should've been the priority with my family, but yet she chose to leave us in the heat. I told her, if the roles were reversed and you were outside here waiting in this heat and I was taking your order and I did that to you, you would be extremely upset. She was puzzled and didn't say much. I think she was just stunned that I said something, but I wanted it to be known that whoever is the owner of this place needs to have a serious talk with their employees about proper protocol when waiting to place or receive an order in 100° weather with absolutely no shade or water misters. I really think you guys need to do better. My family and I walked away and proceeded to go grab iced coffee at Everbloom Coffee across the street where we were treated like kings and queens. When we came in we were greeted by a very nice girl with Red Highlights in her hair. I would tell you her name but there were no name badges. We placed our order at the counter and proceeded to wait almost 45 minutes for our salad to come to our table. Our pizza came next about 10 minutes later and then one half of our order of wings came out about 4 minutes after the pizza. The other half came out about 2 minutes after that. If you're reading this and wondering if that order seems off, we thought the same thing. We ordered an X-Large Pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. We ordered an order of 12 Buffalo Wings mild and 12 Sheri-something wings.(Their signature wings.) We also ordered a large BBQ salad. The pizza seemed like the cheese side was a little thinner than the pepperoni side. This may be usual and I'm not sure because it was our first time here. To be fair I don't mind the crust a little thinner so this was okay. The flavor wasn't bad to be honest on anything we ate but nothing was super spectacular that would have warranted an hour wait. I also forgot to mention they were not busy. When we came in there were still several tables empty. Mind you it's not a big dining room. Going back to the service. They only gave us 2 plates to eat our food. We are a family of 4. When I asked for 2 more plates they never brought them back so I had to go ask for 2 more plates at the register. The plates they gave me were wet and the girl said sorry they just got washed. We also asked for Blue Cheese with the wings and got ranch. Not a big deal but the girl said she would bring the blue cheese out to us and we never got it. We just ended up eating ranch instead. We also used the restroom and the floors were slippery. Not sure how that happens but my son thought they were slippery because he had cleats on and I let him know daddy has regular shoes and I was still slipping. No idea why the floor was slippery. I just figured they didn't mop correctly? The girl with the red highlights was doing her best. She really was trying to do everything it seemed. There were several dirty tables of people who were eating before we got there and had left. I put some pictures on here just to show we weren't exaggerating. I'm not sure if this place was short staffed or this was a regular night but I can assure you me and my family would never go back. Not sure how this place had 4.3 stars but I would never refer this place based off of our experience.

(fill in the blank) And she did charge me for two full complete orders of zucchini instead of just the upgrade. But the sad part was how the manager acted. I thought they got paid more to offer some kind of customer service based on experience- but this lady doesn't offer anything except rude attitude. Tired of paying good money for bad food, wrong food or cold food. People are not going to put up with this shit anymore. You can do it right or we can just sit here all day and keep watching you run back-and-forth from the restaurant to the car. I'm going to call corporate and just request a complete refund.
