Was going through NJ turnpike and wanted to stop for a quick lunch . The service areas were so crowded .. hence we took an exit and went to this KFC. Lots of parking available . Wasn't too clean from outside the shop. Inside was good . Lots of seats to sit and eat . Restroom facilities available. Service was ok.. took sometime for our food to come . Wanted something a little spicy and wanted the Tennessee style Nashville hot sauce , but they had it only on nuggets . Ordered a nugget but it was too oily and the sauce didn't spread much on the nugget . 2 piece chicken was kinda ok. Not the standard taste of KFC . Average experience overall. 3 stars read more

Terrible service when i went through the drive through i asked for a bucket of chicken and i got hair and in my food and fake press on nail that looked like it was from dollar tree and when i went inside and asked about it they lied and then the "amazing cook" had the same nail that i had in my food and the food smelled like shit so 1 star cause what the fuck read more

Y'all got people working in kitchen with NO gloves on, dirty nails... the guy wearing the black button down with white stripes was making food with his hands, and also running the drive thru... no hand washing after handling money. The girl made my wraps with her bare hands... grabbed the chicken with her hands and folded the wrap, again with NO gloves... what in the food safety violation is going on here... nasty. Theft. Served us old and dry chicken nuggets, refused to refund money because it's "against policy" and then told us we had to wait over half hour if we wanted new ones. The staff was not helpful when asking us what we wanted and then replying that they were out of chicken nuggets, tenders and, sandwiches one after another as we asked about each. Notifying us of this instance when we started talking could have made it easier for both parties involved. I was just really stressing out my car had broke down and I had to spend a ton of money to fix it which was money my fiancé and I had saved to get married this year. Customer service sucks! Who ever was running drive thru today at 4:30 PM was rude and got the order wrong. I would put a name but she was wearing no name tag. First, She rushed the order when I was ordering it. When I asked if the sandwiches were correct come to find out she put the wrong ones and her answer when I asked about it was I don't know. I've been living in Havre De Grace for 2.5 years and the customer service is always exceptional here!! Today... I'm tired, the house is messy & you how the kids can be needy. Well... Seems lack of management, or a leader in the staff we had to wait about 20 min because they were out of Potato wedges. My wife goes to KFC and get a two-piece white when mashed potatoes no gravy. Of course she gets home and there's gravy and mashed potatoes. She calls me and tells me to swing by KFC to pick up some mashed potatoes cuz they messed her order up. I go through the drive-thru and order a mashed potatoes no gravy, to my surprise when I get my order there's gravy and mashed potatoes. As I drive back to the drive-through I'm greeted by a man what's attitude. I tell him y'all messed my order up I just want to get my order right no need for attitude. Snatches the bag out my hand. At first we thought the days old chicken that we received a few weeks back was a fluke; a small mis-step that wouldn't become the norm. Unfortunately, we went through the drive thru THIS week and, again, received gray chicken with thick, slimy skin. It is obvious that this particular KFC does not drop fresh chicken regularly and simply reheats chicken until the supply runs out. When we returned to the lobby and voiced our concerns we were met with chuckles, smirks, and looks of embarrassment. The female manager said, " Well, go ahead and fry some fresh I guess." We waited 20 minutes for "fresh" chicken while we watched in horror as the knowingly aged chicken continued to be slung out customers. Beware. I'd say that all KFCs are made equal, but that'd be a lie. The old KFC by my place in Tustin, CA was far and away superior to this place -- doesn't stop me from going there when I need a chicken fix, though. Don't get me wrong, this KFC isn't horrible (that award goes to the Wendy's in Aberdeen), but there have been times that I ask for grilled chicken and they don't have any. That might seem petty, but if grilled chicken is on your mind and the place that allegedly claims to have it doesn't, well, yea, it stinks. Regardless, of the several times I've been here most of the times have been decent and I've had my order filled. I will say that the cashiers act like they have better things to be doing, but since they're working as a cashier in a KFC, my money is on the fact that they do not... so why act all high and mighty? I placed my order in the drive thru at 7 p.m. there were only two cars in the parking lot (which were Probably the employees) and one car in front of me. The car in front of me waited 5 minutes and left with no food, which I thought was alarming. When I got to the register I wasnt greeted with a nice employee. She took my order, gave me my change and told me biscuits would take 8 minutes, but offered me extra chicken instead so I accepted. About 5 more minutes pass, and no one has greeted me to see if I need something or to tell me where my food was. I beeped and the young girl came back over and said "yes?" Like she had no idea what I wanted. I said "hi, isn't this suppose to be fast food. I've been waiting for 10 minutes." She responds "were waiting on your biscuits ". Didn't you just offer me extra chicken? I asked for my money back and she closed the window on me and walked away. So I've been in line for about 12 minutes with 20 less in my pocket and still no chicken. The manager walks over and I express my concerns again. I feeling very frustrated. She explains were waiting on biscuits. I say " I was informed i would get more chicken, since I didn't want to wait". She informs me that she didn't know the situation and would get me my food. So after 15 minutes, 2 conversations with a highly disrespectful employee, and the talk with the manager I got my food. And not to mention, the manager told me to complain because she could not do anything about the rude employee, who was seen texting on her phone while I'm waiting. Oh and I got home and there was a HAIR in my food to add insult to Injury. I could have gotten WAY better food for a 15 minute wait and 20 dollars. This is the WORST FKC I've ever seen. The employees are rude and have no respect for the management or customers. I will say I haven't been there in at least a year so it could be better now but I refused to go back there because of the service. Every time you go there, there is never any chicken ready. I've went to the drive thru on 2 separate occasion and been told come in and place your order we have no chicken ready. How can you be KFC and have no chicken ready? Than one time we called ahead because we had a large order and they told us sure no problem. We get there the chicken had never been started but we were assured it would only take a few minutes. 45 minutes later we finally had the food. The worst part however was that there was a man waiting before we got there for potato wedges that he was told over and over would be done any minute. He was there still waiting when we left. When the manager asked an employee to check on the mans food the employee told her -- that's not my job to make the food. I get paid if I stand here or work. She was disrespectful and should've been fired on the spot but the manager was to busy dealing with the waiting customers. I've never had a good experience with this place. Ordered dinner to go for my family at 1739 (5:39 pm). At 1745 (5:45 pm) the man that took our order brought cookies for my kids because we were still waiting for out food (5 stars for him). At 1757 (5:57 pm) our food was finally ready, well I thought it was. When I get home with our KFC and unpack our dinner what I don't find is the the large order of potatoes that I ordered. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a relatively small order (kids meal, three piece tenders and a large mashed potatoes) they still didn't get it right and I had to go back.
