this has been my closest to go wingstop location and today i had an ubereats order placed there…read morewhere my first driver picked up my order but they never confirmed on the app and stole our food and cancelled on picking up our order on ubereats which made another driver go pick up and they were told the our order was picked up already. I understand that part of this isn't fully Wingstop's fault, BUT in order for a delivery person to get the food they have to confirm on the app about having picked up the food. Other locations have that set where the pick up person will confirm on the app and therefore give them the food. It's just upsetting that they don't take security precautions seriously. I even called the wingstop location and they told me they couldn't cancel my order only for them to cancel it 10 minutes later im just putting this here in hopes they take more precautions because this isnt fair to those 3/4 drivers who tried to pick up the order after it was stolen.
