Every time I order I come in and ask for garlic butter on my pizza, I usually go to Idaho ones and have no problem. The last two times I come to this one some guy tell me he doesn't want to do it even tho we pay 2$ for it now and he makes me get the nasty dip garlic butter instead . I ordered a deep dish pizza with extra sauce. The first one I received had raw dough. It was returned for a replacement. The second pizza had little sauce and was burned. I called your store again. The manager Mari became argumentative right away. She refused to make my order right. I wound up going to your competitor Pizza Hut across the street where my order was correct the first time without issue. Mari should be fired and your employees retrained. Arguing with customers over incorrect orders is not right. Very unhappy with this restaurant, the products received and a belligerent manager. read more

Im a local, and come here often so if you want an accurate review, here it is. The pizza here is normally so good, and you get it fast! Its not usually so busy but expect 1-2 customers being there ahead if you! And the wait time is at most 15 minutes if its really busy or a custom order so i recommend you call in for those custom orders! Hot, fresh, and delicious!!! read more

The little short chubby girl told me my pizza would make 30 minutes to make 6/22/21 at 9:10 pm because the lady in the back didn't have something. Couldn't understand her as she started to mumble I then ask so you have nothing ready and she responds NO and rolls her eyes. Terrible customer service as I come here alot and it only takes 10 mins to make the slices n stix that we always get. Won't be back and won't recommend either. read more

My first time ordering with downloaded app was a disappointment. 5 meat pizza was cold by the time I got home which was less than 5 min. Also very greasy. I do not think this was fresh cooked and the girl that helped me was less than friendly or helpful. I had better experience when I ordered and sat and waited for a HOT pizza. read more

The staff issues seem worked out. The past few visits they have friendlier people working there who don't seem annoyed that you showed up.

Not impressed with the pizza or the staff. Waited forever for them to make one pizza, only to have them hand it out to a customer who came in after I did. I was just in the Ontario location and the staff can not seem to get my gift card to work. I have validated that my card is loaded by calling the number on the back and they can not use it. I was accused of trying to scam them. I WAS a loyal customer but no more. read more
