My boots were too small and Gavin spent what I felt was an incredible amount of time with me to try and make the boots workable for the duration of my trip because the shop didn't have wide boots that I needed. Gavin recommended where I may find wide boots late in the season, and the search did end up being successful. The new boots didn't feel quite right, so I went back to Gavin (my boot safety net) who hooked me up. Because of Gavin I was able to enjoy the rest of the trip. Wanted to give a a loud shout out to Gavin for representing awesome customer service and welcoming the NBS guests.

We thought it would start out cold since it was high elevation, but a light jacket was sufficient on what would end up to be a 70 degree day. The staff was very friendly and gave great instructions. We felt safe and the ride was absolutely stunning! We saw the most beautiful scenery and even ran into a herd of mountain goats (I think that's what they were). We stopped in Copper Village for a coffee and then found lunch in Frisco. A fantastic way to spend a morning!

I had emailed them after booking reservations that I would like to change my reservation to just 3 days instead of 4. The email response was extremely friendly and stated that it was no problem at all, just let the person know when I pick up my board. Well it was a whole different attitude when I got there. The girl who was helping my party aggressively got upset bc she had to fill out a whole new form just bc of my minor change. So very sorry for making you work extra hard and filling out an extra form. When returning the boards, the guy just tossed everything on the floor, boots and all as if it was garbage. Honestly I thought this place was a friendly city considering it's a legal state, but clearly I'm wrong. I'll be renting elsewhere in the future.

The employees were incompetent & rude: On one pair of skis they just didn't even bother setting the binding for one of the skis so my friends boot just couldn't fit and he had to get re-adjusted. Another friend, only his 3rd time skiing ever, was given skis way, way too big for his height. And my other friend had to wait about 45 minutes because the employees didn't even know how to set snowboard bindings??? Across the board, most of my group said they were new to skiing. You'd think this would invite the employees to give a quick tutorial about the equipment, how it works, and best practices to keep it in great condition.....nope. I used to recommend Breeze to everyone, now I'll be sending them elsewhere.
