Horrible customer service. Isaak P is completely unprofessional. He & the team inside had us waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru then had us eventually pull forward. They gave us the wrong orders & after all that waiting continued to say it would be a longer wait for the biscuits. After calling to try & get a refund or get our CORRECT order, Isaak proceeded to make things incredibly difficult & refused to give me his managers information & claimed he didn't have phone numbers for the manager or anyone higher up. I will not be returning here & will encourage others not to after this, just based on the awful service. Got a $5 pot pie fill up box and it says it includes ONE COOKIE. She asked if we would like to add a side for a dollar so we got a side of corn. Get home and there's only corn and NO COOKIE. Easily the worst kfc ever. Yes I know it's a fast food joint but man... At least try a little bit! I've never received my food within 15 mins. If I get fresh chicken then my sides are I've cold and soggy. Don't bother coming after 8pm because they stop making food at that time so your options are extremely limited and why would you want the food that's been sitting there for who knows how long. The food is over greasy, they always close way to early (about 9 even though thats not the posted closing time) They seem to always run out of stuff you want. They always get rid of items, raise there prices every month. (Last month it was 99 cents for 2 apple turnovers now there $1.29, EACH). They constantly get orders wrong, which is sad since it takes about 5-10 mins per customer in drive thru. And for how expensive it is the portions are small. ( $6 for 3 "chicken strips" that look like chicken nuggets) Id suggest going the extra 20 seconds and getting taco bell. I have been here so many times (regularly every month), for the price I pay for their family meals, they should never forget my mash patatos, gravy, mac and cheese or any other food I buy here. I can't even count how many times I had to stop, park and go inside because they forgot a few things on my order. Not to mention, there has been a handful of times when I get home missing something that I have paid in full for. And don't make the mistake of showing up one or two hours before they close , they will just tell you they are out of everything and give you the dry chicken that has been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Wouldn't even do 1 star if I don't have to. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We tried to go through drive through yesterday, and were told we had to go inside because the "drive through system is rebooting." We go inside, and decide to eat in since we already had to get out of the car. The line wasn't that long, but took ridiculous amount of time to get through. The woman in front of me mentioned to the cashier that if they are unable to use the drive through due to machines not working, the person who was supposed to be manning the drive through window should be up front helping with taking orders. The cashier then admits they just didn't have anyone to work the drive through!! Once we finally order, we go to sit down, and my husband is searching the restaurant for a highchair for our 9 month old. I think it's silly because I know where they keep them, and try to explain to him. But wait... I go over to where they normally have the highchairs, and there aren't any. I look around and there are no other families with babies in there, so the highchairs are not just all being used. We ask an employee, and she just nonchalantly says "oh we don't have those." I'm like really?! What restaurant doesn't have friggin HIGHCHAIRS???! She just looks at me like I'm dumb to expect they would have that. So we get our food to go and they didn't put it all in, so I had to go back up and get it corrected. And then there's the bathroom. Let me start by saying, this is not the first, nor Second horrible experience at this location. After a time, you've just gotta say something. Last night was the tipping point. My wife went to the Drive thru at 8:58 to place her order. She was told because everything was not made, she would have to wait 15 mins. Not acceptable, seeing that you should ALWAYS be ready for a customer no matter how late it is. So my wife parked in the area she was told to. 35 mins later my son walked into the restaurant, and the employee said "oh, you didn't get your chicken littles" My son then stated, we didn't get any of our food. Great to know how much they pay attention to the customer, that they totally forgot they asked us to park. Upon further investigation, they realized that they gave the food to someone else. They then said you will have to wait till the food is remade. My wife then walks in to find out what is going on. Furious at this point, my wife starts asking whybshe never got a apology, that our order was givin to someone else, and such forth. She then proceed to tell the cashier/manager she should offer to at the very least offer a item to make up for the longer wait. The manager said, what would you like me to offer you, my wife ten said, just give me a partial refund. The manager said we can not do that, my ie asked for a complaint number for the corporate office, and she said, we dont have a corporate office. All in all, 45 minutes later, we got our food, and refund, come to find out, that when we got home, everything was dry, my wife who is lactose intolerant had cheese on her food when we started and shows on the receipt no cheese. I gave them a chance on two accounts / both A&W and KFC ..... why? I'm still trying to figure that out. One the first occasion, my A&W order was horrible. Every time I come my order isn't right. Went thru the drive thru, waited over 5 minutes for someone to take the order of the car in front of me. There was no one else in front of her so there's no reason it should have taken that long. Someone pulled in behind me so I couldn't leave. When I finally got to order, the guy was very condescending. Then I asked for extra ranch with everything. When I get to the window, he began to walk toward me, but then saw me and turned around to the little sauce station. He put his hand in the spot where the ranch is and pretended to put ranch in my bag. He then put a ton of butter and honey in my bag, but they didn't give me the biscuits that I ordered. Jesse Tores is hands down the worst employee ever. Ordered one chicken little and a root beer float. He asked me to pull around and park. Absolutely crazy for that small of a order. Then when I called to complain I find out he is the manager and he said he doesn't have a boss or supervisor so I just need to call a 1 800 number. Then when I told him that he shouldn't of had me pull around he says that I should have told him no and just stayed there in the drive thru. That I didn't have to pull around if I didn't want to. This place is horrible I went last week to grab food and went through the drive thru. One of the things I ordered were fries when I pulled up they said they weren't ready yet and it would be about 3 minutes to go to the front. I waited put front for a little over 10 minutes and then finally went inside to check what happened. They had given my food to someone else that was also waiting in front. That person went back through the drive thru and gave back the food, and the person working there tried to give me that food but I asked them to remake it. Over 20 minutes later I finally got my food. This isn't the first time things like this have happen. The worst place ever and the inside looks so dirty. When you write to them direct they say sorry that they take the concerns seriously but this is the 2nd time I have written in 2 months and still the same stuff happens. This is now under new management, and wow what a difference a week made. You can tell that the new manager has made many changes from cleaning the store up to changing the way the servers get your meal ready for you. This KFC deserves 0 stars. This is the first time I've read the reviews for this location and it seems they have issues with food and customer service. As a business owner you would think to check YELP reviews and get these issues corrected. I need to put my review in based off what I've recently experienced. I go to this KFC once or 2x a month. The last 3 times I've been inside a employee by the name of Betsey has been on register. The first time i noticed she was rude i figured maybe shes having a bad day she was the only one working register. ( ive worked in fast food and on register i know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed when taking orders). 2nd time we were waiting we were the only ones in line. She seen us but didn't say anything didn't say hi ill be right with you just looked at us and was doing everything else. Again i get it if your short staffed but a hey ill be right with you would be nice. 5 minutes go by and then there's a line.....finally she says what can i get for you. Its about 8:00 PM and they close at 10 i order chicken strips she rudely says we're out. I asknfor something else and she rudely replies we're out of that too. If its 9:30 30 minutes before closing time i get if you're out but not 2 hours before closing time. Its called putting more to make a 10 to 15 minute wait. Her tone set me off and my fiancee had to walk me out Because i was about to go off on her for her attitude and rudeness. So we go this past Sunday 1/17 and guess who is working the register? Miss Betsey. She looks at me and turns around to say something to her co worker. And yes i remember you too and your horrible customer service girl! So we go to order she doesn't smile doesn't say hi can i take your order she just stands there and stares. So i say are you ready to take our order? She replies with an attitude in her tone (ive been ready). So i reply with why are you so rude? She replies with why do you keep coming back? Lil Miss Betsey you clearly hate your job. You never smile and your demeanor shows a bad attitude. What makes you think you can ask a customer why they keep coming back? Like i told you...i come for the chicken not to deal with a rude person like you. Why do you keep coming back when you clearly hate your job? If you aren't happy working at KFC you should find a job you actually like. Do you know what customer service means?Customer service is the provision ofservice to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service is also often referred to when describing the culture of the organization. Your bad attitude and rude tone towards me as a customer is unnecessary and uncalled for. And i am not driving 15 minutes away to a different KFC all to avoid you. You shouldn't be rude to customers. Maybe you should have some re training on customer service you should smile and address the customer with a ( hi can i take your order). You shouldn't stand there looking angry and give an attitude to a customer while their telling you their order. I don't go to your job to get attitude from you for mo reason idk what your deal is maybe you're having personal issues idk but 3 times for you to be rude to me is not acceptable. And you don't bring your personal problems with you to work. If you don't like working register tell your manager and work making the food or another area because clearly you're not happy taking orders. I did speak with the manager at the time of this last incident and yes she apologized however it doesn't seem something will be done to correct her maybe corporate and the general manager or even owners need to be notified. Do not eat here they take the award for dirtiest establishment I've ever been in and I have eaten at many restaurants and fast food locations from the moment I reached for the door I can see it was covered in dirt and grime windows and handle while I was placing my order looking around on the counter was dirty some garbage my son wanted to eat there so I went ahead and ordered moving to the fountain machine I could see piled up trash napkins straws getting past that looking for a table I counted ten dirty tables and floor underneath to match I had to clean my own table to sit down I do not hand out this award lightly this is not based off of this one experience over the past five or so years i think I've given them about four chances and every time I am impressed with just how dirty this place is now if this is not enough I noticed two people who ordered after me got their food before me one of which after digging around in the bag determined that was not his food he took it back to the counter they checked it realized it was my food closed it back up and try to give it to me like I wanted the food that this man had his hands in I got my money back and left this is my first Yelp review I will eat at Popeye's from now on read more
