This KFC is on the top list of worst fast-food establishments. The customer service was awful- cut us off and kept us waiting when it wasn't even that busy. Also told us that they weren't serving crispy chicken, it was 9:40, you're open until 10 and your job is far from hard in the real world so I would expect you'd have what you serve at any other hour, not just because it's Halloween and you want to go party. You told customers you were closed at 9:50. Terrible service and mediocre chicken. Won't be coming back. The girl dressed as superwoman tonight needs to be fired. Rushed us and forgot our drinks. AND forgot our straws. I'd give 0 stars if I could read more

I've been coming to this KFC for 3 years now since Jesse was the manager. He left and I've been so sad since then. But thank God I've always had my Nicole. She is my little Diamond that I cannot wait to see every time I come in the store. She is the cutest thing and she's very sweet and very friendly and very knowledgeable about KFC. I would suggest everyone to come and meet Nicole and get some food at KFC read more

Horrible customer service. Isaak P is completely unprofessional. He & the team inside had us waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru then had us eventually pull forward. They gave us the wrong orders & after all that waiting continued to say it would be a longer wait for the biscuits. After calling to try & get a refund or get our CORRECT order, Isaak proceeded to make things incredibly difficult & refused to give me his managers information & claimed he didn't have phone numbers for the manager or anyone higher up. I will not be returning here & will encourage others not to after this, just based on the awful service. This is not how you handle unhappy customers & hopefully Isaak isn't a "supervisor" for long. read more

I have been here so many times (regularly every month), for the price I pay for their family meals, they should never forget my mash patatos, gravy, mac and cheese or any other food I buy here. I can't even count how many times I had to stop, park and go inside because they forgot a few things on my order. Not to mention, there has been a handful of times when I get home missing something that I have paid in full for. I take it as a loss, because I don't feel like wasting my gas going all the way back there. All in all, I don't understand how KFC runs out of hot sauce? They need to get more organized, and back stock their condiments, and compensate their customers when they make simple mistakes. read more

This is the worst k_f_c I have ever been to. They have terrible service, terrible food. And don't make the mistake of showing up one or two hours before they close , they will just tell you they are out of everything and give you the dry chicken that has been sitting under the heat lamps all day. There is an a&w here also, and the root beer is terrible and flat almost every time. If you're in the mood for fried chicken and all the fixins go to popeyes and avoid this place at all cost. read more

Easily the worst kfc ever. Yes I know it's a fast food joint but man... At least try a little bit! I've never received my food within 15 mins. If I get fresh chicken then my sides are I've cold and soggy. Don't bother coming after 8pm because they stop making food at that time so your options are extremely limited and why would you want the food that's been sitting there for who knows how long. Management is non existent. I'm a big proponent for $15/hour but this is the type of establishment full of lazy workers that gives everyone else a bad name. read more

Wouldn't even do 1 star if I don't have to. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We tried to go through drive through yesterday, and were told we had to go inside because the "drive through system is rebooting." We go inside, and decide to eat in since we already had to get out of the car. The line wasn't that long, but took ridiculous amount of time to get through. The woman in front of me mentioned to the cashier that if they are unable to use the drive through due to machines not working, the person who was supposed to be manning the drive through window should be up front helping with taking orders. The cashier then admits they just didn't have anyone to work the drive through!! Once we finally order, we go to sit down, and my husband is searching the restaurant for a highchair for our 9 month old. I think it's silly because I know where they keep them, and try to explain to him. But wait... I go over to where they normally have the highchairs, and there aren't any. I look around and there are no other families with babies in there, so the highchairs are not just all being used. We ask an employee, and she just nonchalantly says "oh we don't have those." I'm like really?! What restaurant doesn't have friggin HIGHCHAIRS???! She just looks at me like I'm dumb to expect they would have that. So we get our food to go and they didn't put it all in, so I had to go back up and get it corrected. And then there's the bathroom. Dirty and the worst smelling bathroom I've been in, second to a porta potty. read more

Worst KFC ever. Just drove thru this KFC and ordered grilled chicken. They said it would be a fifteen minute wait. We left. Clearly this manager doesn't want our business. Many of my neighbors have had similar experiences at this location. Worst KFC ever. read more

I hate this place, the service is slow during dinner rush, this location is known to RUN OUT OF CHICKEN no joke really tho... HOW DOES A CHICKEN PLACE... RUN OUT OF CHICKEN?!?!? Got a $5 pot pie fill up box and it says it includes ONE COOKIE. She asked if we would like to add a side for a dollar so we got a side of corn. Get home and there's only corn and NO COOKIE. No napkins or utensils in our bag. Terrible service served with a shitty attitude. I wish I would have saw her name but anyways she was working in the drive thru. She looked miserable and like she hated her job. I'd drive to a different location next time. read more

I NEVER take the time to Yelp a fast food restaurant but this one was worth it. They are a pleasant, friendly group! Lobby was clean and service was just over the top that day. Hoping it continues! read more

The service here is piss poor. They don't even acknowledge their customers. Had 3 people walk past me while I was in line. They weren't even busy. 0 stars read more

Every time we go to this KFC there's never any chicken, they always have a wait and they say they are wait times at 8 minutes but we end up waiting 20 30 minutes before we can even get our food, it's very very irritating!! we've had problems with them before and it's probably one of the last times going to that place. read more

Nope! Slow, crappy service, and dried out chicken. Just go up the road to the mobile gas stomp on walerga and antelope, their "crispy" chicken is way better. read more

Let me start by saying, this is not the first, nor Second horrible experience at this location. After a time, you've just gotta say something. Last night was the tipping point. My wife went to the Drive thru at 8:58 to place her order. She was told because everything was not made, she would have to wait 15 mins. Not acceptable, seeing that you should ALWAYS be ready for a customer no matter how late it is. So my wife parked in the area she was told to. 35 mins later my son walked into the restaurant, and the employee said "oh, you didn't get your chicken littles" My son then stated, we didn't get any of our food. Great to know how much they pay attention to the customer, that they totally forgot they asked us to park. Upon further investigation, they realized that they gave the food to someone else. They then said you will have to wait till the food is remade. My wife then walks in to find out what is going on. Furious at this point, my wife starts asking whybshe never got a apology, that our order was givin to someone else, and such forth. She then proceed to tell the cashier/manager she should offer to at the very least offer a item to make up for the longer wait. The manager said, what would you like me to offer you, my wife ten said, just give me a partial refund. The manager said we can not do that, my ie asked for a complaint number for the corporate office, and she said, we dont have a corporate office. All in all, 45 minutes later, we got our food, and refund, come to find out, that when we got home, everything was dry, my wife who is lactose intolerant had cheese on her food when we started and shows on the receipt no cheese. This lack of customer service is insane. We will never enter that establishment again. I have heard from other friends of mine similar stories, and its kinda sad. read more

Worst KFC ever! Asked for country fries instead of mashed potatoes. I got both mashed potatoes and cold tough fries. Didn't get the coleslaw.....Beyond ticked. If employees would pay attention to what they were doing g instead of bantering back and forth they maybe, just maybe would have gotten it right. Oh besides got a bath in ice tea when handed to me because the lid wasn't on properly. Will never ever go there agsin! read more

These people are so clueless! As we all know chicken out is no longer cheap! No wonder you have so many 1 stars on Google averaging only 3 stars! I just placed an order for multiple chicken sandwiches and a combo order. Only to have all sauces missing from the online order that I placed. These minimum wage punks of course aren't smart enough to include the one thing to make a fast food sandwich palatable! We wanted jalapeños that are not listed on the website to BUY but they are not listed. The minimum wage p***s clearly tried to make me my husband feel like he was doing us a favor by just giving them to us without charging. How about get the order right before yout try to make it seem like you are doing someone a favor! I'm so angry right now! To spend this much on fast food without the one thing that will make the sandwich good infuriates me!! So much money spend to just be angry over some dumb over looked bull from some jack who clearly doesn't care enough about their job! We are in a pandemic! Be glad you have a job and do it so that your location does not go out of business or you don't get fired! read more

They don't know what white meat only is. They're over priced. They charge $1 extra for EACH chicken if you want White-Meat only. Got a 12 piece chicken only all white for $37.56. I can get a 32 piece at Popeyes for $27. Moral of the story, Go To Popeyes. read more

Don't go there, they never have grill chickens, staffs are suck...!!!! No words can describe ... Stay away from this place!!!!!!

So slow. I just don't understand why this KFC is so much slower than any other I've been too. When the food finally came out it was decent. But I will not be back. read more

They suck. Worst costumers service ever! U could be standing there for more than 5 min until u finally order or get something u need. They don't pay attention to customers instead their too busy cooking food. Lame! read more

This place is horrible! Craving KFC thought I'd pick up a bucket on my way to work. Opened the bucket and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. WTH! I was so upset. I called but there was no answer. Too far to drive back. Threw away money on this one. read more

They didn't put bacon on the doublicious sandwhich, which is pretty expensive and you have to pull over and wait 9 minutes to even get it. Didn't realize that they forgot the bacon till it was too late. All I got was chicken and cheese, wtf? That's not worth the wait or price. The macaroni was half way full. I feel completely ripped off. I keep trying to contact a manager, but can never reach one. read more

I gave them a chance on two accounts / both A&W and KFC ..... why? I'm still trying to figure that out. One the first occasion, my A&W order was horrible. The burger was aweful , and the fries were soggy and not fresh. The other day I decided to give the KFC a try, and it was probably the WORST KFC experience i have EVER had. I ordered a bucket of chicken only to find that 4 pieces were too small to even be considered fair. Then the mac and cheese looks old, like it was out all day along side the dry mashed potatoes. Ick. This place is a joke, I don't think i'll ever come back and i'll drive the distance just to avoid this location. read more

We recently moved into the neighborhood, decided to get some chicken for dinner, and I won't be coming back here ever again. Pulled through the drive thru and ordered a 20 piece hot wings and 2 sodas, pulled up to the window and was asked to pull into the parking lot and wait for just a couple minutes. 20 minutes later I was still sitting there. I went inside to see what happened, and was told "oh we thought we'd brought it out already"? Funny story, they hadn't, and I won't be back to waste my time on their bad food again either. read more

I wasn't planning on eating at this KFC which is a good thing because I wouldn't have after walking in the door! I met my in laws there today to pick up my son after his visit. Walked in and almost fell because the floor is so greasy! I slipped right in front of an employee and said "your floor is very greasy". She laughed and said "yea I know". Multiple people came in and slipped. If the floor is that filthy I. An only imagine the rest of the place! I wouldn't even be making this post except that when I called to speak to management I was put on hold and no one ever picked up! read more

We walked in to this restaurant and after standing at the counter for over 5 minutes with no service, we looked behind the food station and saw an employee with his pants down. If this is what they are doing where people can see, I can only imagine what they are doing where the public can't see. read more

Every time I come my order isn't right. Went thru the drive thru, waited over 5 minutes for someone to take the order of the car in front of me. There was no one else in front of her so there's no reason it should have taken that long. Someone pulled in behind me so I couldn't leave. When I finally got to order, the guy was very condescending. Then I asked for extra ranch with everything. When I get to the window, he began to walk toward me, but then saw me and turned around to the little sauce station. He put his hand in the spot where the ranch is and pretended to put ranch in my bag. He then put a ton of butter and honey in my bag, but they didn't give me the biscuits that I ordered. So I have my food, butter and honey, no ranch and no biscuits. Every time I go they forget something. So I'm not going back! read more

Jesse Tores is hands down the worst employee ever. Ordered one chicken little and a root beer float. He asked me to pull around and park. Absolutely crazy for that small of a order. Then when I called to complain I find out he is the manager and he said he doesn't have a boss or supervisor so I just need to call a 1 800 number. Then when I told him that he shouldn't of had me pull around he says that I should have told him no and just stayed there in the drive thru. That I didn't have to pull around if I didn't want to. Once again Jesse Tores is hands down a horrible employee and should not be even working in customer service. Oh side note. There is no shade to park in and its over 100 degrees outside. read more

I would visit this KFC again because they came under new management. I thought the service was quick and very accurate. The team members are kind and get the job done so the customers aren't waiting long at all. The facility is also a lot cleaner. Will definitely be returning to this KFC. read more

This KFC deserves 0 stars. This is the first time I've read the reviews for this location and it seems they have issues with food and customer service. As a business owner you would think to check YELP reviews and get these issues corrected. I need to put my review in based off what I've recently experienced. I go to this KFC once or 2x a month. The last 3 times I've been inside a employee by the name of Betsey has been on register. The first time i noticed she was rude i figured maybe shes having a bad day she was the only one working register. ( ive worked in fast food and on register i know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed when taking orders). 2nd time we were waiting we were the only ones in line. She seen us but didn't say anything didn't say hi ill be right with you just looked at us and was doing everything else. Again i get it if your short staffed but a hey ill be right with you would be nice. 5 minutes go by and then there's a line.....finally she says what can i get for you. Its about 8:00 PM and they close at 10 i order chicken strips she rudely says we're out. I asknfor something else and she rudely replies we're out of that too. If its 9:30 30 minutes before closing time i get if you're out but not 2 hours before closing time. Its called putting more to make a 10 to 15 minute wait. Her tone set me off and my fiancee had to walk me out Because i was about to go off on her for her attitude and rudeness. So we go this past Sunday 1/17 and guess who is working the register? Miss Betsey. She looks at me and turns around to say something to her co worker. And yes i remember you too and your horrible customer service girl! So we go to order she doesn't smile doesn't say hi can i take your order she just stands there and stares. So i say are you ready to take our order? She replies with an attitude in her tone (ive been ready). So i reply with why are you so rude? She replies with why do you keep coming back? Lil Miss Betsey you clearly hate your job. You never smile and your demeanor shows a bad attitude. What makes you think you can ask a customer why they keep coming back? Like i told you...i come for the chicken not to deal with a rude person like you. Why do you keep coming back when you clearly hate your job? If you aren't happy working at KFC you should find a job you actually like. Do you know what customer service means?Customer service is the provision ofservice to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service is also often referred to when describing the culture of the organization. Your bad attitude and rude tone towards me as a customer is unnecessary and uncalled for. And i am not driving 15 minutes away to a different KFC all to avoid you. You shouldn't be rude to customers. Maybe you should have some re training on customer service you should smile and address the customer with a ( hi can i take your order). You shouldn't stand there looking angry and give an attitude to a customer while their telling you their order. I don't go to your job to get attitude from you for mo reason idk what your deal is maybe you're having personal issues idk but 3 times for you to be rude to me is not acceptable. And you don't bring your personal problems with you to work. If you don't like working register tell your manager and work making the food or another area because clearly you're not happy taking orders. I did speak with the manager at the time of this last incident and yes she apologized however it doesn't seem something will be done to correct her maybe corporate and the general manager or even owners need to be notified. Betsey i wonder how the owner(s) or friends and family of them would feel if you told them "Why Do you keep coming back"? read more

Updating my review to two stars. There are still better KFC's out there (less "pull around and wait"s, thicker cut chicken strips, fresher food) but it has improved a TON. Two years ago this place was total crap; today it's a little annoying at times but it's pretty close to what you expect of a fast food place. I don't feel like I'm asking for abuse anymore when I get in that drive thru line. read more

This is now under new management, and wow what a difference a week made. This place is horrible I went last week to grab food and went through the drive thru. One of the things I ordered were fries when I pulled up they said they weren't ready yet and it would be about 3 minutes to go to the front. I waited put front for a little over 10 minutes and then finally went inside to check what happened. They had given my food to someone else that was also waiting in front. That person went back through the drive thru and gave back the food, and the person working there tried to give me that food but I asked them to remake it. Over 20 minutes later I finally got my food. This isn't the first time things like this have happen. The worst place ever and the inside looks so dirty. When you write to them direct they say sorry that they take the concerns seriously but this is the 2nd time I have written in 2 months and still the same stuff happens. Don't ever go to this KFC! read more

Do not eat here they take the award for dirtiest establishment I've ever been in and I have eaten at many restaurants and fast food locations from the moment I reached for the door I can see it was covered in dirt and grime windows and handle while I was placing my order looking around on the counter was dirty some garbage my son wanted to eat there so I went ahead and ordered moving to the fountain machine I could see piled up trash napkins straws getting past that looking for a table I counted ten dirty tables and floor underneath to match I had to clean my own table to sit down I do not hand out this award lightly this is not based off of this one experience over the past five or so years i think I've given them about four chances and every time I am impressed with just how dirty this place is now if this is not enough I noticed two people who ordered after me got their food before me one of which after digging around in the bag determined that was not his food he took it back to the counter they checked it realized it was my food closed it back up and try to give it to me like I wanted the food that this man had his hands in I got my money back and left this is my first Yelp review I will eat at Popeye's from now on read more
