Whenever I am in the mood for fried chicken, I like to go to KFC. Ordered a bucket of chicken, which came with 4 sides. Chicken was good, mashed potatoes w/gravy was good, coleslaw was good, and the potato wedges were good. Best part of the meal was the biscuits. Always like the biscuits. What surprised me the most was how long the food took the cook. Or better yet, how little time it took. NOTE: This was for pickup only. Came here to get a chicken meal I ordered online. The young lady was at the register and proceeded to go back and prepare my order after ringing up a customer on her POS system. I asked her was she preparing my meal and she just came off the register and not wash her hands? She got an attitude and as a result they left me waiting for my food for over 15 minutes. The other staffers were giving me the side eye too. For asking her to wash her hands or wear gloves to prepare my meal? The ambiance was judgy to me at that point like I did something wrong... Do me a favor, don't go here. FYI: They do not give refunds so you have to go through your credit card to get a refund. They are unprofessional and passed the buck when it came to who was preparing my meal. They even tried to burn me out of one of my chicken breast! Make sure you ALWAYS check your orders! Went there last week in all that rain had to wait a while to get waited on it seems like one new what their job was kept getting peoples orders messed up; when I finally got waited on got my order home French fries were so hard they must have been cooked last week sometime. Weather was. So bad stopped in to tell the manager about it she litterly shrugged it off. I say they should get a new manager she could have at least offered me some fries. Ordered chicken for Grubhub delivery. Very disappointing. The order arrived in a reasonably timely manor but it was incomplete and when I called back to find out what to do. I was told to come and get it myself or forget about it. Also the delivery price was misleading. The yelp app claimed $3.99 delivery charge but didn't mention two additional service charges and a mandatory 15% tip. NEVER AGAIN !!! I just went there tonight, I was worried because of the bad reviews. I don't know how the service was when other people went there but my experience was above all one of the best I've had. I went in for a pot pie and some chicken, I only wanted thighs and the man at the register checked to see if they had enough, they did and he met my request and I then told him about the pot pie, but they weren't ready yet it would be about 5 minutes. I said that was fine I would wait. He offered me a drink while I waited, I got a water, and less than 2 minutes later my food was ready. Thanks for the great customer service. I would say that during the day this restaurant wouldn't be a bad choice but if you want food at night time then they are extremely unreliable. The majority of the time I go here at night the employees always say that they are out of food and it's been like this since I first started going here about 6 months ago. I visit this kfc a lot...it is right down the street from my house. The food is pretty good, when I can order what I want. They are usually out of crispy chicken or grilled or a side I want or something!!! I decided to go there the other night for some grilled chicken and they were out!!! I ordered something else. I pull up to the window and paid...the employee slammed the change in my hand and dropped some on the ground and said NOTHING!!! I mentioned it to him (not that he didn't see it happen) and he just looked at me!!! I always check my bag before leaving and my side item was incorrect so I asked them to switch it and get my cookie as well. He came back to the window with my side and no cookie. I asked again for the cookie and he got it Finally!!! I was not thanked for my visit and I'm TOTALLY ANNOYED!!! Like many others have stated, this is the worst KFC in existence. My simple orders are wrong 90% of the time. I go there once every 3 months because I forget how shitty the service is but am promptly reminded of it when waiting in line to order. The staff are poorly trained and the manager is even worse. Do not bother going here. I have had nothing but horrible experiences: stuck in the drive-through line with two cars in front of me for 20 minutes (you know that moment when you've gone too far into the drive through and you can't actually get out and turn around), workers disappearing from the drive-through windows and not returning and having to flag someone else down to get the rest of my order handed to me, food cold and overcooked. It is the closest KFC to me so I thought I would give it one more shot.
