I ordered online tonight and had to wait an extra 30 mins at the store because there were only 2 employees working. Shame on whoever does their schedules. I ordered a meal with a chicken sandwich and received 2 tenders with buns smashed around them. When I called they said they were out of chicken sandwiches so this is just what we get. Unbelievable. I had to ask for the drinks they didn't give me. I also had to ask for the fries they didn't give us. They only gave us one out of two of our fries and I had to ask again for my other fry order. The fries were cold, they didn't fill our drinks all the way, and they barely put any sauce on our chicken sandwiches nor any pickles. We're not wasting our money here again. read more

We have visited this location twice in the last two months. Both times the place was a mess. The first time I was there I had ordered original chicken breast and was informed that they were out and it would be 20 minutes before any would be ready. This was at 5:30 in the afternoon. So I had to settle for two pieces. The second time was last night and I had to wait again for original. When I got home I found that they had not gotten the order correct. They gave me a four piece tender me as l which I had not ordered and forgot the4 biscuits I had ordered. I was not the only one who got the wrong order. If I could give a lower score I would. The food came out hot and quick which was nice but whoever bagged it put the gravy in on its side. The ENTIRE container emptied out and was like that when they gave it to us. My boyfriend drove away to quickly but it was literally dripping out if the bag right after they handed it to us. Came into an empty restaurant that only had 3 vehicles in drive through. Waited 8 minutes to place order but during the wait the store manager looked at me and said, "we are busy someone will get to you when they can!" I found that completely ridiculous considering we were literally the ONLY people in the restaurant & again only 3 vehicles in drive through. It took them 12 minutes to get our food and the girl just threw it on the counter and walked away. I got no utensils to eat our meal nothing. I stood up there for a few minutes with the girl watching me and not saying anything before I had to ask for the stuff. She grabs it & literally throws it in my bag yelling at me that they are to busy for this and she's stressed out! First bad experience at chick filet. Restaurant was very dirty. Greasy floor tiles you could skate ok, trash cans full w people leaving trays of garbage on top. Dinner on a Saturday night w four cars in drive thru and maybe 8 people inside. More employees than diners. Tons of employees but only one register open so line to the door waiting to order. Forget getting a beverage refill! Chicken sandwich and fries were cold, and chocolate shake not stirred. So vanilla on bottom chocolate sauce on top. I talked to a lead guy who didn't seem concerned or even answer when I tried to talk to him. Four door dash guys waiting on orders seemed passed too. Sad. After sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes yesterday. I asked about something on the app. He told me to pull out and order if I wanted that. Now, I had ordered from the app before. They would not let me pick up from the drive thru. I had my grandkids in the car and had a terrible time trying to carry the food and car seat. While wrangling toddlers. Yesterday they had the inside closed. So I wasn't sure if I could order from the app. Again I had my grandkids. I was not about to try to go in. Get the long drive thru line, it's Covid era, however when I pulled up to the window I was not prepared for what I saw in the kitchen. The person preparing the food had his mask down to his chin and was bending over the food breathing on it as he worked , the server in the front area had his mask on his neck and the person taking my money had his mask below his nose. This KFC seems unable to give you everything you pay for. The last 3 times in a row that we have bought the $20 special we have gotten shorted. First time we were shorted 3 pieces of chicken??? Second time: we were shorted 2 pieces of chicken and the 4 dinner rolls. Haven't gone to KFC in Arnold, MO for a while. The inside dining is currently closed and the drive thru line was backed up on to the highway. I estimate I may have been about the 14th car in line. During the 1 hour and 20 minute wait to purchase dinner I observed; one employee milling around inside of the store as if they were lost, 2 employees step outside for a "smoke break", and one employee converse with a person (who knocked on the door to attempt to place an order inside to avoid waiting in the drive-thru line) for 5 minutes. While orders were completed at an average of about 6 minutes (per), there were times some orders took more than 12 minutes. So when I finally got home I ate the original recipe chicken instead of the extra-crispy chicken I had ordered. read more

went to kfc back in september. they gave me the wrong order. called the store and they were very nice and appoligized. good workers are hard to find but now any workers are good to find. went back today January 12. thought the person in the drive through couldn't make up his mind because he took such a long time. there was one car in front of him at the window. used my stop watch on the phone. took 3 min. and 9 seconds for them to take my order. took another 9 min and 43 seconds to get to the window. won't be back at this store for a VERY long time read more

came through drove through at 830, ordered $32 worth of food and they forgot all 4 of my sodas. Didn't mind that so we went home to eat then discovered there was 3 more items plus my 4 sodas that were not in my bag!!! Very disappointed with service but kind people. Im not much of a fast food fan. However, sometimes i do have cravings. I went to Arnold today to a clock shop. The owner had stepped away by the time i arrived and would be gone an hour. I was hungry, so i walked next door to kfc. For $5 i got a bowl, full of mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, and gravy. Say what you will, but kfc does have good gravy lol. The meal also came with a cookie and a large drink. The place was very clean. The staff, older ladies, were extremely polite. read more

This place has good food, just not very fast or accurate at times. My most recent visit I observed a manager point out mistakes a new person was doing in front of several of us. KFC food is great but this KFC in particular was just dirty and felt just generally inhospitable. They had only one high chair which was in use and we were forced to use a booster seat for our 10 month old. The staff wasn't very helpful in finding one and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Disgusting. Dead roaches by the soda fountain. Tables were so sticky you had to clean them yourself. Tried to put my son in a highchair and it was so dirty I had to wash my hands after touching it. Bugs flying around us at the table and chicken was rubbery. Never again. read more
