The first experience we had with Keystone was their Wednesday night pizza special it was good! So we ordered again this time on a Friday night. Very disappointing, the crust seemed like a frozen dough from the grocery store. I don't think we will be ordering again. read more

Pizza was good, as good as the other pizza place near me and it was a lot cheaper as well. I can't really say I waked around looking for a good place to sit but I sat right by the counter even tho is was okay. It dident take to long you get a plate and fork that is good and your pizza is brought to your table. I will eat there again. read more

We have tried a few of their pizzas, all of them are really good. Cheesy bread and salad bar are great also. Cool little place on main street, I like all of the pictures.of old downtown Payette. We've never ordered from the Payette location so we thought we'd give it a try. Husband called at 5:18p and they said it'd be 15 minutes. I placed a phone order for a large taco pizza, and 2 family bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce. I drove 15 minutes to get there, paid over $42 for the meal, and a tip. Drove home. 2 boxes contained the bread sticks. The 3rd box had a large pizza with marinara/salsa sauce, taco hamburger, and cheese. It was advertised to come with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onions. And sour cream. I called the store and they said that the toppings box was there, if I wanted to drive back and come pick it up. I asked if it could be delivered because they didn't give it to me, and the fault was with them. The girl asked someone and was told they couldn't send somebody "just to deliver toppings". It wasn't "just delivering toppings" it was rectifying a mistake that your employees made. I am NOT driving 15 minutes each way, burning my gas to correct your mistake. Well done Keystone. You lost ALL of my future business because you wanted to save a couple of bucks. read more

Dad used to take us here when I was a kid to get pizza, great memories. Figured I'd make an order for carry out tonight. To my surprise service was rude, I even had the pleasure of being hung up on before I could confirm my order.. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. Keystone is better than that. read more

A while back one of my friends went and bought a pizza and one of the workers with red hair had previous drama with him in high school. Once she realized it was him she threatened to spit in his pizza she said she meant it "jokingly" but he didn't find it funny and decided to leave a bad review and complain. Once he complained and left a bad review everyone that was with him would get kicked out every time she was on shift. Last time i went there by myself the manager let me buy pizza and didn't say anything about it and everything went well. Today (12-6-2023) she saw me and my other friend there and decided to kick us out just because we are friends with him. I love the divey atmosphere here - games in the back, cheap pizza, and friendly staff. From the outside it looks like another pizza joint on the tiny Payette Main Street - a relic from small town America... the inside kind of looks that way too. However, it's part of the charm. I've heard stories from those I know about how this place has been here forever and I figure... it's still here for a reason. They have good food and reasonable prices. There's also a lot of room and overall it's a welcoming local pizza joint. The pizza is a tad greasy but has a great taste. The breadsticks are fantastic. This is a great spot for family game nights or hanging with friends. I'm certainly happy I found this place. It's a weekend staple in our home! read more

Our family ordered dinner tonight, it started poorly from the beginning, as i was asking for the total for our meal the employee just hung the phone up. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes for our one pizza to be delivered, it showed up cold and missing the toppings that come with there signature pizzas (you would think they know there own pizzas). We decided not to complain about the pizza being cold, I called to find out what happened to the toppings and was told they were on the counter at the restaurant. The manager asked if i really wanted them to drive back to deliver them, after I said yes I was hung up on again. This place was the one of the best places to eat around here for the longest time, lately there has been a serious lack in dedication to the patrons. The owner really needs to rethink the structure of his establishment. read more

Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this pizza joint that is a reminder of a older time I had not had the privilege of living in. The seating and atmosphere is quite comfortable and the price is right for a perfectly good greasy pizza, not to mention the pool tables were in moderate condition last time I enjoyed the place. I do remember wasting my first five bucks at the TMNT arcade game they had long ago... Sadly the machine isn't there anymore but there are still some that kids could enjoy making it a wonderful excuse to get out of the house with the family and spend a talkative fun night away from home or a nice break and pit stop from a road trip. read more

They changed there sauce a few years ago and I don't like it as much, but there still pretty good. Note to the owner.. Do something with your business and also customer service. Keystone has anchored downtown Payette for decades upon decades. The only place serving anything resembling decent pizza for miles and miles in any direction, this place serves good pizzas at great prices. I have a soft spot in my heart for this place. It's spacious, the staff is friendly, and the video games in the back have been eating my quarters for more than two decades. read more

Keystone is a well established business that has been in town as long as it has for a reason! Pizza is pretty darn good, buffet is cheap and if you add on a salad bar, you won't be disappointed. The selection isn't amazing but everything is fresh and crunchy. The best part of the meal (and I am NO vegetarian!) the slices of pizza are hearty (no thin worthless crust here!) and the toppings are usually pretty plentiful! My only desire is that the staff would keep a better reign on the kids (parents) that run crazy without supervision (kids shoving pizza in the air hockey table holes and pool table pockets) Great establishment all in all! read more
