I thought drive thru and fast food restaurants had time quotas on food outputs... well if this store does then they aren't meeting them on the best of days. And miserably failing on the bad days. One day two weeks ago food had to be returned because the meat was gross and inedible. Gentle complaints have been made to managers, and the owners, by myself and others, over the last several months and no changes have been made. And they always have an excuse on why TODAY's food/service was poor. Maybe someday they will go back to the to the KFC/Taco Bell we use to have but it look to be heading that way at this time. I won't be going back and I will be urging everyone I can to steer clear. Maybe if enough people stop coming or cause a fuss they will improve.
