ALWAYS, great service (very friendly) and fantastic pizza!!!! Actual toppings on the pizza. Comparing them to other local places like Idaho Pizza, there is NO comparison. Keystone makes their pizzas full of flavor and we've never been disappointed. As for ambience, it's not a fancy joint but I order from them for the meal not the bells and whistles. Great family place though as they cater to families with games and such. But hands down, THE BEST PIZZA!!! In fact I'm ordering tonight. They have delivery after 5 but we usually just pick up. So try them, you'll get what you're paying for. read more

This establishment was the most inhospitable place that I've ever been to. My kids, husband, and I finished golfing in Payette and called around to find a place to eat that was open. The Keystone Pizza employee said "9pm". This was at 7:18pm, and we were right down the street. Unbeknownst to us, she would later get blamed by her colleague for being "new". We arrived at 7:23pm and begun ordering. An employee came from the back stating that we could order, but that we could not eat in the restaurant after 8pm. Me being pregnant with young children (and also previously having worked in the hospitality industry), said that they could start cleaning around us but that we were going to sit and enjoy our pizza and we'd be on our way. This employee directed us to the signage, that is in fact all over the entire restaurant (literally painted on the wall), that you could order until 7:30pm but that the lobby closed at 8pm. Not only is that extremely unwelcoming, but what restaurant will not allow me to finish my meal that I just paid for well in advance of closing? Most restaurants with dine-in options will at least let you sit and eat your food that you paid good money for. We'll never be back. read more

Love love love this place!!! Employees are always welcoming and warm. Super fast service and top tier pizza!!! Will always come back for a pitcher and a yummy dinner read more

They have an arcade for kids but they don't allow birthday gifts even for small groups. The pizza was good but the warmness of the staff wasn't. read more

Keystone Pizza - Cheesy bread - Pizza Near Me - Payette, Idaho

See all

The first experience we had with Keystone was their Wednesday night pizza special it was good! So we ordered again this time on a Friday night. Very disappointing, the crust seemed like a frozen dough from the grocery store. I don't think we will be ordering again. read more

The atmosphere is the best, so cool, people that work there and, the customers that come in!!! I Love It Curt read more

Pizza was good, as good as the other pizza place near me and it was a lot cheaper as well. I can't really say I waked around looking for a good place to sit but I sat right by the counter even tho is was okay. It dident take to long you get a plate and fork that is good and your pizza is brought to your table. I will eat there again. read more

We have tried a few of their pizzas, all of them are really good. Cheesy bread and salad bar are great also. Cool little place on main street, I like all of the pictures.of old downtown Payette. I usually do pickup and the food is always hot and ready to go. Staff is friendly. Its nice having a truly local pizza option to support. read more

Pizza was very good but the service was excellent. I called it in and asked the girls to please make me a salad and they did an awesome job on it. Definitely going to go back read more

We've never ordered from the Payette location so we thought we'd give it a try. Husband called at 5:18p and they said it'd be 15 minutes. He left at 5:33 and we literally live 3 minutes from the store. This pizza wasn't hot, the crust was tough and seemed burnt. It tastes like it has been sitting out for a half hour, drying out. Absolutely disgusting. Won't be back again. Box says "pizza hot and fresh" . This wasn't hot or fresh read more

Keystone Pizza - Pepperoni pizza - Pizza Near Me - Payette, Idaho

Food was amazing. Absolutely no service though, all they do is bring your food and you have to go to the desk and ring the bell at least five times before they even acknowledge you again. Ambiance sucks, plays choppy music and constantly smells of teen boys closet? read more

Just like the old school pizza places. Very nostalgic. Good pizza, pretty quick service we'll come back.

Dad used to take us here when I was a kid to get pizza, great memories. Figured I'd make an order for carry out tonight. To my surprise service was rude, I even had the pleasure of being hung up on before I could confirm my order.. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. Keystone is better than that. read more

I placed a phone order for a large taco pizza, and 2 family bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce. I drove 15 minutes to get there, paid over $42 for the meal, and a tip. Drove home. 2 boxes contained the bread sticks. The 3rd box had a large pizza with marinara/salsa sauce, taco hamburger, and cheese. It was advertised to come with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onions. And sour cream. I called the store and they said that the toppings box was there, if I wanted to drive back and come pick it up. I asked if it could be delivered because they didn't give it to me, and the fault was with them. The girl asked someone and was told they couldn't send somebody "just to deliver toppings". It wasn't "just delivering toppings" it was rectifying a mistake that your employees made. I am NOT driving 15 minutes each way, burning my gas to correct your mistake. Well done Keystone. You lost ALL of my future business because you wanted to save a couple of bucks. read more

Really slow over an hour for your pizza deliveries. Other then that this pizza and their sauce on their pizza don't ever lose this recipe sauce. read more

A while back one of my friends went and bought a pizza and one of the workers with red hair had previous drama with him in high school. Once she realized it was him she threatened to spit in his pizza she said she meant it "jokingly" but he didn't find it funny and decided to leave a bad review and complain. Once he complained and left a bad review everyone that was with him would get kicked out every time she was on shift. Last time i went there by myself the manager let me buy pizza and didn't say anything about it and everything went well. Today (12-6-2023) she saw me and my other friend there and decided to kick us out just because we are friends with him. I recorded some of the incident but I'm hoping to contact the manager read more

Best pizza in payette good customer service good food good place to hang out after school

Neat older restaurant. Cold beer and the best pizza I've had. The cheese bread sticks are amazing.

I love the divey atmosphere here - games in the back, cheap pizza, and friendly staff. From the outside it looks like another pizza joint on the tiny Payette Main Street - a relic from small town America... the inside kind of looks that way too. However, it's part of the charm. I've heard stories from those I know about how this place has been here forever and I figure... it's still here for a reason. They have good food and reasonable prices. There's also a lot of room and overall it's a welcoming local pizza joint. The pizza is a tad greasy but has a great taste. The breadsticks are fantastic. This is a great spot for family game nights or hanging with friends. I'm certainly happy I found this place. It's a weekend staple in our home! read more

We just finished a lathe combo pizza here. The service was great and the pizza was awesome!

Absolutely do not order pizza from here. They messed up our order and the manager refused to acknowledge the mess up and hung up on us twice. The price they told me over the phone was half of what the price was when they showed up. Terrible terrible experience read more

Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this pizza joint that is a reminder of a older time I had not had the privilege of living in. The seating and atmosphere is quite comfortable and the price is right for a perfectly good greasy pizza, not to mention the pool tables were in moderate condition last time I enjoyed the place. I do remember wasting my first five bucks at the TMNT arcade game they had long ago... Sadly the machine isn't there anymore but there are still some that kids could enjoy making it a wonderful excuse to get out of the house with the family and spend a talkative fun night away from home or a nice break and pit stop from a road trip. read more

Our family ordered dinner tonight, it started poorly from the beginning, as i was asking for the total for our meal the employee just hung the phone up. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes for our one pizza to be delivered, it showed up cold and missing the toppings that come with there signature pizzas (you would think they know there own pizzas). We decided not to complain about the pizza being cold, I called to find out what happened to the toppings and was told they were on the counter at the restaurant. The manager asked if i really wanted them to drive back to deliver them, after I said yes I was hung up on again. This place was the one of the best places to eat around here for the longest time, lately there has been a serious lack in dedication to the patrons. The owner really needs to rethink the structure of his establishment. read more

Pretty good pizza. Used to be better. They have been in Payette for like 35 years. They do have kind of a old pizza joint/dive thing going on... But they really need to update it, at least a little. They changed there sauce a few years ago and I don't like it as much, but there still pretty good. Note to the owner.. Do something with your business and also customer service. You are trending on the downhill side and no one wants to see that. Sorry read more

Keystone has anchored downtown Payette for decades upon decades. The only place serving anything resembling decent pizza for miles and miles in any direction, this place serves good pizzas at great prices. I have a soft spot in my heart for this place. It's spacious, the staff is friendly, and the video games in the back have been eating my quarters for more than two decades. read more

Keystone is a well established business that has been in town as long as it has for a reason! Pizza is pretty darn good, buffet is cheap and if you add on a salad bar, you won't be disappointed. The selection isn't amazing but everything is fresh and crunchy. The best part of the meal (and I am NO vegetarian!) the slices of pizza are hearty (no thin worthless crust here!) and the toppings are usually pretty plentiful! My only desire is that the staff would keep a better reign on the kids (parents) that run crazy without supervision (kids shoving pizza in the air hockey table holes and pool table pockets) Great establishment all in all! read more

If you like getting jipped and swindle by a pizza place but not getting to know that you've been told the wrong information until you arrive to pick up your pizza then this place is for you! P.S. chicken is not considered a single topping- so if you want a single topping pizza you can choose EVERYTHING ELSE but chicken. read more
